Joshua 15
1 And the borders of the tribe of Juda according to their families were from the borders of Idumea from the wilderness of sin, as far as Cades southward.

2 And their borders were from the south as far as a part of the salt sea from the high country that extends southward.
Ang ilang utlanan sa habagatan nagsugod gikan sa kataposan sa Dagat nga Asin, gikan sa baybayon nga nag-atubang sa habagatan.
3 And they proceed before the ascent of Acrabin, and go out round Sena, and go up from the south to Cades Barne; and go out to Asoron, and proceed up to Sarada, and go out by the way that is west of Cades.
Ang ilang sunod nga utlanan paingon ngadto sa habagatan nga bungtod sa Akrabim ug mipadayon paingon sa Sin, ug patungas sa habagatan sa Kades Barnea, agi sa Esron, ug hangtod sa Adar, diin miliko sa Karka.
4 And they go out to Selmona, and issue at the valley of Egypt; and the termination of its boundaries shall be at the sea: these are their boundaries southward.
Mipadayon kini ngadto sa Asmon, misubay sa sapa sa Ehipto, ug misangko kini sa dagat. Mao kini ang ilang utlanan sa habagatan.
5 And their boundaries eastward [are] all the salt sea as far as Jordan; and their borders from the north, and from the border of the sea, and from part of Jordan—
Ang utlanan sa sidlakan mao ang Dagat nga Asin, nga anaa sa baba sa Jordan. Ang utlanan sa amihan nagsugod gikan sa baybayon sa dagat nga anaa sa baba sa Jordan.
6 the borders go up to Baethaglaam, and they go along from the north to Baetharaba, and the borders go on up to the stone of Baeon the son of Ruben.
Patungas kini ngadto sa Bet Hogla ug mipadayon sa amihan sa Bet Araba. Unya patungas kini ngadto sa Bato ni Bohan nga anak ni Reuben.
7 And the borders continue on to the fourth part of the valley of Achor, and go down to Galgal, which is before the approach of Adammin, which is southward in the valley, and terminate at the water of the fountain of the sun; and their going forth shall be the fountain of Rogel.
Unya ang utlanan patungas ngadto sa Debir gikan sa walog sa Acor, ug paingon sa amihanan, liko ngadto sa Gilgal, nga atbang sa bungtod sa Adumim, nga anaa sa habagatan nga bahin sa walog. Unya mipadayon ang utlanan paingon sa mga tuboran sa En Semes ug paingon sa En Rogel.
8 And the borders go up to the valley of Ennom, behind Jebus southward; this is Jerusalem: and the borders terminate at the top of the mountain, which is before the valley of Ennom towards the sea, which is by the side of the land of Raphain northward.
Unya mitungas ang utlanan sa walog sa Ben Hinnom ngadto sa habagatan nga bahin sa siyudad sa Jebusihanon (nga mao ang Jerusalem). Unya mitungas kini ngadto sa tumoy sa bungtod nga nagsumpay sa walog sa Hinom, sa kasadpan, nga anaa tumoy sa amihanan sa walog sa Refaim.
9 And the border [going forth] from the top of the mountain terminates at the fountain of the water of Naphtho, and terminates at mount Ephron; and the border will lead to Baal; this is the city of Jarim.
Unya misibog ang utlanan gikan sa tumoy sa kabungtoran ngadto sa tuboran sa Neptoa, ug mipadayon pa gayod gikan didto ngadto sa mga siyudad sa Bukid sa Efron. Unya ang utlanan miliko palibot sa Baala (o Kiriat Jarim).
10 And the border will go round from Baal to the sea, and will go on to the mount of Assar behind the city of Jarin northwards; this is Chaslon: and it will come down to the city of Sun, and will go on to the south.
Unya ang utlanan milibot sa habagatan sa Baala ngadto sa Bukid sa Seir, ug mipadayon ngadto sa pikas bahin sa Bukid sa Jarim nga anaa sa amihan (o Keslon), palugsong ngadto sa Bet Semes, ug saylo ngadto sa Timna.
11 And the border terminates behind Accaron northward, and the borders will terminate at Socchoth, and the borders will go on to the south, and will terminate at Lebna, and the issue of the borders will be at the sea; and their borders [shall be] towards the sea, the great sea shall be the boundary.
Ang utlanan mipadayon tapad sa amihanang bungtod sa Ekron, unya miliko kini palibot sa Sikron ug mipadayon ngadto sa Bukid sa Baala, gikan didto mipaingon kini ngadto sa Jebnel. Ang utlanan natapos sa dagat.
12 These [are] the borders of the children of Juda round about according to their families.
Ang utlanan sa kasadpan mao ang Dakong Dagat ug ang baybayon niini. Mao kini ang utlanan palibot sa tribo ni Juda, banay sa banay.
13 And to Chaleb the son of Jephone he gave a portion in the midst of the children of Juda by the command of God; and Joshua gave him the city of Arboc the metropolis of Enac; this is Chebron.
Sa pagtuman sa mando ni Yahweh ngadto kang Josue, gihatag ni Josue ngadto kang Caleb nga anak ni Jefone ang gigahin nga yuta taliwala sa tribo ni Juda, ang Kiriat Arba, nga mao ang, Hebron (si Arba mao ang amahan ni Anak).
14 And Chaleb the son of Jephone destroyed thence the three sons of Enac, Susi, and Tholami, and Achima.
Gipapahawa ni Caleb gikan didto ang tulo ka mga anak nga lalaki ni Anak: si Sesai, si Ahiman ug si Talmai, ang mga kaliwat ni Anak.
15 And Chaleb went up thence to the inhabitants of Dabir; and the name of Dabir before was the city of Letters.
Mitungas siya gikan didto batok sa mga lumolupyo sa Dabir (Ang Dabir gitawag kaniadto ug Kiriat Seper).
16 And Chaleb said, Whosoever shall take and destroy the city of Letters, and master it, to him will I give my daughter Ascha to wife.
Miingon si Caleb, “Ang tawo nga mosulong sa Kiriat Seper ug mobuntog niini, ngadto kaniya ihatag ko ang akong anak nga babaye nga si Acsa ingon nga asawa.”
17 And Gothoniel the son of Chenez the brother of Chaleb took it; and he gave him Ascha his daughter to wife.
Sa dihang si Otniel nga anak nga lalaki ni Kenas, nga igsoong lalaki ni Caleb, mibuntog niini, gihatag ni Caleb kaniya si Acsa nga iyang anak nga babaye ingon nga asawa.
18 And it came to pass as she went out that she counselled him, saying, I will ask of my father a field; and she cried from off her ass; and Chaleb said to her, What is it?
Pagkahuman dayon niana, miadto si Acsa kang Otniel ug giawhag niya siya nga hangyoon ang iyang amahan alang sa usa ka uma. Ug sa dihang mikanaog siya sa iyang asno, miingon si Caleb kaniya, “Unsa man ang imong gusto?”
19 And she said to him, Give me a blessing, for you have set me in the land of Nageb; give me Botthanis: and he gave her Gonaethla the upper, and Gonaethla the lower.
Mitubag si Acsa, “Mohangyo ako. Sanglit gihatag mo na man kanako ang yuta sa Negeb, hatagi usab ako ug pipila ka mga tuboran sa tubig.” Ug gihatag ni Caleb kaniya ang taas nga bahin nga mga tuboran ug ubos nga bahin nga mga tuboran.
20 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Juda.
Mao kini ang panulondon sa tribo ni Juda, nga gihatag ngadto sa ilang kabanayan.
21 And their cities were cities belonging to the tribe of the children of Juda on the borders of Edom by the wilderness, and Baeseleel, and Ara, and Asor,
Ang mga siyudad nga sakop sa tribo ni Juda nga anaa sa halayong habagatan, atubangan sa utlanan sa Edomea, mao ang Kabseel, Eder, Jagur,
22 and Icam, and Regma, and Aruel,
Kina, Dimona, Adada,
23 and Cades, and Asorionain, and Maenam,
Kedes, Hazor, Itnan,
24 and Balmaenan, and their villages,
Sip, Telem, Bealot.
25 and the cities of Aseron, this [is] Asor,
Hasor Hadata, Kiriot Hezron (gitawag usab kini ug Hazor),
26 and Sen, and Salmaa, and Molada,
Amam, Shema, Molada,
27 and Seri, and Baephalath,
Hazar Gada, Hesmon, Bet Pelet,
28 and Cholaseola, and Beersabee; and their villages, and their hamlets,
Hazar Sual, Berseba, Bisiotia.
29 Bala and Bacoc, and Asom,
Baala, Iyim, Esem,
30 and Elboudad, and Baethel, and Herma,
Eltolad, Chesil, Horma,
31 and Sekelac, and Macharim, and Sethennac,
Ziklag, Madmana, Sansana,
32 and Labos, and Sale, and Eromoth; twenty-nine cities, and their villages.

