Psalms 118
1 Alleluia. Give thanks to the Lord; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.
Hãy cảm tạ Đức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài là thiện; Sự nhân từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
2 Let now the house of Israel say, that [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.
Nguyện Y-sơ-ra-ên nói rằng, Sự nhân từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
3 Let now the house of Aaron say, that [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.
Nguyện nhà A-rôn nói rằng, Sự nhân từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
4 Let now all that fear the Lord say, that [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.
Nguyện những người kính sợ Đức Giê-hô-va nói rằng, Sự nhân từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
5 I called on the Lord out of affliction: and he hearkened to me, [so as to bring me] into a wide place.
Trong gian truân tôi cầu khẩn Đức Giê-hô-va; Đức Giê-hô-va bèn đáp lời tôi, để tôi nơi rộng rãi,
6 The Lord is my helper; and I will not fear what man shall do to me.
Đức Giê-hô-va binh vực tôi, tôi chẳng sợ; Loài người sẽ làm chi tôi?
7 The Lord is my helper; and I shall see [my desire] upon mine enemies.
Đức Giê-hô-va binh vực tôi, thuộc trong bọn kẻ giúp đỡ tôi; Nhân đó tôi sẽ vui thấy kẻ ghét tôi bị báo.
8 [It is] better to trust in the Lord than to trust in man.
Thà nương náu mình nơi Đức Giê-hô-va Còn hơn tin cậy loài người.
9 [It is] better to hope in the Lord, than to hope in princes.
Thà nương náu mình nơi Đức Giê-hô-va Còn hơn tin cậy vua chúa.
10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord I repulsed them.
Các nước đã vây tôi; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va.
11 They completely compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord I repulsed them.
Chúng nó đã vây tôi, phải, đã vây tôi; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va.
12 They compassed me about as bees [do] a honeycomb, and they burst into flame as fire among thorns: but in the name of the Lord I repulsed them.
Họ vây tôi khác nào đàn ong; Họ bị tắt như ngọn lửa gai; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va.
13 I was thrust, and sorely shaken, that I might fall: but the Lord helped me.
Ngươi có xô ta mạnh đặng cho ta ngã, Nhưng Giê-hô-va giúp đỡ ta.
14 The Lord is my strength and my song, and is become my salvation.
Đức Giê-hô-va là sức lực và là bài ca của ta; Ngài trở nên sự cứu rỗi ta.
15 The voice of exultation and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord has wrought mightily.
Trong trại người công bình có tiếng vui mừng cứu rỗi: Tay hữu Đức Giê-hô-va làm việc cả thể.
16 The right hand of the Lord has exalted me: the right hand of the Lord has wrought powerfully.
Tay hữu Đức Giê-hô-va giơ cao lên, Tay hữu Đức Giê-hô-va làm việc cả thể.
17 I shall not die, but live, and recount the works of the Lord.
Tôi sẽ chẳng chết đâu, nhưng được sống, Thuật lại những công việc Đức Giê-hô-va.
18 The Lord has chastened me sore: but he has not given me up to death.
Đức Giê-hô-va đã sửa phạt tôi cách nghiêm trang. Nhưng không phó tôi vào sự chết.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and give praise to the Lord.
Hãy mở cho tôi các cửa công bình, Tôi sẽ vào ngợi khen Đức Giê-hô-va.
20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter by it.
Đây là cửa của Đức Giê-hô-va; Những ngươi công bình sẽ vào đó.
21 I will give thanks to thee; because thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.
Tôi sẽ cảm tạ Chúa, vì Chúa đã đáp lời tôi, Trở nên sự cứu rỗi cho tôi.
22 The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner.
Hòn đá mà thợ xây loại ra, Đã trở nên đá đầu góc nhà.
23 This has been done of the Lord; and it is wonderful in our eyes.
Điều ấy là việc của Đức Giê-hô-va, Một sự lạ lùng trước mặt chúng tôi.
24 This is the day which the Lord has made: let us exult and rejoice in it.
Nầy là ngày Đức Giê-hô-va làm nên, Chúng tôi sẽ mừng rỡ và vui vẻ trong ngày ấy.
25 O Lord, save now: O Lord, send now prosperity.
Đức Giê-hô-va ôi! xin hãy cứu; Đức Giê-hô-va ơi, xin ban cho chúng tôi được thới thạnh.
26 Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord: we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
Đáng ngợi khen đấng nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va mà đến! Từ nơi nhà Đức Giê-hô-va chúng tôi đã chúc tụng người.
27 God is the Lord, and he has shined upon us: celebrate the feast with thick [branches, binding the victims] even to the horns of the altar.
Giê-hô-va là Đức Chúa Trời, Ngài đã ban cho chúng tôi ánh sáng. Hãy cột bằng dây con sinh Vào các sừng bàn thờ.
28 Thou art my God, and I will give thee thanks: thou art my God, and I will exalt thee. I will give thanks to thee, for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.
Chúa là Đức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ cảm tạ Chúa; Chúa là Đức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ tôn cao Chúa.
29 Give thanks to the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.
Hãy ngợi khen Đức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài là thiện; Sự nhân từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
