< Leviticus 27 >

1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Ary Jehovah niteny tamin’ i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:
2 Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, Whosoever shall vow a vow as the valuation of his soul for the Lord,
Mltenena amin’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely hoe: Raha misy olona hanala voady, dia ho an’ i Jehovah izy araka izay hataonao tombany.
3 the valuation of a male from twenty years old to sixty years old shall be his valuation shall be fifty didrachmas of silver by the standard of the sanctuary.
Ary ny hataonao tomban’ ny lehilahy hatramin’ ny roa-polo taona ka hatramin’ ny enim-polo taona dia sekely volafotsy dimam-polo araka ny sekely masìna;
4 And the valuation of a female shall be thirty didrachmas.
fa raha vehivavy, dia sekely telo-polo kosa no hataonao tombany.
5 And if it be from five years old to twenty, the valuation of a male shall be twenty didrachmas, and of a female ten didrachmas.
Ary raha hatramin’ ny dimy taona ka hatramin’ ny roa-polo taona izy, dia sekely roa-polo no hataonao tomban’ ny lehilahy; ary raha vehivavy, dia sekely folo kosa.
6 And from a month old to five years old, the valuation of a male shall be five didrachmas, and of a female, three didrachmas of silver.
Ary raha hatramin’ ny iray volana ka hatramin’ ny dimy taona, dia sekely volafotsy dimy no hataonao tomban’ ny zazalahy; ary sekely volafotsy telo kosa no hataonao tomban’ ny zazavavy.
7 And if from sixty year [old] and upward, if it be a male, his valuation shall be fifteen didrachmas of silver, and if a female, ten didrachmas.
Ary raha hatramin’ ny enim-polo taona no ho miakatra izy, raha lehilahy, dia ho sekely dimy ambin’ ny folo no hataonao tombany; ary raha vehivavy, dia sekely folo kosa.
8 And if the man be too poor for the valuation, he shall stand before the priest; and the priest shall value him: according to what the man who has vowed can afford, the priest shall value him.
Ary raha malahelo kosa izy ka tsy mahaloa izay hataonao ho tombany, dia ho entina eo anatrehan’ ny mpisorona izy, ary ny mpisorona hanombana azy; araka izay takatry ny ananan’ ilay nivoady no hanombanan’ ny mpisorona azy.
9 And if it be from the cattle that are offered as a gift to the Lord, whoever shall offer one of these to the Lord, it shall be holy.
Ary raha biby fiompy izay fanao fanatitra ho an’ i Jehovah, dia ho masìna ho an’ i Jehovah izay rehetra omena amin’ izany.
10 He shall not change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he do at all change it, a beast for a beast, it and the substitute shall be holy.
Tsy hanova na hanakalo izany izy, na ny tsara ho solon’ ny ratsy, na ny ratsy ho solon’ ny tsara; ary raha biby no atakalony biby, dia samy ho masìna Izy sy ny takalony.
11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which none are offered as a gift to the Lord, he shall set the beast before the priest.
Fa raha biby maloto izay tsy fanao fanatitra ho an’ i Jehovah kosa izany, dia ho entina eo anatrehan’ ny mpisorona izy;
12 And the priest shall make a valuation between the good and the bad, and accordingly as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.
ary ny mpisorona hanombana azy, na tsara, na ratsy; koa araka izay hataonao mpisorona tombany no izy.
13 And if [the worshipper] will at all redeem it, he shall add the fifth part to its value.
Fa raha ta-hanavotra azy ny tompony, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina izay nataonao tombany.
14 And whatever man shall consecrate his house as holy to the Lord, the priest shall make a valuation of it between the good and the bad: as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.
Ary raha misy olona manamasìna ny tranony ho an’ i Jehovah, dia hotombanan’ ny mpisorona ny trano, na tsara, na ratsy; koa araka izay hataon’ ny mpisorona tombany no izy.
15 And if he that has sanctified it should redeem his house, he shall add to it the fifth part of the money of the valuation, and it shall be his.
Ary raha tian’ ny tompony havotana ny tranony izay nohamasininy, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina ny vola nataonao tombany, dia ho azy ny trano.
16 And if a man should hallow to the Lord a part of the field of his possession, then the valuation shall be according to its seed, fifty didrachmas of silver for a homer of barley.
Ary raha misy olona manamasìna ho an’ Jehovah ny sasany amin’ ny zara-taniny, dia hotombananao izy araka ny voan-javatra famafy eo; ny voam-bary hordea iray homera hotombananao sekely volafotsy dimam-polo.
17 And if he should sanctify his field from the year of release, it shall stand according to his valuation.
Raha misy manamasìna ny taniny, raha vao afaka ny Jobily, dia araka izay hataonao tombany no izy.
18 And if he should sanctify his field in the latter time after the release, the priest shall reckon to him the money for the remaining years, until the [next] year of release, and it shall be deducted as an equivalent from his full valuation.
