Michaeas 3
1 And he shall say, Hear now these words, you heads of the house of Jacob, and you remnant of the house of Israel; is it not for you to know judgement?

2 [who] hate good, and seek evil; [who] tear their skins off them, and their flesh off their bones:
Hnokahawi na maithoe awh teh, hno kahawihoehe na lungpataw awh teh, ayânaw e vuen hai thoseh, hru dawk kambawm e tak hai thoseh, na hlip awh.
3 even as they devoured the flesh of my people, and stripped their skins off them, and broke their bones, and divided [them] as flesh for the cauldron, and as meat for the pot,
Ka taminaw e a moi na ca awh teh, a vuen hah na ho awh. A hrunaw na khoe awh teh hlaam dawk thawng e moituen, ukkang dawk pahlouk e moi patetlah a moi hoi a hru na raban awh nahlangva,
4 thus they shall cry to the Lord, but he shall not listen to them; and he shall turn away his face from them at that time, because they have done wickedly in their practices against themselves.
BAWIPA koe na hram na nakunghai, Kai ni ka thai mahoeh. Yonnae na sak awh e patetlah hatnae tueng dawk ka minhmai ka hro han.
5 Thus says the Lord concerning the prophets that lead my people astray, that bit with their teeth, and proclaim peace to them; and [when] nothing was put into their mouth, they raised up war against them:
Ka taminaw na yon sak awh teh, kaboumcalah na ca awh navah, Roumnae ao telah na hram awh teh, na pacapanei e taminaw ni tuk hanelah na kâcai awh.
6 therefore there shall be night to you instead of a vision, and there shall be to you darkness instead of prophecy; and the sun shall go down upon the prophets, and the day shall be dark upon them.
Profet lawk ka dei e naw, nangmouh ni vision na hmu thai awh hoeh nahanlah, tangmin e tueng a pha han. Hma lae tue pâpho thai hoeh nahanlah kho kahmawt han. Profetnaw koe Kanî ka khum han. Khodai patenghai yah hmonae ni a ramuk han.
7 And the seers of night-visions shall be ashamed, and the prophets shall be laughed to scorn: and all the people shall speak against them, because there shall be none to listen to them.
Hatnavah, profetnaw kaya sak awh han. Hma lae tue kapâphonaw ni a lungpout awh han. BAWIPA ni a pato hoeh dawk, ahnimouh pueng amamae pahni a tabuem awh han telah BAWIPA ni a ti.
8 Surely I will strengthen myself with the Spirit of the Lord, and of judgement, and of power, to declare to Jacob his transgressions, and to Israel his sins.

9 Hear now these words, you chiefs of the house of Jacob, and the remnant of the house of Israel, who hate judgement, and pervert all righteousness;

10 who build up Sion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
Tami thei lahoi Zion khopui hai thoseh, hno kahawihoeh sak e lahoi Jerusalem khopui hai thoseh, ka sak e Jakop kho bawinaw, Isarel ukkungnaw thai awh haw.
11 The heads thereof have judged for gifts, and the priests thereof have answered for hire, and her prophets have divined for silver: and [yet] they have rested on the Lord, saying, Is not the Lord amongst us? no evil shall come upon us.

12 Therefore on your account Sion shall be ploughed as a field, and Jerusalem shall be as a storehouse of fruits, and the mountain of the house as a grove of the forest.
Hatdawkvah, Zion mon teh nangmouh han laikawk kanawk e patetlah ao han, Jerusalem khopui teh songnawng vaikong lah ao han, Bawknae im onae mon hai ratu patetlah ao han.
