< Leviticus 19 >
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Ubangiji ya ce wa Musa,
2 Speak to the congregation of the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, You shall be holy; for I the Lord your God [am] holy.
“Yi wa taron jama’ar Isra’ila gaba ɗaya magana, ka ce musu, ‘Ku zama masu tsarki, domin Ni, Ubangiji Allahnku, mai tsarki ne.
3 Let every one of you reverence his father and his mother; and you shall keep my sabbaths: I [am] the Lord your God.
“‘Dole kowannenku yă girmama mahaifiyarsa da mahaifinsa, dole kuma ku kiyaye Asabbacina. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
4 You shall not follow idols, and you shall not make to yourselves molten gods: I [am] the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku juyo ga gumaka, ko ku yi wa kanku allolin da aka yi zubi da ƙarfe. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
5 And if you will sacrifice a peace-offering to the Lord, you shall offer it acceptable from yourselves.
“‘Sa’ad da kuka miƙa hadaya ta salama ga Ubangiji, ku miƙa ta yadda za tă karɓu a madadinku.
6 In what day soever you shall sacrifice it, it shall be eaten; and on the following day, and if any of it should be left till the third day, it shall be thoroughly burnt with fire.
Za a ci ta a ranar da kuka miƙa ta, ko kuwa a kashegarin; duk abin da ya rage har kwana ta uku dole a ƙone shi.
7 And if it should be at all eaten on the third day, it is unfit for sacrifice: it shall not be accepted.
In aka ci ta a rana ta uku, marar tsabta ce, ba kuma za a karɓe ta ba.
8 And he that eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the holy things of the Lord; and the souls that eat it shall be destroyed from amongst their people.
Duk wanda ya ci ta zai zama da laifi domin ya ƙazantar da abin da yake da tsarki ga Ubangiji, dole a raba mutumin nan da mutanensa.
9 And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not complete the reaping of your field with exactness, and you shall not gather that which falls from your reaping.
“‘Sa’ad da kuka yi girbin amfanin gonarku, kada ku girbe har zuwa gefen gonar, ko ku yi kalan girbinku.
10 And you shall not go over the gathering of your vineyard, neither shall you gather the remaining grapes of your vineyard: you shall leave them for the poor and the stranger: I am the Lord your God.
Kada ku koma gonar inabinku kuna kala, ko ku tattara’ya’yan inabin da suka fāffāɗi. Ku bar su domin matalauta da kuma baƙi. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
11 You shall not steal, you shall not lie, neither shall one bear false witness as an informer against his neighbour.
“‘Kada ku yi sata. “‘Kada ku yi ƙarya. “‘Kada ku ruɗe juna.
12 And you shall not swear unjustly by my name, and you shall not profane the holy name of your God: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku rantse bisa ƙarya da sunana, ta haka har ku ƙasƙantar da sunan Allahnku. Ni ne Ubangiji.
13 You shall not injure your neighbour, neither do you rob [him], neither shall the wages of your hireling remain with you until the morning.
“‘Kada ku zalunci maƙwabcinku, ko ku yi masa ƙwace. “‘Kada ku riƙe albashin ma’aikaci yă kwana.
14 You shall not revile the deaf, neither shall you put a stumbling block in the way of the blind; and you shall fear the Lord your God: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku zagi kurma, ko ku sa abin tuntuɓe a gaban makaho, amma ku ji tsoron Allahnku. Ni ne Ubangiji.
15 You shall not act unjustly in judgement: you shall not accept the person of the poor, nor admire the person of the mighty; with justice shall you judge your neighbour.
“‘Kada ku yi rashin adalci cikin shari’a; kada ku nuna sonkai ga matalauci, ko ku goyi bayan mai arziki, amma ku shari’anta maƙwabci cikin gaskiya.
16 You shall not walk deceitfully amongst your people; you shall not rise up against the blood of your neighbour: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku yi ta yawo kuna yaɗa ƙarya a cikin mutanenku. “‘Kada ku yi wani abin da zai sa ran maƙwabcinku cikin hatsari. Ni ne Ubangiji.
17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart: you shall in any wise rebuke your neighbour, so you shall not bear sin on his account.
“‘Kada ka yi ƙiyayyar ɗan’uwanka a zuciya. Ka tsawata wa maƙwabcinka da gaske don kada ka sami rabo cikin laifinsa.
18 And your hand shall not avenge you; and you shall not be angry with the children of your people; and you shall love your neighbour as yourself; I am the Lord.
“‘Kada ka nemi yin ramuwa, ko ka riƙe wani cikin mutanenka a zuciya, amma ka ƙaunaci maƙwabcinka kamar kanka. Ni ne Ubangiji.
19 You shall observe my law: you shall not let your cattle gender with one of a different kind, and you shall not sow your vineyard with diverse seed; and you shall not put upon yourself a mingled garment woven of two [materials].