Fa raha misy manamasìna ny taniny ao aorian’ ny Jobily, dia holazain’ ny mpisorona aminy ny vola araka ny taona sisa, dia hatramin’ ny taona Jobily, ary hahena araka izany no hanaovanao ny tombany.
19 And if he that sanctified the field would redeem it, he shall add to its value the fifth part of the money, and it shall be his.
Ary raha tian’ ilay nanamasina azy havotana ny tany, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina ny vola nataonao tombany, ka dia ho tapaka ho azy.
20 And if he do not redeem the field, but should sell the field to another man, he shall not after redeem it.
Ary raha tsy hanavotra ny tany izy, na efa nivarotra azy tamin’ olon-kafa, dia tsy ho azo avotana intsony izany.
21 But the field shall be holy to the Lord after the release, as separated land; the priest shall have possession of it.
Fa raha afaka amin’ ny Jobily ny tany, dia ho masìna ho an’ i Jehovah tahaka ny saha voatokana izany; ny mpisorona no ho tompony.
22 And if he should consecrate to the Lord of a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
Ary raha misy manamasìna ho an’ i Jehovah ny tany novidiny, izay tsy amin’ ny zara-taniny,
23 the priest shall reckon to him the full valuation from the year of release, and he shall pay the valuation in that day [as] holy to the Lord.
dia holazain’ ny mpisorona aminy ny hevitry ny ataonao tombany, dia hatramin’ ny taona Jobily; ary dia handoa izay nataonao tombany amin’ izany andro izany izy ho zava-masìna ho an’ i Jehovah.
24 And in the year of release the land shall be restored to the man of whom the other bought it, whose the possession of the land was.
Amin’ ny taona Jobily no hodian’ ny tany amin’ izay nividianana azy, dia ho an’ izay tompon-dova.
25 And every valuation shall be by holy weights: the didrachm shall be twenty oboli.
Ary ny tombany rehetra izay hataonao dia ho araka ny sekely masìna: ho gera roa-polo ny sekely iray.
26 And every firstborn which shall be produced amongst your cattle shall be the Lord's, and no man shall sanctify it: whether calf or sheep, it is the Lord's.
Fa ny voalohan-teraky ny biby fiompy, dia izay voalohan-teraka ho an’ i Jehovah, aoka tsy hisy olona hanamasina izany, na omby, na ondry, na osy, fa an’ i Jehovah izany.
27 But if he should redeem an unclean beast, according to its valuation, then he shall add the fifth part to it, and it shall be his; and if he redeem it not, it shall be sold according to its valuation.
Fa raha biby maloto kosa, dia havotany araka izay hataonao tombany, ary hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina; fa raha tsy havotana izy, dia hamidy araka izay nataonao tombany.
28 And every dedicated thing which a man shall dedicate to the Lord of all that he has, whether man or beast, or of the field of his possession, he shall not sell it, nor redeem it: every devoted thing shall be most holy to the Lord.
Kanefa ny zavatra rehetra izay atokan’ ny olona ho an’ i Jehovah amin’ izay ananany, na olona, na biby fiompy, na tany izay fananany, dia tsy hamidy, na havotana; masìna dia masìna ho an’ i Jehovah ny zavatra rehetra izay atokana.
29 And whatever shall be dedicated of men, shall not be ransomed, but shall be surely put to death.
Ny olona rehetra izay atokana dia tsy havotana, fa hatao maty tokoa.
30 Every tithe of the land, both of the seed of the land, and of the fruit of trees, is the Lord's, holy to the Lord.
Ary ny ampahafolon’ ny vokatra rehetra ao amin’ ny tany, na avy amin’ ny tanimbary, na avy amin’ ny saha, dia an’ i Jehovah; masìna ho an’ i Jehovah izany.
31 And if a man should at all redeem his tithe, he shall add the fifth part to it, and it shall be his.
Ary raha misy tian’ ny tompony havotana ny ampahafolon’ ny vokatra, dia hampiany ho tonga avy fahenina izy.
32 And every tithe of oxen, and of sheep, and whatever may come in numbering under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the Lord.
Ary ny amin’ ny ampahafolon’ ny omby, na ny ondry, na ny osy, dia ny ampahafolon’ izay rehetra mandalo eo ambanin’ ny tehin’ ny mpiandry, ho masìna ho an’ i Jehovah.
33 You shall not change a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if you should at all change it, its equivalent also shall be holy, it shall not be redeemed.
Tsy hizaha ny tsara na ny ratsy izy, ary tsy hanakalo azy; ary raha misy takalozany, dia samy ho masìna avokoa izy sy ny takalony ka tsy havotana.
34 These are the commandments which the Lord commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in mount Sina.
Ireo no didy izay nandidian’ i Jehovah an’ i Mosesy ho amin’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely teo an-tendrombohitra Sinay.
