Psalms 119
1 Alleluia. Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
ALEPH Heureux ceux dont les voies sont irréprochables, qui marchent selon la loi de Yahvé.
2 Blessed are they that search out his testimonies: they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.
Heureux ceux qui gardent ses statuts, qui le cherchent de tout leur cœur.
3 For they that work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
Oui, ils ne font rien de mal. Ils marchent dans ses voies.
4 Thou hast commanded [us] diligently to keep thy precepts.
Tu as ordonné tes préceptes, que nous devons leur obéir pleinement.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thine ordinances.
Oh, si mes voies étaient fermes pour obéir à tes statuts!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all thy commandments.
Alors je ne serais pas déçu, quand je considère tous tes commandements.
7 I will give thee thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learnt the judgments of thy righteousness.
Je te louerai avec droiture de cœur, quand j'apprends tes jugements justes.
8 I will keep thine ordinances: O forsake me not greatly.
J'observerai tes statuts. Ne m'abandonne pas complètement. BETH
9 Wherewith shall a young man direct his way? by keeping thy words.
Comment un jeune homme peut-il garder sa voie pure? En vivant selon ta parole.
10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought thee: cast me not away from thy commandments.
Je t'ai cherché de tout mon cœur. Ne me laisse pas m'éloigner de tes commandements.
11 I have hidden thine oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
J'ai caché ta parole dans mon cœur, pour ne pas pécher contre toi.
12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thine ordinances.
Béni sois-tu, Yahvé. Apprends-moi tes statuts.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
Avec mes lèvres, J'ai déclaré toutes les ordonnances de ta bouche.
14 I have delighted in the way of thy testimonies, [as much] as in all riches.
Je me suis réjoui sur le chemin de tes témoignages, autant que dans toutes les richesses.
15 I will meditate on thy commandments, and consider thy ways.
Je méditerai sur tes préceptes, et réfléchissez à votre façon de faire.
16 I will meditate on thine ordinances: I will not forget thy words.
Je ferai mes délices de tes statuts. Je n'oublierai pas ta parole. GIMEL
17 Render a recompense to thy servant: [so] shall I live, and keep thy words.
Fais du bien à ton serviteur. Je vivrai et j'obéirai à ta parole.
18 Unveil thou mine eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of thy law.
Ouvrez mes yeux, pour que je voie les merveilles de ta loi.
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
Je suis un étranger sur la terre. Ne me cachez pas vos commandements.
20 My soul has longed exceedingly for thy judgments at all times.
Mon âme se consume de désir pour tes ordonnances en tout temps.
21 Thou has rebuked the proud: cursed are they that turn aside from thy commandments.
Tu as réprimandé les orgueilleux qui sont maudits, qui s'éloignent de tes commandements.
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out thy testimonies.
Éloigne de moi l'opprobre et le mépris, car j'ai observé tes lois.
23 For princes sat and spoke against me: but thy servant was meditating on thine ordinances.
Quand les princes s'asseyent et me calomnient, ton serviteur méditera sur tes statuts.
24 For thy testimonies are my (meditation) and thine ordinances are my counsellors.
Tes statuts sont mes délices, et mes conseillers. DALETH
25 My soul has cleaved to the ground; quicken thou me according to thy word.
Mon âme est couchée dans la poussière. Ranime-moi selon ta parole!
26 I declared my ways, and thou didst hear me: teach me thine ordinances.
J'ai exposé mes voies, et tu m'as répondu. Apprends-moi tes statuts.
27 Instruct me in the way of thine ordinances; and I will meditate on thy wondrous works.
Fais-moi comprendre l'enseignement de tes préceptes! Alors je méditerai sur tes merveilles.
28 My soul has slumbered for sorrow; strengthen thou me with thy words.
Mon âme est fatiguée par la tristesse; fortifie-moi selon ta parole.
29 Remove from me the way of iniquity; and be merciful to me by thy law.
Garde-moi de la voie de la tromperie. Accorde-moi ta loi gracieusement!
30 I have chosen the way of truth; and have not forgotten thy judgments.
J'ai choisi la voie de la vérité. J'ai mis vos ordonnances devant moi.
31 I have cleaved to thy testimonies, O Lord; put me not to shame.
Je m'attache à tes statuts, Yahvé. Ne me laissez pas être déçu.
32 I ran the way of thy commandments, when thou didst enlarge my heart.
Je cours dans le sentier de tes commandements, car tu as libéré mon cœur. HE
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thine ordinances, and I will seek it out continually.
