Esias 12

1 And in that day you shall say, I [will] bless you, O Lord; for you were angry with me, but you have turned aside your wrath, and have pitied me.

Şi în acea zi vei spune: DOAMNE, te voi lăuda; deşi te-ai mâniat pe mine, mânia ta s-a întors şi m-ai mângâiat.

2 Behold, my God is my Saviour; I will trust in him, and not be afraid: for the Lord is my glory and my praise, and is become my salvation.

Iată, Dumnezeu este salvarea mea; mă voi încrede şi nu mă voi teme, fiindcă DOMNUL IEHOVA este tăria şi cântarea mea; el a devenit de asemenea salvarea mea.

3 Draw you therefore water with joy out of the wells of salvation.

De aceea cu bucurie veţi scoate apă din fântânile salvării.

4 And in that day you shall say, sing to the Lord, call aloud upon his name, proclaim his glorious [deeds] amongst the Gentiles; make mention that his name is exalted.

Şi în acea zi veţi spune: Lăudaţi pe DOMNUL, chemaţi numele său, vestiţi facerile lui printre popoare, daţi de ştire că numele lui este înălţat.

5 Sing praise to the name of the Lord; for he has done great [things]: declare this in all the earth.

Cântaţi DOMNULUI, căci a făcut lucruri măreţe, aceasta este cunoscută pe tot pământul.

6 Exalt and rejoice, you that dwell in Sion: for the Holy One of Israel is exalted in the midst of her.

Strigă şi chiuie, locuitor al Sionului, căci mare este Cel Sfânt al lui Israel în mijlocul tău.
