Psalms 119
1 Alleluia. Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
Blago onima kojima je put èist, koji hode u zakonu Gospodnjem.
2 Blessed are they that search out his testimonies: they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.
Blago onima koji èuvaju otkrivenja njegova, svijem srcem traže ga;
3 For they that work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
Koji ne èine bezakonja, hode putovima njegovijem!
4 Thou hast commanded [us] diligently to keep thy precepts.
Ti si dao zapovijesti svoje, da se èuvaju dobro.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thine ordinances.
Kad bi putovi moji bili upravljeni da èuvam naredbe tvoje!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all thy commandments.
Onda se ne bih postidio, pazeæi na zapovijesti tvoje;
7 I will give thee thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learnt the judgments of thy righteousness.
Hvalio bih te s pravijem srcem, uèeæi se pravednijem zakonima tvojim.
8 I will keep thine ordinances: O forsake me not greatly.
Èuvaæu naredbe tvoje, nemoj me ostaviti sasvijem.
9 Wherewith shall a young man direct his way? by keeping thy words.
Kako æe mladiæ oèistiti put svoj? Vladajuæi se po tvojim rijeèima.
10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought thee: cast me not away from thy commandments.
Svijem srcem svojim tražim tebe, ne daj mi da zaðem od zapovijesti tvojih.
11 I have hidden thine oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
U srce svoje zatvorio sam rijeè tvoju, da ti ne griješim.
12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thine ordinances.
Blagosloven si, Gospode! nauèi me naredbama svojim.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
Ustima svojim javljam sve sudove usta tvojih.
14 I have delighted in the way of thy testimonies, [as much] as in all riches.
Na putu otkrivenja tvojih radujem se kao za veliko bogatstvo.
15 I will meditate on thy commandments, and consider thy ways.
O zapovijestima tvojim razmišljam, i pazim na putove tvoje.
16 I will meditate on thine ordinances: I will not forget thy words.
Naredbama tvojim tješim se, ne zaboravljam rijeèi tvoje.
17 Render a recompense to thy servant: [so] shall I live, and keep thy words.
Uèini milost sluzi svojemu, da bih živio i èuvao rijeè tvoju.
18 Unveil thou mine eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of thy law.
Otvori oèi moje, da bih vidio èudesa zakona tvojega;
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
Gost sam na zemlji, nemoj sakriti od mene zapovijesti svojih.
20 My soul has longed exceedingly for thy judgments at all times.
Iznemože duša moja želeæi bez prestanka poznati sudove tvoje.
21 Thou has rebuked the proud: cursed are they that turn aside from thy commandments.
Ti si strašan prokletim oholicama, koje zastranjuju od zapovijesti tvojih.
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out thy testimonies.
Odvrati od mene rug i sramotu, jer èuvam otkrivenja tvoja.
23 For princes sat and spoke against me: but thy servant was meditating on thine ordinances.
Sjede knezovi i dogovaraju se na mene; a sluga tvoj razmišlja o naredbama tvojim.
24 For thy testimonies are my (meditation) and thine ordinances are my counsellors.
Otkrivenja su tvoja utjeha moja, savjetnici moji.
25 My soul has cleaved to the ground; quicken thou me according to thy word.
Duša moja leži u prahu; oživi me po rijeèi svojoj.
26 I declared my ways, and thou didst hear me: teach me thine ordinances.
Kazujem putove svoje, i èuješ me; nauèi me naredbama svojim.
27 Instruct me in the way of thine ordinances; and I will meditate on thy wondrous works.
Urazumi me o putu zapovijesti svojih, i razmišljaæu o èudesima tvojim.
28 My soul has slumbered for sorrow; strengthen thou me with thy words.
Suze proliva duša moja od tuge, okrijepi me po rijeèi svojoj.
29 Remove from me the way of iniquity; and be merciful to me by thy law.
Put lažni ukloni od mene i zakon svoj daruj mi.
30 I have chosen the way of truth; and have not forgotten thy judgments.
Put istini izbrah, zakone tvoje tražim.
31 I have cleaved to thy testimonies, O Lord; put me not to shame.
Prionuh za otkrivenja tvoja, Gospode; nemoj me osramotiti.
32 I ran the way of thy commandments, when thou didst enlarge my heart.
Putem zapovijesti tvojih trèim, jer si raširio srce moje.
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thine ordinances, and I will seek it out continually.
Pokaži mi, Gospode, put naredaba svojih, da ga se držim do kraja.