Enseigne-moi, Yahvé, la voie de tes statuts. Je les garderai jusqu'à la fin.
34 Instruct me, and I will search out thy law, and will keep it with my whole heart.
Donne-moi l'intelligence, et je garderai ta loi. Oui, j'y obéirai de tout mon cœur.
35 Guide me in the path of thy commandments; for I have delighted in it.
Dirige-moi dans le chemin de tes commandements, car je me réjouis d'eux.
36 Incline mine heart to thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
Tourne mon cœur vers tes statuts, et non vers un gain égoïste.
37 Turn away mine eyes that I may not behold vanity: quicken thou me in thy way.
Détourne mes yeux des choses sans valeur. Ravivez-moi dans vos voies.
38 Confirm thine oracle to thy servant, that he may fear thee.
Accomplis ta promesse à ton serviteur, pour que vous soyez craint.
39 Take away my reproach which I have feared: for thy judgments are good.
Otez le déshonneur que je redoute, car tes ordonnances sont bonnes.
40 Behold, I have desired thy commandments: quicken me in thy righteousness.
Voici, j'ai envie de tes préceptes! Ravivez-moi dans votre justice. VAV
41 And let thy mercy come upon me, O Lord; [even] thy salvation, according to thy word.
Que ta bonté vienne aussi à moi, Yahvé, ton salut, selon ta parole.
42 And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me: for I have trusted in thy words.
Ainsi, je répondrai à celui qui me fait des reproches, car j'ai confiance en ta parole.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. So shall I keep thy law continually, for ever and ever.
N'arrache pas de ma bouche la parole de vérité, car j'ai mis mon espoir dans vos ordonnances.
Ainsi, j'obéirai sans cesse à ta loi, pour toujours et à jamais.
45 I walked also at large: for I sought out thy commandments.
Je marcherai dans la liberté, car j'ai cherché tes préceptes.
46 And I spoke of thy testimonies before kings, and was not ashamed.
Je parlerai aussi de tes statuts devant les rois, et vous ne serez pas déçu.
47 And I meditated on thy commandments, which I loved exceedingly.
Je ferai mes délices de tes commandements, parce que je les aime.
48 And I lifted up my hands to thy commandments which I loved; and I meditated in thine ordinances.
Je tends les mains vers tes commandements, que j'aime. Je méditerai sur tes statuts. ZAYIN
49 Remember thy words to thy servant, wherein thou hast made me hope.
Souviens-toi de ta parole envers ton serviteur, parce que tu m'as donné de l'espoir.
50 This has comforted me in mine affliction: for thine oracle has quickened me.
C'est ma consolation dans ma détresse, car ta parole m'a fait revivre.
51 The proud have transgressed exceedingly; but I swerved not from thy law.
Les arrogants se moquent excessivement de moi, mais je ne m'écarte pas de ta loi.
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O Lord; and was comforted.
Je me souviens de tes ordonnances d'autrefois, Yahvé, et je me suis consolé.
53 Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake thy law.
L'indignation s'est emparée de moi, à cause des méchants qui abandonnent ta loi.
54 Thine ordinances were my songs in the place of my sojourning.
Tes statuts ont été mes chants dans la maison où je vis.
55 I remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and kept thy law.
Je me suis souvenu de ton nom, Yahvé, dans la nuit, et j'obéis à ta loi.
56 This I had, because I diligently sought thine ordinances.
C'est mon chemin, que je garde tes préceptes. HETH
57 Thou art my portion, O Lord: I said that I would keep thy law.
Yahvé est mon partage. J'ai promis d'obéir à vos paroles.
58 I besought thy favour with my whole heart: have mercy upon me according to thy word.
J'ai cherché ta faveur de tout mon cœur. Sois miséricordieux envers moi selon ta parole.
59 I thought on thy ways, and turned my feet to thy testimonies.
J'ai réfléchi à ma façon de faire, et tourné mes pas vers tes statuts.
60 I prepared myself, (and was not terrified, ) to keep thy commandments.
Je me dépêcherai, et ne tarderai pas, pour obéir à tes commandements.
61 The snares of sinners entangled me: but I forgot not thy law.
Les cordes des méchants me lient, mais je n'oublierai pas votre loi.
62 At midnight I arose, to give thanks to thee for the judgments of thy righteousness.
A minuit, je me lèverai pour te rendre grâce, à cause de vos justes ordonnances.
