Nehemiah 12
1 Now these [are] the priests and the Levites that went up with Zorobabel the son of Salathiel and Jesus: Saraia, Jeremia, Esdra,
शालतिएलका छोरा यरुबाबेल र येशूअसँग फर्केर आएका पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरू यिनै हुन्:
2 Amaria, Maluch,
सरायाह, यर्मिया, एज्रा, अमर्याह, मल्लूक, हत्तूश,
3 Sechenia.
शकन्याह, रेहूम, मरेमोत,
इद्दो, गिन्नतोन, अबिया,
मियामीन, मदाहा, बिल्गा,
शमायाह, योयारीब, यदायाह,
7 These [were] the chiefs of the priests, and their brethren in the days of Jesus.
सल्लू, अमोक, हिल्कियाह र यदायाह । येशूअको समयमा पुजारीका अगुवाहरू र तिनीहरूका सहयोगीहरू यिनै थिए ।
8 And the Levites [were], Jesus, Banui, Cadmiel, Sarabia, Jodae, Matthania: he [was] over the bands,
लेवीहरू: येशूअ, बिन्नूई, कादमीएल, शरेबियाह, यहूदा र मत्तन्याह । मत्तन्याह आफ्ना सहयोगीहरूसँग धन्यवाद ज्ञापनका भजनहरूका जिम्मावाल थिए ।
9 and his brethren [were appointed] to the daily courses.
तिनका सहयोगीहरू बक्बुक्याह र उन्नीचाहिँ सेवामा तिनीहरूका सामुन्ने उभिन्थे ।
10 And Jesus begot Joakim, and Joakim begot Eliasib, and Eliasib [begot] Jodae,
येशूअ योयाकीमका पिता थिए । योयाकीम एल्यासीबका पिता थिए । एल्यासीब योयादाका पिता थिए ।
11 and Jodae begot Jonathan, and Jonathan begot Jadu.
योयादा जोनाथनका पिता थिए, र जोनाथन यद्दूअका पिता थिए ।
12 And in the days of Joakim, his brethren the priests and the heads of families [were, belonging] to Saraia, Amaria; to Jeremia, Anania;
योयाकीमको समयमा यी पुजारीहरू आ-आफ्ना परिवारका मुखिया थिए: सरायाहका परिवारका मरायाह, यर्मियाका हनन्याह,
13 to Esdra, Mesulam; to Amaria, Joanan;
एज्राका मशुल्लाम, अमर्याहका येहोहानान,
14 to Amaluch, Jonathan; to Sechenia, Joseph;
मल्लूकका जोनाथन, शकन्याहका योसेफ,
15 to Are, Mannas; to Marioth, Elcai;
हारीमका अदना, मरेमोतका हल्कै ।
16 to Adadai, Zacharia; to Ganathoth, Mesolam;
इद्दोका जकरिया, गिन्नतोनका मशुल्लाम,
17 to Abia, Zechri; to Miamin, Maadai; to Pheleti, [one];
अबियाका जिक्री, मिन्यामीन र मोदाहाका पिल्तै,
18 to Balgas, Samue; to Semia, Jonathan;
बिल्गाका शम्मूअ, शमायाहका यहोनातान,
19 to Joarib, Matthanai; to Edio, Ozi;
योयारीबका मत्तनै, यदायाहका उज्जी,
20 to Salai, Callai; to Amec, Abed;
सल्लूका कल्लै, अमोकका एबेर,
21 to Elkia, Asabias; to Jedeiu, Nathanael.
हिल्कियाहका हशब्याह, यदायाहका नतनेल ।
22 The Levites in the days of Eliasib, Joada, and Joa, and Joanan, and Idua, [were] recorded heads of families: also the priests, in the reign of Darius the Persian.
एल्यासीब, योयादा, योहानान र यद्दूअका समयका लेवीहरूका परिवारहरू तथा पुजारीका मुखियाहरूका नाउँ फारसी राजा दाराको शासनकालमा लेखिएका थिए ।
23 And the sons of Levi, heads of families, [were] written in the book of the chronicles, even to the days of Joanan son of Elisue.
लेवी परिवारका मुखियाहरूका नाउँचाहिँ एल्यासीबका छोरा योहानानको पालासम्मै इतिहासको पुस्तकमा लेखिएका थिए ।
24 And the heads of the Levites [were] Asabia, and Sarabia, and Jesu: and the sons of Cadmiel, and their brethren over against them, were to sing hymns of praise, according to the commandment of David the man of God, course by course.
