< Esias 61 >

1 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me; he has sent me to preach glad tidings to the poor, to heal the broken in heart, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind;
Otumfoɔ Awurade Honhom wɔ me so, ɛfiri sɛ, Awurade asra me ngo sɛ menka asɛmpa nkyerɛ ahiafoɔ. Wasoma me sɛ, menkɔkyekye wɔn a wɔn akoma abubu werɛ, sɛ me mpae mu nka ahofadie nkyerɛ nnommumfoɔ na wɔnyi nneduafoɔ mfiri esum mu,
2 to declare the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of recompence; to comfort all that mourn;
sɛ mempae mu nka Awurade adom no ho asɛm, ne yɛn Onyankopɔn aweretɔ da. Wasoma me sɛ, menkyekye wɔn a wɔdi awerɛhoɔ nyinaa werɛ,
3 that there should be given to them that mourn in Sion glory instead of ashes, the oil of joy to the mourners, the garment of glory for the spirit of heaviness: and they shall be called generations of righteousness, the planting of the Lord for glory.
na memma wɔn a wɔdi awerɛhoɔ wɔ Sion no deɛ wɔhia, na menhyɛ wɔn ahenkyɛ fɛfɛ nsi nsõ anan mu; anigyeɛ ngo nsi awerɛhoɔdie anan mu, ayɛyie atadeɛ nsi abasamutuo honhom anan mu. Wɔbɛfrɛ wɔn tenenee adum deɛ Awurade adua de ada nʼanimuonyam adi.
4 And they shall build the old waste places, they shall raise up those that were before made desolate, and shall renew the desert cities, [even] those that had been desolate for [many] generations.
Wɔbɛsi tete mmubuiɛ no bio, na wɔasiesie mmeammea a asɛe dadaada no; wɔbɛyɛ nkuropɔn a asɛeɛ no foforɔ deɛ asɛe awoɔ ntoatoasoɔ bebree no.
5 And strangers shall come and feed your flocks, and aliens [shall be your] ploughmen and vine-dressers.
Ananafoɔ bɛhwɛ mo nnwankuo; ahɔhoɔ bɛyɛ adwuma wɔ mo mfuo ne bobeturo mu.
6 But you shall be called priests of the Lord, the ministers of God: you shall eat the strength of nations, and shall be admired because of their wealth.
Na wɔbɛfrɛ mo Awurade asɔfoɔ, wɔbɛto mo din sɛ yɛn Onyankopɔn asomfoɔ. Amanaman no ahonya no na mobɛdi na wɔn ahodeɛ na mode bɛhoahoa mo ho.
7 Thus shall they inherit the land a second time, and everlasting joy shall be upon their head.
Wɔn animguaseɛ anan mu me nkurɔfoɔ bɛnya animuonyam mmɔho, na ahohora anan mu wɔbɛsɛpɛ wɔn ho wɔ wɔn adedie mu; ne saa enti wɔn asase no so kyɛfa bɛyɛ mmɔho, na anigyeɛ a ɛnni awieeɛ bɛyɛ wɔn dea.
8 For I am the Lord who love righteousness, and hate robberies of injustice; and I will give their labour to the just, and will make an everlasting covenant with them.
“Na me Awurade, mepɛ atɛntenenee. Mekyiri korɔno ne nnebɔne. Me nokorɛ mu, mɛbɔ wɔn aba so na me ne wɔn ayɛ apam a ɛbɛtena hɔ daa.
9 And their seed shall be known amongst the Gentiles, and their offspring in the midst of peoples: every one that sees them shall take notice of them, that they are a seed blessed of God;
Wɔn asefoɔ bɛgye din wɔ amanaman no mu ne wɔn mma wɔ nkurɔfoɔ no mu. Wɔn a wɔhunu wɔn nyinaa bɛgye ato mu sɛ wɔyɛ nnipa a Awurade ahyira wɔn.”
10 and they shall greatly rejoice in the Lord. Let my soul rejoice in the Lord; for he has clothed me with the robe of salvation, and the garment of joy: he has put a mitre on me as on a bridegroom, and adorned me with ornaments as a bride.
Awurade mu na me ho sɛpɛ me mmorosoɔ, me Onyankopɔn mu na me ɔkra di ahurisie. Ɛfiri sɛ, ɔde nkwagyeɛ ntoma afira me na ɔde tenenee atadeɛ yuu awura me, sɛdeɛ ayeforɔkunu siesie me tiri so sɛ ɔsɔfoɔ, ne sɛdeɛ ayɛforɔ de nnwinneɛ hyehyɛ ne ho.
11 And as the earth putting forth her flowers, and as a garden its seed; so shall the Lord, [even] the Lord, cause righteousness to spring forth, and exultation before all nations.
Na sɛdeɛ asase ma afifideɛ pue na turo nso ma aba nyini no, saa ara na Otumfoɔ Awurade bɛma tenenee ne ayɛyie apue wɔ amanaman anim.