63 I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy commandments.
Je suis l'ami de tous ceux qui te craignent, de ceux qui observent tes préceptes.
64 O Lord, the earth is full of thy mercy: teach me thine ordinances.
La terre est pleine de ta bonté, Yahvé. Apprends-moi tes statuts. TETH
65 Thou hast wrought kindly with thy servant, o Lord, according to thy word.
Tu as bien traité ton serviteur, selon ta parole, Yahvé.
66 Teach me kindness, and instruction, and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
Enseigne-moi le bon jugement et la connaissance, car je crois en tes commandements.
67 Before I was afflicted, I transgressed; therefore have I kept thy word.
Avant d'être affligé, je me suis égaré; mais maintenant j'observe ta parole.
68 Good art thou, O Lord; therefore in thy goodness teach me thine ordinances.
Tu es bon, et tu fais le bien. Apprends-moi tes statuts.
69 The injustice of the proud has been multiplied against me: but I will search out thy commandments with all my heart.
Les orgueilleux m'ont entaché de mensonge. De tout mon cœur, je garderai tes préceptes.
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk; but I have meditated on thy law.
Leur cœur est aussi dur que la graisse, mais je me réjouis de ta loi.
71 [It is] good for me that thou hast afflicted me; that I might learn thine ordinances.
Il est bon pour moi que j'aie été affligé, pour que j'apprenne tes statuts.
72 The law of thy mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
La loi de ta bouche vaut mieux pour moi que des milliers de pièces d'or et d'argent. YODH
73 Thy hands have made me, and fashioned me: instruct me, that I may learn thy commandments.
Tes mains m'ont fait et m'ont formé. Donne-moi l'intelligence, afin que j'apprenne tes commandements.
74 They that fear thee will see me and rejoice: for I have hoped in thy words.
Ceux qui te craignent me verront et se réjouiront, parce que j'ai mis mon espoir dans ta parole.
75 I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are righteousness, and [that] thou in truthfulness hast afflicted me.
Yahvé, je sais que tes jugements sont justes, que c'est par fidélité que tu m'as affligé.
76 Let, I pray thee, thy mercy be to comfort me, according to thy word to thy servant.
S'il vous plaît, que votre bonté soit pour mon confort, selon ta parole, à ton serviteur.
77 Let thy compassions come to me, that I may live: for thy law is my (meditation)
Que tes tendres compassions viennent à moi, afin que je vive; car ta loi fait mes délices.
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they transgressed against me unjustly: but I will meditate in thy commandments.
Que les orgueilleux soient déçus, car c'est à tort qu'ils m'ont renversé. Je méditerai sur tes préceptes.
79 Let those that fear thee, and those that know thy testimonies, turn to me.
Que ceux qui te craignent se tournent vers moi. Ils connaîtront vos statuts.
80 Let mine heart be blameless in thine ordinances, that I may not be ashamed.
Que mon cœur soit irréprochable envers tes décrets, pour que je ne sois pas déçu. KAPF
81 My soul faints for thy salvation: I have hoped in thy words.
Mon âme se languit de ton salut. J'espère en ta parole.
82 Mine eyes failed [in waiting] for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
Mes yeux se languissent de ta parole. Je dis: « Quand me consoleras-tu? »
83 For I am become as a bottle in the frost: [yet] I have not forgotten thine ordinances.
Car je suis devenu comme une outre à vin dans la fumée. Je n'oublie pas vos statuts.
84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment for me on them that persecute me?
Combien de jours compte ton serviteur? Quand exécuteras-tu le jugement sur ceux qui me persécutent?
85 Transgressors told me [idle tales]; but not according to thy law, O Lord.
Les orgueilleux ont creusé des fosses pour moi, contraire à votre loi.
86 All thy commandments are truth; they persecuted me unjustly; help thou me.
Tous tes commandements sont fidèles. Ils me persécutent à tort. Aidez-moi!
87 They nearly made an end of me in the earth; but I forsook not thy commandments.
Ils m'avaient presque effacé de la terre, mais je n'ai pas abandonné tes préceptes.
88 Quicken me according to thy mercy; so shall I keep the testimonies of thy mouth.
Préserve ma vie selon ta bonté, alors j'obéirai aux lois de ta bouche. LAMEDH
89 Thy word, O Lord, abides in heaven for ever.
Yahvé, ta parole est fixée dans les cieux pour toujours.
