< Psalms 77 >

1 For the end, for Idithun, a Psalm of Asaph. I cried to the Lord with my voice, yea, my voice [was addressed] to God; and he gave heed to me.
Abụ Ọma nke dịrị onyeisi abụ. Maka Jedutun. Abụ nke Asaf. Abụ Ọma. Etikuru m Chineke nʼoke olu maka enyemaka; etikuru m Chineke mkpu ka ọ nụrụ olu m.
2 In the day of mine affliction I earnestly sought the Lord; [even] with my hands by night before him, and I was not deceived; my soul refused to be comforted.
Mgbe m nọ nʼihe mgbu, ọ bụ Onyenwe anyị ka m chọrọ. Nʼanyasị, esetipụrụ m aka m abụọ, ike na-agwụghị, mmụọ m jụkwara ka a akasịe ya obi.
3 I remembered God, and rejoiced; I poured out my complaint, and my soul fainted. (Pause)
O Chineke, echetara m gị, sụkwaa ude; echere m echiche, mkpụrụobi m dakwara mba. (Sela)
4 All mine enemies set a watch [against me]: I was troubled, and spoke not.
I kweghị ka anya m abụọ mechie; nʼihi oke mwute m, enweghị m ike kwuo okwu.
5 I considered the days of old, and remembered ancient years.
Echere m echiche banyere ụbọchị niile gara aga, na afọ niile ndị gara aga.
6 And I meditated; I communed with my heart by night, and diligently searched my spirit, [saying],
Echetara m abụ niile m na-abụ nʼime anyasị. Mkpụrụobi m nọ nʼọnọdụ ntụgharị uche, mmụọ m jụkwara ajụjụ.
7 Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be well pleased no more?
“Onyenwe anyị ọ ga-agbakụta m azụ ruo mgbe ebighị ebi? Ọ pụtara na ọ gaghị egosi ihuọma ya ọzọ?
8 Will he cut off his mercy for ever, even for ever and ever?
Ọ pụtara na ịhụnanya ya nke na-adịgide ruo ebighị ebi agwụla? Ọ pụtara na nkwa ya agaghị emezu ruo ebighị ebi?
9 Will God forget to pity? or will he shut up his compassions in his wrath? (Pause)
Chineke, o chefuola i mere anyị ebere? O jichiela ọmịiko ya nʼihi iwe?” (Sela)
10 And I said, Now I have begun; this is the change of the right hand of the Most High.
Mgbe ahụ, ekwuru m, “Lee ọnọdụ ọjọọ m, afọ niile mgbe Onye kachasị ihe niile elu setịpụrụ aka nri ya.
11 I remembered the works of the Lord; for I will remember thy wonders from the beginning.
Aga m echeta ọrụ niile Onyenwe anyị rụrụ; e, aga m echeta ihe ịrịbama niile i mere nʼoge gara aga.
12 And I will meditate on all thy works, and will consider thy doings.
Aga m atụgharịa uche m nʼọrụ gị niile, tuleekwa ọrụ ukwuu gị niile dị iche iche.”
13 O God, thy way is in the sanctuary; who is a great God as our God?
O Chineke, ụzọ gị niile dị nsọ. Olee chi dị ukwuu dịka Chineke anyị?
14 Thou art the God that doest wonders; thou hast made known thy power among the nations.
Ị bụ Chineke onye na-arụ ọrụ ebube dị iche iche; ị na-egosipụta ike gị nʼetiti ụmụ mmadụ.
15 Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Pause)
I ji aka gị dị ike gbapụta ndị gị, bụ ụmụ ụmụ Jekọb na Josef. (Sela)
16 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee, and feared; and the depths were troubled.
Osimiri hụrụ gị, O Chineke, osimiri hụrụ gị, taa; ogbu mmiri mere mkpọtụ.
17 [There was] an abundant sound of waters: the clouds uttered a voice; for thine arrows went abroad.
Igwe ojii wụpụrụ mmiri, mkpọtụ egbe eluigwe jupụtara mbara eluigwe; àkụ gị gburu amụma ebe niile.
18 The voice of thy thunder was abroad, and around thy lightnings appeared to the world; the earth trembled a quaked.
A nụrụ ụda egbe eluigwe gị nʼoke ifufe, amụma gị nyere ụwa niile ihe; elu ụwa niile mara jijiji, tụkwaa oke egwu.
19 Thy way is in the sea, and thy paths in many waters, and thy footsteps cannot be known.
Ọ bụ nʼosimiri ka nzọ ụkwụ gị gara, ụzọ gị gara nʼetiti oke osimiri, ọ bụ ezie na ahụghị m nzọ ụkwụ gị anya.
20 Thou didst guide thy people as sheep by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
I sitere nʼaka Mosis na Erọn duo ndị gị dịka igwe atụrụ.
