Psalms 150

1 Alleluia. Praise God in his holy places: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Halleluja! Looft Jahweh in zijn heiligdom, Looft Hem in het firmament zijner glorie;

2 Praise him on [account of] his mighty acts: praise him according to his abundant greatness.

Looft Hem om zijn machtige daden, Looft Hem om zijn ontzaglijke grootheid!

3 Praise him with the sound of a trumpet: praise him with psaltery and harp.

Looft Hem met bazuingeschal, Looft Hem met harp en citer;

4 Praise him with timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and the organ.

Looft Hem met pauken en koren, Looft Hem op snaren en fluit!

5 Praise him with melodious cymbals: praise him with loud cymbals.

Looft Hem met schelle cimbalen, Looft Hem met kletterende bekkens!

6 Let every thing that has breath praise the Lord.

Looft Jahweh, alles wat ademt! Halleluja!