90 Thy truth [endures] to all generations; thou hast founded the earth, and it abides.
Ta fidélité s'étend à toutes les générations. Tu as établi la terre, et elle demeure.
91 The day continues by thy arrangement; for all things are thy servants.
Tes lois demeurent jusqu'à ce jour, car toutes choses te servent.
92 Were it not that thy law is my (meditation) then I should have perished in mine affliction.
Si ta loi n'avait pas fait mes délices, J'aurais péri dans mon affliction.
93 I will never forget thine ordinances; for with them thou hast quickened me.
Je n'oublierai jamais tes préceptes, car avec eux, tu m'as fait revivre.
94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought out thine ordinances.
Je suis à toi. Sauve-moi, car j'ai cherché tes préceptes.
95 Sinners laid wait for me to destroy me; [but] I understood thy testimonies.
Les méchants m'ont attendu, pour me détruire. Je prendrai en considération vos statuts.
96 have seen an end of all perfection; [but] thy commandment is very broad.
J'ai vu une limite à toute perfection, mais vos ordres sont illimités. MEM
97 How I have loved thy law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
Comme j'aime ta loi! C'est ma méditation toute la journée.
98 Thou hast made me wiser than mine enemies [in] thy commandment; for it is mine for ever.
Tes commandements me rendent plus sage que mes ennemis, car tes commandements sont toujours avec moi.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers; for thy testimonies are my medication.
J'ai plus de compréhension que tous mes professeurs, car vos témoignages sont ma méditation.
100 I understand more that the aged; because I have sought out thy commandments.
que je comprends mieux que les personnes âgées, parce que j'ai gardé tes préceptes.
101 I have kept back my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy words.
J'ai gardé mes pieds de toute mauvaise voie, pour que je puisse observer ta parole.
102 I have not declined from thy judgments; for thou hast instructed me.
Je ne me suis pas détourné de tes ordonnances, car tu m'as appris.
103 How sweet are thine oracles to my throat! more so than honey to my mouth!
Comme tes promesses sont douces à mon goût, plus que du miel dans ma bouche!
104 I gain understanding by thy commandments: therefore I have hated every way of unrighteousness.
Par tes préceptes, j'obtiens la compréhension; c'est pourquoi je déteste toute voie fausse. NUN
105 Thy law is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
Ta parole est une lampe pour mes pieds, et une lumière pour mon chemin.
106 I have sworn and determined to keep the judgments of thy righteousness.
J'ai juré, et je l'ai confirmé, que j'obéirai à tes justes ordonnances.
107 I have been very greatly afflicted, O Lord: quicken me, according to thy word.
Je suis très affligé. Ranime-moi, Yahvé, selon ta parole.
108 Accept, I pray thee, O Lord, the freewill-offerings of my mouth, and teach me thy judgments.
Accepte, je t'en prie, les offrandes volontaires de ma bouche. Yahvé, enseigne-moi tes ordonnances.
109 My soul is continually in thine hands; and I have not forgotten thy law.
Mon âme est continuellement dans ma main, mais je n'oublierai pas votre loi.
110 Sinners spread a snare for me; but I erred not from thy commandments.
Les méchants m'ont tendu un piège, mais je ne me suis pas écarté de vos préceptes.
111 I have inherited thy testimonies for ever; for they are the joy of my heart.
J'ai pris vos témoignages comme un héritage pour toujours, car ils sont la joie de mon cœur.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform thine ordinances for ever, in return [for thy mercies].
J'ai mis mon cœur à pratiquer tes lois pour toujours, même jusqu'à la fin. SAMEKH
113 I have hated transgressors; but I have loved thy law.
Je déteste les hommes à double esprit, mais j'aime votre loi.
114 Thou art my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in thy words.
Tu es ma cachette et mon bouclier. J'espère en ta parole.
115 Depart from me, ye evil-doers; for I will search out the commandments of my God.
Éloignez-vous de moi, méchants, afin que je puisse garder les commandements de mon Dieu.
116 Uphold me according to thy word, and quicken me; and make me not ashamed of my expectation.
Soutiens-moi selon ta parole, afin que je vive. Que je n'aie pas honte de mon espérance.
117 Help me, and I shall be saved; and I will meditate in thine ordinances continually.
Tenez-moi, et je serai en sécurité, et respectera sans cesse vos statuts.
118 Thou hast brought to nought all that depart from thine ordinances; for their inward thought is unrighteous.
Tu rejettes tous ceux qui s'écartent de tes statuts, car leur ruse est vaine.