लेवीहरूका अगुवाहरू हशब्याह, शरेबियाह, कादमीएलका छोरा येशूअ र तिनीहरूका सहयोगीहरू, जो तिनीहरूका सामुन्ने खडा हुन्थे, र आ-आफ्नो पालोअनुसार परमेश्वरका जन दाऊदको आज्ञामुताबिक प्रशंसा गर्ने र धन्यवाद दिने गर्थे ।
25 When I gathered the porters,
मत्तन्याह, बक्बुक्याह, ओबदिया, मशुल्लाम, तल्मोन र अक्कूबचाहिँ मूल ढोकानेर भएका भण्डार-कोठाहरूमा रक्षा दिने द्वारपालहरू थिए ।
26 [it was] in the days of Joakim son of Jesus, son of Josedec, and in the days of Neemia: and Esdras the priest [was] scribe.
तिनीहरूले येशूअका छोरा, योसादाकका नाति योयाकीमको पालोमा अनि राज्यपाल नहेम्याह र पुजारीसाथै शास्त्री एज्राको पालोमा सेवा गरे ।
27 And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites in their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to keep a feast of dedication and gladness with thanksgiving, and they sounded cymbals with songs, and [had] lutes and harps.
यरूशलेमको पर्खालको अर्पणको बेलामा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिँदै अनि झ्याली, वीणा र सारङ्गी बजाउँदै आनन्दसाथ अर्पणको उत्सव मनाउन मानिसहरूले लेवीहरू जहाँसुकै बसेका भए तापनि तिनीहरूको खोजी गरे ।
28 And the sons of the singers were assembled both from the neighbourhood round about to Jerusalem, and from the villages,
यरूशलेम वरिपरिको जिल्ला र नतोपातीहरूका गाउँहरूबाट गायकहरू सँगै भेला भए ।
29 and from the country: for the singers built themselves villages by Jerusalem.
तिनीहरू बेथ-गिलगाल, गेबा र अज्मावेतका क्षेत्रहरूबाट पनि आए किनकि गायकहरूले यरूशलेमको वरिपरि आफ्ना लागि गाउँहरू बनाएका थिए ।
30 And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and they purified the people, and the porters, and the wall.
पुजारी र लेवीहरूले आ-आफूलाई शुद्ध पारे, अनि तिनीहरूले मानिसहरू, मूल ढोकाहरू र पर्खाललाई शुद्ध पारे ।
31 And they brought up the princes of Juda on the wall, and they appointed two great [companies] for thanksgiving, and they passed on the right hand on the wall of the dung-gate.
तब मैले यहूदाका अगुवाहरूलाई पर्खालको माथि जान लगाएँ, र धन्यवाद दिन मैले दुईवटा ठुला-ठुला गायन-झुण्ड नियुक्त गरेँ । एउटा झुण्ड दाहिनेतिर पर्खालमा फोहोर ढोकामा गयो ।
32 And after them went Osaia, and half the princes of Juda,
होशयाह र यहूदाका आधा अगुवाहरूले तिनीहरूलाई पछ्याए,
33 and Azarias, and Esdras, and Mesollam,
अनि अजर्याह, एज्रा, मशुल्लाम,
34 and Juda, and Benjamin, and Samaias and Jeremia.
यहूदा, बेन्यामीन, शमायाह र यर्मिया तिनीहरूको पछि लागे ।
35 And [some] of the sons of the priest with trumpets, Zacharias son of Jonathan, son of Samaias, son of Matthania, son of Michaia, son of Zacchur, son of Asaph:
साथै, तुरहीहरू बोकेर केही पुजाहारीहरूका छोराहरू र जकरिया, जो जोनाथनका छोरा, जो शमायाहका छोरा, जो मत्तन्याहका छोरा, जो मीकायाका छोरा, जो जक्कूरका छोरा, जो आसापका छोरा थिए, तिनीहरू पनि पछि लागे ।
36 and his brethren, Samaia, and Oziel, Gelol, Jama, Aia, Nathanael, and Juda, Anani, to praise with the hymns of David the man of God; and Esdras the scribe [was] before them,
त्यहाँ जकरियाका नातेदारहरू अर्थात् शमायाह, अज्रेल, मिललै, गिललै, माऐ, नतनेल, यहूदा र हनानी पनि परमेश्वरका जन दाऊदका साङ्गीतिक साधनहरू बोकेर आएका थिए । शास्त्री एज्रा सबैभन्दा अगाडि थिए ।
37 at the gate, to praise before them, and they went up by the steps of the city of David, in the ascent of the wall, above the house of David, even to the water-gate
तिनीहरू फुहारा ढोकाबाट भएर दाऊदको सहरका सिँढीहरूबाट सिधै पर्खालमा उकालो चढ्ने बाटो भएर दाऊदको दरबार पार गरी पूर्वतिर अवस्थित पानी ढोकासम्मै गए ।
धन्यवाद दिनेहरूको अर्को गायन झुण्ड अर्को दिशामा गयो । मानिसहरूका आधा भागसँगै मैले तिनीहरूलाई पर्खालमा पछ्याएँ । यो झुण्ड भट्टिको बुर्जा भएर, चौडा पर्खालसम्म,
39 of Ephraim, and to the fish-gate, and by the tower of Anameel, and as far as the sheep-gate.
