Psalms 38
1 A Psalm of David for remembrance concerning the Sabbath-day. O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath, neither chasten me in thine anger.
Hina Gode! Dia ougiba: le, nama se bidi mae ima!
2 For thy weapons are fixed in me, and thou hast pressed thy hand heavily upon me.
Di da na Dia dadi amoga fa: ginisi, amola na fane sanasi.
3 For there is no health in my flesh because of thine anger; there is no peace to my bones because of my sins.
Dia da nama ougiba: le, na se baligili nabala. Na wadela: i hou hamobeba: le, na da: i huluane da olo bagade madelasa.
4 For my transgressions have gone over mine head: they have pressed heavily upon me like a weighty burden.
Na da nina: wadela: i hamonana fedege agoane hano heda: i amoga gela daha. Na wadela: i hou da fedege agoane, liligi bagadedafa aguni masunu hamedei agoai ba: sa.
5 My bruises have become noisome and corrupt, because of my foolishness.
Bai na da gagaoule hamobeba: le, na aiya da dasale gahasa.
6 I have been wretched and bowed down continually: I went with a mourning countenance all the day.
Na da se nabawane beguduli, gala: la sa: i. Na da hahabe asili daeya, mae fisili, dinana.
7 For my soul is filled with mockings; and there is no health in my flesh.
Na da asugiba: le, da: i goaeasa. Amola na da bogomu gadenei ba: sa.
8 I have been afflicted and brought down exceedingly: I have roared for the groaning of my heart.
Na da gasa hamedene, dafawane gala: la sa: i. Na da da: i dioi, amola se nababeba: le gayasa.
9 But all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hidden from thee.
Hina Gode! Na hanai amo Dia dawa: ! Na gayabe huluane Dia naba!
10 My heart is troubled, my strength has failed me; and the light of mine eyes is not with me.
Na habe da ha: ha: sa, amola na gasa da asi dagoi. Na si da mobi sa: i dagoi.
11 My friends and my neighbours drew near before me, and stood still; and my nearest of kin stood afar off.
Na da aiya bagohame madelaiba: le, na sama amola na na: iyado fi dunu ilia da nama hame gadenena maha. Na sosogodafa amolalia na hagasa.
12 While they pressed hard upon me that sought my soul: and they that sought my hurt spoke vanities, and devised deceits all the day.
Dunu da na medole legemusa: dawa: be, ilia da na sa: ima: ne sanenisa. Amola dunu da nama se ima: ne dawa: be, ilia da na wadela: lesimusa: magagisa. Ilia da na wadela: lesimusa: sia: fane ilegesu hou hame yolesisa.
13 But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and was as a dumb man not opening his mouth.
Na da ge ga: i dunu defele, hame naba. Amola na da sia: hamedei dunu agoane, hame sia: da.
14 And I was as a man that hears not, and who has no reproofs in his mouth.
Na da ge ga: iba: le, dabe adole imunu hamedei dunu agoai gala.
15 For I hoped in thee, O Lord: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.
Hina Gode, na da dima dafawaneyale dawa: sa, amola Di da na Hina Godeba: le, nama dabe adole imunu.
16 For I said, Lest mine enemies rejoice against me: for when my feet were moved, they spoke boastingly against me.
Na da se nabasu baligilidafa nababeba: le, nama ha lai dunu da na mae habosesema: ma. Ilia da na dafai hou ba: beba: le, Dia mae habosesele sia: ma: ma!
17 For I am ready for plagues, and my grief is continually before me.
Na da maedafa fisili, se naba. Amola na da dafamu gadenei ba: sa.
18 For I will declare mine iniquity, and be distressed for my sin.
Na da na wadela: i hou sisane fofada: sa. Be na da amo dawa: beba: le, bagadewane beda: sa.
19 But mine enemies live, and are mightier than I: and they that hate me unjustly are multiplied.
Na ha lai dunu da dagumui noga: i amola gasa fi gala. Nama ha lai dunu bagohame da nama bai hamedene, higale ba: sa.
20 They that reward evil for good slandered me; because I followed righteousness.
Dunu amo da noga: le hamobe dunuma wadela: i dabe iaha, ilia da na higale ba: sa. Bai na da moloi hou amoga hamomusa: , logo hogobeba: le.
21 Forsake me not, O Lord my God: depart not from me.
Hina Gode! Dia na mae fisiagama! Na Gode! Nama gasigale mae aligima!
22 Draw nigh to my help, O Lord of my salvation.
Hina Gode! Na Gaga: sudafa! Wahadafa, na fidima!