119 I have reckoned all the sinners of the earth as transgressors; therefore have I loved thy testimonies.
Tu as fait disparaître tous les méchants de la terre comme des scories. C'est pourquoi j'aime vos témoignages.
120 Penetrate my flesh with thy fear; for I am afraid of thy judgments.
Ma chair tremble par peur de toi. J'ai peur de vos jugements. AYIN
121 I have done judgment and justice; deliver me not up to them that injure me.
J'ai fait ce qui est juste et équitable. Ne me laissez pas à mes oppresseurs.
122 Receive thy servant for good: let not the proud accuse me falsely.
Veillez au bien-être de votre serviteur. Ne laisse pas les orgueilleux m'opprimer.
123 Mine eyes have failed for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
Mes yeux défaillent en cherchant ton salut, pour ta parole juste.
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy, and teach me thine ordinances.
Traite ton serviteur selon ta bonté. Apprends-moi tes statuts.
125 I am thy servant; instruct me, and I shall know thy testimonies.
Je suis ton serviteur. Donne-moi l'intelligence, pour que je connaisse vos témoignages.
126 [It is] time for the Lord to work: they have utterly broken thy law.
Il est temps d'agir, Yahvé, car ils violent ta loi.
127 Therefore have I loved thy commandments more than gold, or the topaz.
C'est pourquoi j'aime tes commandements plus que l'or, oui, plus que de l'or pur.
128 Therefore I directed myself [according] to all thy commandments: I have hated every unjust way.
C'est pourquoi je considère que tous tes préceptes sont justes. Je déteste toutes les fausses routes. PE
129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul has sought them out.
Vos témoignages sont merveilleux, c'est pourquoi mon âme les garde.
130 The manifestation of thy words will enlighten, and instruct the simple.
L'entrée de vos paroles donne de la lumière. Il donne de la compréhension aux simples.
131 I opened my mouth, and drew breath: for I earnestly longed after thy commandments.
J'ai ouvert la bouche en grand et j'ai haleté, car je me languissais de tes commandements.
132 Look upon me and have mercy upon me, after the manner of them that love thy name.
Tournez-vous vers moi, et ayez pitié de moi, comme tu le fais toujours à ceux qui aiment ton nom.
133 Order my steps according to thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Établis mes pas dans ta parole. Ne laisse pas l'iniquité dominer sur moi.
134 Deliver me from the false accusation of men: so will I keep thy commandments.
Délivre-moi de l'oppression de l'homme, alors j'observerai tes préceptes.
135 Cause thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thine ordinances.
Fais briller ton visage sur ton serviteur. Apprends-moi tes statuts.
136 Mine eyes have been bathed in streams of water, because I kept not thy law.
Des ruisseaux de larmes coulent dans mes yeux, parce qu'ils n'observent pas ta loi. TZADHE
137 Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments.
Tu es juste, Yahvé. Vos jugements sont justes.
138 Thou has commanded righteousness and perfect truth, [as] thy testimonies.
Tu as commandé tes statuts avec justice. Ils sont entièrement dignes de confiance.
139 Thy zeal has quite wasted me: because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
Mon zèle m'épuise, parce que mes ennemis ignorent vos paroles.
140 Thy word [has been] very fully tried; and thy servant loves it.
Vos promesses ont été testées de manière approfondie, et ton serviteur les aime.
141 I am young and despised: [yet] I have not forgotten thine ordinances.
Je suis petit et méprisé. Je n'oublie pas tes préceptes.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is truth.
Ta justice est une justice éternelle. Votre loi est la vérité.
143 Afflictions and distresses found me: [but] thy commandments [were] my (meditation)
La détresse et l'angoisse se sont emparées de moi. Tes commandements sont mes délices.
144 Thy testimonies [are] an everlasting righteousness: instruct me, and I shall live.

146 I cried to thee; save me, and I will keep thy testimonies.
Je t'ai appelé. Sauve-moi! J'obéirai à tes statuts.
147 I arose before the dawn, and cried: I hoped in thy words.
Je me lève avant l'aube et j'appelle à l'aide. Je mets mon espoir dans vos paroles.
148 Mine eyes prevented the dawn, that I might meditate on thine oracles.
Mes yeux restent ouverts pendant les veilles de la nuit, pour que je puisse méditer sur ta parole.