र एफ्राइमको ढोका, येशना ढोका, माछा ढोका, हननेलको बुर्जा र सयको बुर्जादेखि भेडा ढोकासम्म गएपछि तिनीहरू गारदको ढोकामा अडिए ।
यसरी धन्यवाद दिनेहरूका यी दुवै गायन-झुण्ड परमेश्वरको मन्दिरमा आ-आफ्नो स्थानमा बसे, र म पनि अधिकारीहरूको आधा भागसँगै आफ्नो स्थानमा बसेँ ।
त्यसपछि पुजारीहरू एल्याकीम, मासेयाह, मिन्यामीन, मीकाया, एल्योएनै, जकरिया र हनन्याह तुरहीहरू बोकेर आ-आफ्नो स्थानमा बसे ।
42 And the singers were heard, and were numbered.
साथै, मासेयाह, शमायाह, एलाजार, उज्जी, येहोहानान, मल्कियाह, एलाम र एसेर पनि त्यहाँ थिए । गायकहरूले तिनीहरूका अगुवा यिज्रहियाहको निर्देशनमा गाए ।
43 And in that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced; for God had made them very joyful: and their wives and their children rejoiced: and the joy in Jerusalem was heard from afar off.
त्यस दिन तिनीहरूले ठुला-ठुला बलिदानहरू चढाए, र आनन्द मनाए, किनकि परमेश्वरले तिनीहरूलाई बडो आनन्द मनाउन दिनुभएको थियो । स्त्रीहरू र बालबालिकाहरूले पनि आनन्द मनाए । यसरी यरूशलेमको आनन्द टाढा-टाढासम्म सुन्न सकिन्थ्यो ।
44 And in that day they appointed men over the treasuries, for the treasures, the first fruits, and the tithes, and [for] the chiefs of the cities who were assembled amongst them, [to furnish] portions for the priests and Levites: for [there was] joy in Juda over the priests and over the Levites that waited.
त्यस दिन भेटीहरू, अगौटे फलहरू र दशांशहरूका निम्ति भण्डार-कोठाहरूको जिम्मा लिन अनि लेवीहरू र पुजारीहरूका निम्ति व्यवस्थाले तोकेबमोजिम हिस्सा जम्मा गर्न मानिसहरू नियुक्त गरिए । सहरका नजिकका बस्तीहरूबाट काम गर्न हरेकलाई जिम्मा दिइएको थियो । किनकि यहूदा पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरूबाट प्रसन्न भए जो तिनीहरूका सामु खडा थिए ।
45 And they kept the charges of their God, and the charges of the purification, and [ordered] the singers and the porters, according to the commandments of David and his son Solomon.
दाऊद र तिनका छोरा सोलोमनको आज्ञामुताबिक तिनीहरूले आफ्ना परमेश्वरको सेवा र शुद्धिको सेवा गरे, अनि गायकहरू र द्वारपालहरूले पनि त्यसै गरे ।
46 For in the days of David Asaph was originally first of the singers, and [they sang] hymns and praise to God.
किनकि धेरै पहिले दाऊद र आसापको समयमा गायकहरूका निर्देशकहरू थिए, र त्यहाँ परमेश्वरको निम्ति प्रशंसासाथै धन्यवाद ज्ञापन हुन्थ्यो ।
47 And all Israel in the days of Zorobabel, and in the days of Neemias, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, a daily rate: and consecrated them to the Levites: and the Levites consecrated them to the sons of Aaron.
यरुबाबेल र नहेम्याहको समयमा सारा इस्राएलले गायकहरू र द्वारपालहरूका लागि दैनिक हिस्सा दिन्थे । तिनीहरूले लेवीहरूका निम्ति भाग छुट्ट्याउँथे, र लेवीहरूले हारूनका सन्तानहरूका निम्ति भाग छुट्ट्याउँथे ।