34 Instruct me, and I will search out thy law, and will keep it with my whole heart.
Urazumi me, i držaæu se zakona tvojega, i èuvati ga svijem srcem.
35 Guide me in the path of thy commandments; for I have delighted in it.
Postavi me na stazu zapovijesti svojih, jer mi je ona omiljela.
36 Incline mine heart to thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
Privij srce moje k otkrivenjima svojim, a ne k lakomstvu.
37 Turn away mine eyes that I may not behold vanity: quicken thou me in thy way.
Odvrati oèi moje da ne gledaju ništavila, putem svojim oživi me.
38 Confirm thine oracle to thy servant, that he may fear thee.
Ispuni sluzi svojemu rijeè svoju da te se boji.
39 Take away my reproach which I have feared: for thy judgments are good.
Ukloni rug moj, kojega se plašim; jer su sudovi tvoji blagi.
40 Behold, I have desired thy commandments: quicken me in thy righteousness.
Mile su mi zapovijesti tvoje, pravdom svojom oživi me.
41 And let thy mercy come upon me, O Lord; [even] thy salvation, according to thy word.
Neka doðe na me milost tvoja, Gospode, pomoæ tvoja po rijeèi tvojoj.
42 And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me: for I have trusted in thy words.
I ja æu odgovoriti onome koji me ruži; jer se uzdam u rijeè tvoju.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. So shall I keep thy law continually, for ever and ever.
Nemoj uzeti nigda od usta mojih rijeèi istine, jer èekam sudove tvoje.
I èuvaæu zakon tvoj svagda, dovijeka i bez prestanka.
45 I walked also at large: for I sought out thy commandments.
Hodiæu slobodno, jer tražim zapovijesti tvoje.
46 And I spoke of thy testimonies before kings, and was not ashamed.
Govoriæu o otkrivenjima tvojim pred carevima, i neæu se stidjeti.
47 And I meditated on thy commandments, which I loved exceedingly.
Tješiæu se zapovijestima tvojim, koje ljubim.
48 And I lifted up my hands to thy commandments which I loved; and I meditated in thine ordinances.
Ruke svoje pružam k zapovijestima tvojim, koje ljubim, i razmišljam o naredbama tvojim.
49 Remember thy words to thy servant, wherein thou hast made me hope.
Opomeni se rijeèi svoje k sluzi svojemu, na koju si mi zapovjedio da se oslanjam.
50 This has comforted me in mine affliction: for thine oracle has quickened me.
U nevolji mojoj tješi me što me rijeè tvoja oživljava.
51 The proud have transgressed exceedingly; but I swerved not from thy law.
Oholi mi se rugaju veoma; ali ja ne otstupam od zakona tvojega.
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O Lord; and was comforted.
Pamtim sudove tvoje od iskona, Gospode, i tješim se.
53 Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake thy law.
Gnjev me obuzima na bezbožnike, koji ostavljaju zakon tvoj.
54 Thine ordinances were my songs in the place of my sojourning.
Naredbe su tvoje pjesma moja u putnièkom stanu mojem.
55 I remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and kept thy law.
Noæu pominjem ime tvoje, Gospode, i èuvam zakon tvoj.
56 This I had, because I diligently sought thine ordinances.
To je moje, da èuvam zapovijesti tvoje.
57 Thou art my portion, O Lord: I said that I would keep thy law.
Dio moj ti si, Gospode; naumio sam èuvati rijeèi tvoje.
58 I besought thy favour with my whole heart: have mercy upon me according to thy word.
Molim ti se iz svega srca, smiluj se na me po rijeèi svojoj.
59 I thought on thy ways, and turned my feet to thy testimonies.
Razmatram putove svoje, i obraæam noge svoje k otkrivenjima tvojim.
60 I prepared myself, (and was not terrified, ) to keep thy commandments.
Hitim, i ne zatežem se èuvati zapovijesti tvoje.
61 The snares of sinners entangled me: but I forgot not thy law.
Mreže bezbožnièke opkoliše me, ali zakona tvojega ne zaboravljam.
62 At midnight I arose, to give thanks to thee for the judgments of thy righteousness.
U po noæi ustajem da te slavim za pravedne sudove tvoje.
63 I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy commandments.
U zajednici sam sa svima koji se tebe boje i koji èuvaju zapovijesti tvoje.
