< Proverbs 30 >
1 These things says the man to them that trust in God; and I cease.
Maganganun Agur ɗan Yake, magana ce horarriya.
2 For I am the most simple of all men, and there is not in me the wisdom of men.
“Ni ne mafi jahilci a cikin mutane; ba ni da fahimi irin na mutum.
3 God has taught me wisdom, and I know the knowledge of the holy.
Ban koyi hikima ba, ba ni kuma da sani game da Mai Tsarkin nan,
4 Who has gone up to heaven, and come down? who has gathered the winds in his bosom? who has wrapped up the waters in a garment? who has dominion of all the ends of the earth? what is his name? or what is the name of his children?
Faɗa mini in ka sani!
5 For all the words of God are tried in the fire, and he defends those that reverence him.
“Kowace maganar Allah ba ta da kuskure; shi ne garkuwa ga waɗanda suke neman mafaka daga gare shi.
6 Add not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be made a liar.
Kada ka ƙara ga maganarsa, in ba haka ba zai tsawata maka ya kuma nuna kai maƙaryaci ne.
7 Two things I ask of thee; take not favour from me before I die.
“Abu biyu ina roƙonka, ya Ubangiji; kada ka hana ni kafin in mutu.
8 Remove far from me vanity and falsehood: and give me not wealth [or] poverty; but appoint me what is needful and sufficient:
Ka kawar da ƙarya da kuma ƙarairayi nesa da ni; kada ka ba ni talauci ko arziki, amma ka ba ni abincina na yini kaɗai.
9 lest I be filled and become false, and say, Who sees me? or be poor and steal, and swear [vainly] by the name of God.
In ba haka ba, zan wadace in ƙi ka har in ce, ‘Wane ne Ubangiji?’ Ko kuwa in zama matalauci in yi sata ta haka in kunyata sunan Allahna.
10 Deliver not a servant into the hands of his master, lest he curse thee, and thou be utterly destroyed.
“Kada ka baza ƙarairayi game da bawa ga maigidansa, in ba haka ba, zai la’ance ka, za ka kuwa sha wahala a kan haka.
11 A wicked generation curse their father, and do not bless their mother.
“Akwai waɗanda sukan zagi mahaifinsu ba sa kuma sa wa mahaifiyarsu albarka;
12 A wicked generation judge themselves to be just, but do not cleanse their way.
waɗanda sukan ɗauka su tsarkaka ne a ganinsu alhali kuwa ƙazamai ne su;
13 A wicked generation have lofty eyes, and exalt themselves with their eyelids.
waɗanda kullum idanunsu masu kallon reni ne, waɗanda kallon da suke yi na daurin gira ne;
14 A wicked generation have swords [for] teeth and jaw-teeth [as] knives, so as to destroy and devour the lowly from the earth, and the poor of them from among men.
15 The horse-leech had three dearly-beloved daughters: and these three did not satisfy her; and the fourth was not contented so as to say, Enough.
“Matsattsaku tana da’ya’ya mata biyu. Suna kuka suna cewa, ‘Ba ni! Ba ni!’ “Akwai abubuwa uku da ba sa taɓa ƙoshi, guda huɗu ba sa taɓa cewa, ‘Ya isa!’
16 The grave, and the love of a woman, and the earth not filled with water; water also and fire will not say, It is enough. (Sheol )
Kabari, mahaifar da ba ta haihuwa, ƙasa, wadda ba ta taɓa ƙoshi da ruwa, da kuma wuta, wadda ba ta taɓa cewa ‘Ya isa!’ (Sheol )
17 The eye that laughs to scorn a father, and dishonours the old age of a mother, let the ravens of the valleys pick it out, and let the young eagles devour it.
“Idon da yake yi wa mahaifi ba’a, wanda yake wa mahaifiya dariyar rashin biyayya, hankakin kwari za su ƙwaƙule masa ido, ungulai za su cinye su.
18 Moreover there are three things impossible for me to comprehend, and the fourth I know not:
“Akwai abubuwa uku da suke ba ni mamaki, abubuwa huɗu da ba na iya fahimtarsu,
19 the track of a flying eagle; and the ways of a serpent on a rock; and the paths of a ship passing through the sea; and the ways of a man in youth.
yadda gaggafa take firiya a sararin sama, yadda maciji yake tafiya a kan dutse, yadda jirgin ruwa yake tafiya a teku, da kuma sha’ani tsakanin namiji da’ya mace.
20 Such is the way of an adulterous woman, who having washed herself from what she has done, says she has done nothing amiss.
“Ga yadda mazinaciya take yi. Takan ci ta share bakinta ta ce, ‘Ban yi wani abu marar kyau ba.’
21 By three thing the earth is troubled, and the fourth it cannot bear:
“Akwai abubuwa uku da duniya kan yi rawan jiki, abubuwa huɗu da ba ta iya jurewa,
22 if a servant reign; or a fool be filled with food;
23 or if a maid-servant should cast out her own mistress; and if a hateful woman should marry a good man.
macen da ba a ƙauna wadda ta sami miji, da kuma baiwar da ta ɗauki matsayin uwargijiyarta.
24 And [there are] four very little things upon the earth, but these are wiser than the wise:
“Akwai abubuwa huɗu a duniya da suke ƙanana, duk da haka suna da hikima ƙwarai.
25 the ants which are weak, and [yet] prepare [their] food in summer;
Kyashi halittu ne da ba su da ƙarfi sosai, duk da haka suna ajiyar abincinsu da rani;
26 the rabbits also [are] a feeble race, who make their houses in the rocks.
remaye halittu ne da ba su da ƙarfi sosai, duk da haka sukan yi gidajensu a duwatsu;
27 The locusts have no king, and [yet] march orderly at one command.
fāra ba su da sarki, duk da haka suna tafiya tare bisa ga girma;
28 And the eft, which supports itself by [its] hands, and is easily taken, dwells in the fortresses of kings.
ana iya kama ƙadangare da hannu, duk da haka akan same shi a fadodin sarakuna.
29 And there are three things which go well, and a fourth which passes along finely.
“Akwai abubuwa uku da suke jan jiki da kuma taƙama a tafiyarsu abubuwa huɗu waɗanda suke kwarjini da taƙama a tafiyarsu,
30 A lion's whelp, stronger than [all other] beasts, which turns not away, nor fears [any] beast;
zaki mai ƙarfi a cikin namun jeji, wanda ba ya ratse wa kowa;
31 and a cock walking in boldly among the hens, and the goat leading the herd; and a king publicly speaking before a nation.
zakara mai taƙama, da bunsuru, da kuma sarki mai sojoji kewaye da shi.
32 If thou abandon thyself to mirth, and stretch forth thine hand in a quarrel, thou shalt be disgraced.
“In ka yi wauta ka kuma ɗaukaka kanka, ko kuwa wani yana ƙulla maka mugunta, ka dāfa hannunka a bisa bakinka!
33 Milk out milk, and there shall be butter, and if thou wing [one's] nostrils there shall come out blood: so if thou extort words, there will come forth quarrels and strifes.
Gama kamar yadda kaɗaɗɗen madara takan kawo mai, murɗa hanci kuma takan sa a yi haɓo, haka tsokanar fushi takan kawo faɗa.”