36 And Sacarim and Gadera, and its villages; fourteen cities, and their villages;

45 Accaron and her villages, and their hamlets:

46 from Accaron, Gemna, and all the cities that are near Asedoth; and their villages.

47 Asiedoth, and her villages, and her hamlets; Gaza, and its villages and its hamlets as far as the river of Egypt, and the great sea is the boundary.

48 And in the hill country Samir, and Jether, and Socha,

50 and Anon, and Es, and Man, and Aesam,

51 and Gosom, and Chalu, and Channa, and Gelom: eleven cities, and their villages;

52 Aerem, and Remna, and Soma,
Arab, Duma, Esan,
53 and Jemain, and Baethachu, and Phacua,
Janim, Bet Tapua, Afeka,
54 and Euma, and the city Arboc, this is Chebron, and Soraith: nine cities and their villages:

55 Maor, and Chermel, and Ozib, and Itan,

60 Cariathbaal, this [is] the city of Jarim, and Sotheba: two cities, and their villages:

61 and Baddargeis, and Tharabaam, and Aenon;
Sa kamingawan, anaa ang Bet Araba, Medin, Secaca,
62 and Aeochioza, and Naphlazon, and the cities of Sadon, and Ancades; seven cities, and their villages.
Nibsan, ang Siyudad sa Asin, ug ang En Gedi. Unom kini ka mga siyudad, lakip ang mga kabaryohan niini.
63 And the Jebusite lived in Jerusalem, and the children of Juda could not destroy them; and the Jebusites lived in Jerusalem to this day.
Apan alang sa mga Jebusihanon, nga mga lumolupyo sa Jerusalem, ang tribo ni Juda wala makapahawa kanila, busa ang mga Jebusihanon nagpuyo didto uban sa tribo ni Juda hangtod karong mga adlawa.