64 O Lord, the earth is full of thy mercy: teach me thine ordinances.
Dobrote je tvoje, Gospode, puna sva zemlja; naredbama svojim nauèi me.
65 Thou hast wrought kindly with thy servant, o Lord, according to thy word.
Uèinio si dobro sluzi svojemu, Gospode, po rijeèi svojoj.
66 Teach me kindness, and instruction, and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
Dobroj misli i znanju nauèi me, jer zapovijestima tvojim vjerujem.
67 Before I was afflicted, I transgressed; therefore have I kept thy word.
Prije stradanja svojega lutah, a sad èuvam rijeè tvoju.
68 Good art thou, O Lord; therefore in thy goodness teach me thine ordinances.
Ti si dobar, i dobro èiniš; nauèi me naredbama svojim.
69 The injustice of the proud has been multiplied against me: but I will search out thy commandments with all my heart.
Oholi pletu na mene laž, ali se ja svijem srcem držim zapovijesti tvojih.
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk; but I have meditated on thy law.
Zadriglo je srce njihovo kao salo, a ja se tješim zakonom tvojim.
71 [It is] good for me that thou hast afflicted me; that I might learn thine ordinances.
Dobro mi je što stradam, da se nauèim naredbama tvojim.
72 The law of thy mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
Miliji mi je zakon usta tvojih nego tisuæe zlata i srebra.
73 Thy hands have made me, and fashioned me: instruct me, that I may learn thy commandments.
Ruke tvoje stvorile su me i naèinile me; urazumi me, i nauèiæu se zapovijestima tvojim.
74 They that fear thee will see me and rejoice: for I have hoped in thy words.
Koji se tebe boje, vidjeæe me, i radovaæe se što se uzdam u tvoju rijeè.
75 I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are righteousness, and [that] thou in truthfulness hast afflicted me.
Znam da su sudovi tvoji, Gospode, pravedni, i po pravdi me karaš.
76 Let, I pray thee, thy mercy be to comfort me, according to thy word to thy servant.
Neka bude dobrota tvoja utjeha moja, kao što si rekao sluzi svojemu.
77 Let thy compassions come to me, that I may live: for thy law is my (meditation)
Neka doðe k meni milosrðe tvoje, i oživim; jer je zakon tvoj utjeha moja.
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they transgressed against me unjustly: but I will meditate in thy commandments.
Nek se postide oholi; jer me bez krivice oboriše. Ja razmišljam o zapovijestima tvojim.
79 Let those that fear thee, and those that know thy testimonies, turn to me.
Nek se obrate k meni koji se tebe boje, i koji znadu otkrivenja tvoja.
80 Let mine heart be blameless in thine ordinances, that I may not be ashamed.
Srce moje neka bude savršeno u naredbama tvojim, da se ne postidim.
81 My soul faints for thy salvation: I have hoped in thy words.
Èezne duša moja za spasenjem tvojim, rijeè tvoju èekam.
82 Mine eyes failed [in waiting] for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
Èeznu oèi moje za rijeèju tvojom; govorim: kad æeš me utješiti?
83 For I am become as a bottle in the frost: [yet] I have not forgotten thine ordinances.
Postadoh kao mijeh u dimu, ali tvojih naredaba ne zaboravih.
84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment for me on them that persecute me?
Koliko æe biti dana sluge tvojega? Kad æeš suditi onima koji me gone?
85 Transgressors told me [idle tales]; but not according to thy law, O Lord.
Oholi iskopaše mi jamu nasuprot zakonu tvojemu.
86 All thy commandments are truth; they persecuted me unjustly; help thou me.
Sve su zapovijesti tvoje istina; bez krivice me gone, pomozi mi.
87 They nearly made an end of me in the earth; but I forsook not thy commandments.
Umalo me ne ubiše na zemlji, ali ja ne ostavljam zapovijesti tvojih.
88 Quicken me according to thy mercy; so shall I keep the testimonies of thy mouth.
Po milosti svojoj oživi me, i èuvaæu otkrivenja usta tvojih.
89 Thy word, O Lord, abides in heaven for ever.
Dovijeka je, Gospode, rijeè tvoja utvrðena na nebesima,
90 Thy truth [endures] to all generations; thou hast founded the earth, and it abides.
Od koljena do koljena istina tvoja; ti si postavio zemlju, i stoji.
91 The day continues by thy arrangement; for all things are thy servants.
Po tvojoj naredbi sve stoji sad; jer sve služi tebi.