149 Hear my voice, O Lord, according to thy mercy; quicken me according to thy judgment.
Écoute ma voix, selon ta bonté. Ranime-moi, Yahvé, selon tes ordonnances.
150 They have drawn nigh who persecuted me unlawfully; and they are far removed from thy law.
Ils s'approchent, ceux qui suivent la méchanceté. Ils sont loin de votre loi.
151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy ways are truth.
Tu es proche, Yahvé. Tous tes commandements sont la vérité.
152 I have known of old concerning thy testimonies, that thou hast founded them for ever.
Je le sais depuis longtemps grâce à vos témoignages, que tu les as fondés pour toujours. RESH
153 Look upon mine affliction, and rescue me; for I have not forgotten thy law.
Considérez ma détresse, et délivrez-moi, car je n'oublie pas ta loi.
154 Plead my cause, and ransom me: quicken me because of thy word.
Plaidez ma cause, et rachetez-moi! Ranime-moi selon ta promesse.
155 Salvation is far from sinners: for they have not searched out thine ordinances.
Le salut est loin des méchants, car ils ne cherchent pas tes statuts.
156 Thy mercies, O Lord, are many: quicken me according to thy judgment.
Grandes sont tes tendres compassions, Yahvé. Ranime-moi selon tes ordonnances.
157 Many are they that persecute me and oppress me: [but] I have not declined from thy testimonies.
Mes persécuteurs et mes adversaires sont nombreux. Je ne me suis pas écarté de vos témoignages.
158 I beheld men acting foolishly, and I pined away; for they kept not thine oracles.
Je regarde les infidèles avec dégoût, parce qu'ils n'observent pas ta parole.
159 Behold, I have loved thy commandments, O Lord: quicken me in thy mercy.
Considérez combien j'aime vos préceptes. Ranime-moi, Yahvé, selon ta bonté.
160 The beginning of thy words is truth; and all the judgments of thy righteousness [endure] for ever.
Toutes vos paroles sont vraies. Chacune de tes justes ordonnances est éternelle. SIN ET SHIN
161 Princes persecuted me without a cause, but my heart feared because of thy words.
Les princes m'ont persécuté sans raison, mais mon cœur est en admiration devant vos mots.
162 I will exult because of thine oracles, as one that finds much spoil.
Je me réjouis de ta parole, comme celui qui trouve un grand butin.
163 I hate and abhor unrighteousness; but I love thy law.
Je déteste et abhorre le mensonge. J'aime votre loi.
164 Seven times in a day have I praised thee because of the judgments of thy righteousness.
Sept fois par jour, je te loue, à cause de vos justes ordonnances.
165 Great peace have they that love thy law: and there is no stumbling-block to them.
Ceux qui aiment ta loi ont une grande paix. Rien ne les fait trébucher.
166 I waited for thy salvation, O Lord, and have loved thy commandments.
J'ai espéré en ton salut, Yahvé. J'ai appliqué tes commandements.
167 My soul has kept thy testimonies, and loved them exceedingly.
Mon âme a observé vos témoignages. Je les aime énormément.
168 I have kept thy commandments and thy testimonies; for all my ways are before thee, O Lord.
J'ai obéi à tes préceptes et à tes témoignages, car toutes mes voies sont devant toi. TAV
169 Let my supplication come near before thee, o Lord; instruct me according to thine oracle.
Que mon cri parvienne jusqu'à toi, Yahvé. Donne-moi l'intelligence selon ta parole.
170 Let my petition come in before thee, O Lord; deliver me according to thine oracle.
Que ma supplication vienne devant toi. Délivre-moi selon ta parole.
171 Let my lips utter a hymn, when thou shalt have taught me thine ordinances.
Que mes lèvres prononcent des louanges, car tu m'enseignes tes statuts.
172 Let my tongue utter thine oracles; for all thy commandments are righteous.
Que ma langue chante ta parole, car tous tes commandements sont justes.
173 Let thine hand be [prompt] to save me; for I have chosen thy commandments.
Que ta main soit prête à m'aider, car j'ai choisi tes préceptes.
174 I have longed after thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my (meditation)
Je me suis langui de ton salut, Yahvé. Votre loi est mon plaisir.
175 My soul shall live, and shall praise thee; and thy judgments shall help me.
Fais vivre mon âme, afin que je te loue. Que vos ordonnances m'aident.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I have not forgotten thy commandments.
Je me suis égaré comme une brebis égarée. Cherche ton serviteur, car je n'oublie pas tes commandements.