“‘Ku kiyaye farillaina. “‘Kada ku sa dabbobin da ba iri ɗaya ba su yi barbara. “‘Kada ku yi shuki iri biyu a gonarku. “‘Kada ku sa rigar da aka saƙa da yadi iri biyu.
20 And if any one lie carnally with a woman, and she should be a home-servant kept for a man, and she has not been ransomed, [and] her freedom has not been given to her, they shall be visited [with punishment]; but they shall not die, because she was not set at liberty.
“‘In wani ya kwana da mace wadda take baiwa, wadda aka yi wa wani alkawari amma bai fanshe ta ba, ko kuwa ba a’yantar da ita ba, dole a yi hukuncin da ya dace. Duk da haka ba za a kashe su ba, domin ba a’yantar da ita ba.
21 And he shall bring for his trespass to the Lord to the door of the tabernacle of witness, a ram for a trespass-offering.
Dole mutumin da ya kwana da ita yă kawo rago a ƙofar Tentin Sujada domin hadaya don laifi ga Ubangiji.
22 And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass-offering, before the Lord, for the sin which he sinned; and the sin which he sinned shall be forgiven him.
Da ragon hadaya don laifin ne firist zai yi kafara saboda mutumin a gaban Ubangiji saboda zunubin da ya yi, za a kuwa gafarta zunubinsa.
23 And whenever you shall enter into the land which the Lord your God gives you, and shall plant any fruit tree, then shall you purge away its uncleanness; its fruit shall be three years uncleansed to you, it shall not be eaten.
“‘Sa’ad da kuka shiga ƙasar kuka kuma shuka kowane irin itace mai’ya’ya na ci, ku ɗauki’ya’yan itatuwan nan a matsayi an hana ku ci. Shekara uku za ku ɗauka a matsayi an hana ku, ba za ku ci su ba.
24 And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, a subject of praise to the Lord.
A shekara ta huɗu, dukan’ya’yansu za su zama tsarkakakku, hadaya ta yabo ga Ubangiji.
25 And in the fifth year you shall eat the fruit, its produce is an increase to you. I am the Lord your God.
Amma a shekara ta biyar, za ku iya cin’ya’yan itatuwan. Ta haka girbinku zai ƙaru. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
26 Eat not on the mountains, nor shall you employ auguries, nor divine by inspection of birds.
“‘Kada ku ci wani abinci tare da jini a cikinsa. “‘Kada ku yi duba ko sihiri.
27 You shall not make a round cutting of the hair of your head, nor disfigure your beard.
“‘Ba za ka aske gefe-gefe na gashin kanka ba, ko ku aske gemunku.
28 And you shall not make cuttings in your body for a [dead] body, and you shall not inscribe on yourselves any marks. I am the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku tsattsaga jikunanku saboda matattu, ba kuwa za ku yi wa kanku zāne-zāne a jiki ba. Ni ne Ubangiji.
29 You shall not profane your daughter to prostitute her; so the land shall not go a whoring, and the land be filled with iniquity.
“‘Kada ka ƙasƙantar da’yarka ta wurin mai da ita karuwa, in ba haka ba ƙasar za tă juya ga karuwanci tă kuma cika da mugunta.
30 You shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuaries: I am the Lord.
“‘Ku kiyaye Asabbacina, ku kuma girmama wuri mai tsarkina. Ni ne Ubangiji.
31 You shall not attend to those who have in them divining spirits, nor attach yourselves to enchanters, to pollute yourselves with them: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Kada ku juya ga masu duba, ko ku nemi shawarar bokaye, gama za ku ƙazantu ta wurinsu. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
32 You shall rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and shall fear your God: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Ku miƙe tsaye a gaban tsofaffi, ku nuna bangirma ga waɗanda suka tsufa, ku kuma girmama Allahnku. Ni ne Ubangiji.
33 And if there should come to you a stranger in your land, you shall not afflict him.
“‘Sa’ad da baƙo yana zama tare da ku a ƙasarku, kada ku wulaƙanta shi.
34 The stranger that comes to you shall be amongst you as the native, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
Dole ku ɗauki baƙon da yake zama tare da ku kamar haifaffe ɗan ƙasa. Ku ƙaunace shi kamar kanku, gama dā ku ma baƙi ne a Masar. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
35 You shall not act unrighteously in judgement, in measures and weights and scales.
“‘Kada ku yi amfani da mudun ƙarya sa’ad da kuke awon tsawo, nauyi, ko yawan abu.
36 There shall be amongst you just balances and just weights and just liquid measure. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.
Ku yi amfani da ma’auni na gaskiya da mudu na gaskiya, da kuma magwaji na gaskiya. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku, wanda ya fitar da ku daga Masar.
37 And you shall keep all my law and all my ordinances, and you shall do them: I am the Lord your God.
“‘Ku kiyaye dukan farillaina da kuma dukan dokokina, ku kuma bi su. Ni ne Ubangiji.’”