92 Were it not that thy law is my (meditation) then I should have perished in mine affliction.
Da nije zakon tvoj bio utjeha moja, poginuo bih u nevolji svojoj.
93 I will never forget thine ordinances; for with them thou hast quickened me.
Zapovijesti tvojih neæu zaboraviti dovijeka, jer me njima oživljavaš.
94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought out thine ordinances.
Ja sam tvoj, pomozi mi, jer tražim zapovijesti tvoje.
95 Sinners laid wait for me to destroy me; [but] I understood thy testimonies.
Bezbožnici gledaju da me ubiju; a ja razmišljam o tvojim otkrivenjima.
96 have seen an end of all perfection; [but] thy commandment is very broad.
Svemu savršenome vidjeh kraj; ali je zapovijest tvoja veoma široka.
97 How I have loved thy law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
Kako ljubim zakon tvoj! Vas dan mislim o njemu.
98 Thou hast made me wiser than mine enemies [in] thy commandment; for it is mine for ever.
Zapovijest tvoja èini me mudrijega od neprijatelja mojih; jer je sa mnom uvijek.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers; for thy testimonies are my medication.
Razumniji postah od svijeh uèitelja svojih; jer razmišljam o tvojim otkrivenjima.
100 I understand more that the aged; because I have sought out thy commandments.
Mudriji sam od staraca; jer zapovijesti tvoje èuvam.
101 I have kept back my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy words.
Od svakoga zloga puta zaustavljam noge svoje, da bih èuvao rijeè tvoju.
102 I have not declined from thy judgments; for thou hast instructed me.
Od naredaba tvojih ne otstupam; jer si me ti nauèio.
103 How sweet are thine oracles to my throat! more so than honey to my mouth!
Kako su slatke jeziku mojemu rijeèi tvoje, slaðe od meda ustima mojima!
104 I gain understanding by thy commandments: therefore I have hated every way of unrighteousness.
Od zapovijesti tvojih postadoh razuman; toga radi mrzim na svaki put lažni.
105 Thy law is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
Rijeè je tvoja žižak nozi mojoj, i vidjelo stazi mojoj.
106 I have sworn and determined to keep the judgments of thy righteousness.
Zakleh se da æu èuvati naredbe pravde tvoje, i izvršiæu.
107 I have been very greatly afflicted, O Lord: quicken me, according to thy word.
Poništen sam veoma, Gospode, oživi me po rijeèi svojoj.
108 Accept, I pray thee, O Lord, the freewill-offerings of my mouth, and teach me thy judgments.
Neka ti bude ugodna, Gospode, dobrovoljna žrtva usta mojih, i sudovima svojim nauèi me.
109 My soul is continually in thine hands; and I have not forgotten thy law.
Duša je moja u ruci mojoj neprestano u nevolji; ali zakona tvojega ne zaboravljam.
110 Sinners spread a snare for me; but I erred not from thy commandments.
Bezbožnici su mi metnuli zamku; ali od zapovijesti tvojih ne zastranih.
111 I have inherited thy testimonies for ever; for they are the joy of my heart.
Prisvojih otkrivenja tvoja zavavijek; jer su radost srcu mojemu.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform thine ordinances for ever, in return [for thy mercies].
Privolio sam srce svoje da tvori naredbe tvoje navijek, do kraja.
113 I have hated transgressors; but I have loved thy law.
Koji prestupaju zakon, ja na njih mrzim, a zakon tvoj ljubim.
114 Thou art my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in thy words.
Ti si zaklon moj i štit moj; rijeè tvoju èekam.
115 Depart from me, ye evil-doers; for I will search out the commandments of my God.
Idite od mene, bezakonici! I èuvaæu zapovijesti Boga svojega.
116 Uphold me according to thy word, and quicken me; and make me not ashamed of my expectation.
Ukrijepi me po rijeèi svojoj i biæu živ, i nemoj me osramotiti u nadanju mom.
117 Help me, and I shall be saved; and I will meditate in thine ordinances continually.
Utvrdi me, i spašæu se, i razmišljaæu o naredbama tvojim bez prestanka.
118 Thou hast brought to nought all that depart from thine ordinances; for their inward thought is unrighteous.
Obaraš sve koji otstupaju od naredaba tvojih; jer su pomisli njihove laž.
119 I have reckoned all the sinners of the earth as transgressors; therefore have I loved thy testimonies.
Kao gar bacaš sve bezbožnike na zemlji; toga radi omilješe mi otkrivenja tvoja.
120 Penetrate my flesh with thy fear; for I am afraid of thy judgments.
Drkæe od straha tvojega tijelo moje, i sudova tvojih bojim se.
121 I have done judgment and justice; deliver me not up to them that injure me.
Èinim sud i pravdu, ne daj me onima koji me gone.
122 Receive thy servant for good: let not the proud accuse me falsely.
Odbrani slugu svojega na dobro njegovo, da mi ne èine sile oholi.
123 Mine eyes have failed for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
Oèi moje èeznu za spasenjem tvojim i za rijeèju pravde tvoje.
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy, and teach me thine ordinances.
Uèini sluzi svojemu po milosti svojoj, i naredbama svojim nauèi me.
125 I am thy servant; instruct me, and I shall know thy testimonies.
Ja sam sluga tvoj; urazumi me, i poznaæu otkrivenja tvoja.
126 [It is] time for the Lord to work: they have utterly broken thy law.
Vrijeme je da Gospod radi; oboriše zakon tvoj.
127 Therefore have I loved thy commandments more than gold, or the topaz.
Toga radi ljubim zapovijesti tvoje veæma nego zlato i drago kamenje.
128 Therefore I directed myself [according] to all thy commandments: I have hated every unjust way.
Toga radi zapovijesti tvoje držim da su vjerne, na svaki put lažni mrzim.
129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul has sought them out.
Divna su otkrivenja tvoja; zato ih èuva duša moja.
130 The manifestation of thy words will enlighten, and instruct the simple.
Rijeèi tvoje kad se jave, prosvjetljuju i urazumljuju proste.
131 I opened my mouth, and drew breath: for I earnestly longed after thy commandments.
Otvoram usta svoja da odahnem, jer sam žedan zapovijesti tvojih.
132 Look upon me and have mercy upon me, after the manner of them that love thy name.
Pogledaj me i smiluj se na me, kao što radiš s onima koji ljube ime tvoje.
133 Order my steps according to thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Tvrdi stope moje u rijeèi svojoj, i ne daj nikakome bezakonju da oblada mnom.
134 Deliver me from the false accusation of men: so will I keep thy commandments.
Izbavi me od nasilja ljudskoga, i èuvaæu zapovijesti tvoje.
135 Cause thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thine ordinances.
Svjetlošæu lica svojega obasjaj slugu svojega, i nauèi me naredbama svojim.
136 Mine eyes have been bathed in streams of water, because I kept not thy law.
Oèi moje liju potoke, zato što ne èuvaju zakona tvojega.
137 Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments.
Pravedan si, Gospode, i pravi su sudovi tvoji.
138 Thou has commanded righteousness and perfect truth, [as] thy testimonies.
Javio si pravdu u otkrivenjima svojim, i istinu cijelu.
139 Thy zeal has quite wasted me: because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
Revnost moja jede me, zato što moji neprijatelji zaboraviše rijeèi tvoje.
140 Thy word [has been] very fully tried; and thy servant loves it.
Rijeè je tvoja veoma èista, i sluga je tvoj veoma ljubi.
141 I am young and despised: [yet] I have not forgotten thine ordinances.
Ja sam malen i poništen, ali zapovijesti tvojih ne zaboravljam.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is truth.
Pravda je tvoja pravda vjeèna, i zakon tvoj istina.
143 Afflictions and distresses found me: [but] thy commandments [were] my (meditation)
Tuga i nevolja naðe me, zapovijesti su tvoje utjeha moja.
144 Thy testimonies [are] an everlasting righteousness: instruct me, and I shall live.
Vjeèna je pravda u otkrivenjima tvojim; urazumi me, i biæu živ.
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will search out thine ordinances.
Vièem iz svega srca: usliši me, Gospode; saèuvaæu naredbe tvoje.
146 I cried to thee; save me, and I will keep thy testimonies.
Prizivam te, pomozi mi; držaæu se otkrivenja tvojih.
147 I arose before the dawn, and cried: I hoped in thy words.
Pretjeèem svanuæe, i vièem; rijeè tvoju èekam.
148 Mine eyes prevented the dawn, that I might meditate on thine oracles.
Pretjeèu oèi moje jutrenju stražu, da bih razmišljao o rijeèi tvojoj.
149 Hear my voice, O Lord, according to thy mercy; quicken me according to thy judgment.
Èuj glas moj po milosti svojoj, Gospode; po sudu svojemu oživi me.
150 They have drawn nigh who persecuted me unlawfully; and they are far removed from thy law.
Prikuèuju se koji ljube bezakonje; udaljili su se od zakona tvojega.
151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy ways are truth.
Ti si blizu, Gospode, i sve su zapovijesti tvoje istina.
152 I have known of old concerning thy testimonies, that thou hast founded them for ever.
Odavna znam za otkrivenja tvoja, da si ih postavio zavavijek.
153 Look upon mine affliction, and rescue me; for I have not forgotten thy law.
Pogledaj nevolju moju, i izbavi me, jer ne zaboravljam zakona tvojega.
154 Plead my cause, and ransom me: quicken me because of thy word.
Primi se stvari moje, i odbrani me; po rijeèi svojoj oživi me.
155 Salvation is far from sinners: for they have not searched out thine ordinances.
Daleko je od bezbožnika spasenje, jer se ne drže naredaba tvojih.
156 Thy mercies, O Lord, are many: quicken me according to thy judgment.
Milosrðe je tvoje, Gospode, veliko; po pravome sudu svom oživi me.
157 Many are they that persecute me and oppress me: [but] I have not declined from thy testimonies.
Mnogo je protivnika mojih i neprijatelja mojih; ali ja ne otstupam od otkrivenja tvojih.
158 I beheld men acting foolishly, and I pined away; for they kept not thine oracles.
Vidim odmetnike, i mrsko mi je; jer ne èuvaju rijeèi tvoje.
159 Behold, I have loved thy commandments, O Lord: quicken me in thy mercy.
Gledaj, kako ljubim zapovijesti tvoje, Gospode, po milosti svojoj oživi me.
160 The beginning of thy words is truth; and all the judgments of thy righteousness [endure] for ever.
Osnova je rijeèi tvoje istina, i vjeèan je svaki sud pravde tvoje.
161 Princes persecuted me without a cause, but my heart feared because of thy words.
Knezovi me gone ni za što, ali se srce moje boji rijeèi tvoje.
162 I will exult because of thine oracles, as one that finds much spoil.
Radujem se rijeèi tvojoj kao onaj koji zadobije velik plijen.
163 I hate and abhor unrighteousness; but I love thy law.
Mrzim na laž i gadim se na nju, ljubim zakon tvoj.
164 Seven times in a day have I praised thee because of the judgments of thy righteousness.
Sedam puta na dan hvalim te za sudove pravde tvoje.
165 Great peace have they that love thy law: and there is no stumbling-block to them.
Velik mir imaju oni koji ljube zakon tvoj, i u njih nema spoticanja.
166 I waited for thy salvation, O Lord, and have loved thy commandments.
Èekam spasenje tvoje, Gospode, i zapovijesti tvoje izvršujem.
167 My soul has kept thy testimonies, and loved them exceedingly.
Duša moja èuva otkrivenja tvoja, i ja ih ljubim veoma.
168 I have kept thy commandments and thy testimonies; for all my ways are before thee, O Lord.
Èuvam zapovijesti tvoje i otkrivenja; jer su svi putovi moji pred tobom.
169 Let my supplication come near before thee, o Lord; instruct me according to thine oracle.
Neka izaðe tužnjava moja preda te, Gospode! Po rijeèi svojoj urazumi me.
170 Let my petition come in before thee, O Lord; deliver me according to thine oracle.
Neka doðe moljenje moje preda te! Po rijeèi svojoj izbavi me.
171 Let my lips utter a hymn, when thou shalt have taught me thine ordinances.
Usta æe moja pjevati hvalu, kad me nauèiš naredbama svojim.
172 Let my tongue utter thine oracles; for all thy commandments are righteous.
Jezik æe moj kazivati rijeè tvoju, jer su sve zapovijesti tvoje pravedne.
173 Let thine hand be [prompt] to save me; for I have chosen thy commandments.
Neka mi bude ruka tvoja u pomoæi; jer mi omilješe zapovijesti tvoje;
174 I have longed after thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my (meditation)
Žedan sam spasenja tvojega, Gospode, i zakon je tvoj utjeha moja.
175 My soul shall live, and shall praise thee; and thy judgments shall help me.
Neka živi duša moja i tebe hvali, i sudovi tvoji neka mi pomogu.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I have not forgotten thy commandments.
Zaðoh kao ovca izgubljena: traži slugu svojega; jer zapovijesti tvojih ne zaboravih.
