Jeremias 13

1 Thus saith the Lord, Go and procure for thyself a linen girdle, and put it about thy loins, and let it not be put in water.

၁တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ သင်သည် ချည် ခါးပန်း ကို သွား ၍ ယူ ပြီးလျှင် ခါး ၌ စည်း လော့။ ရေ နှင့် မ လျှော် ရ ဟု ငါ့ အား မိန့် တော်မူသောစကားတော်အတိုင်း ၊

2 So I procured the girdle according to the word of the Lord, and put it about my loins.

၂ငါသည် ခါးပန်း ကိုယူ ၍ ခါး ၌ စည်း လေ၏။

3 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

၃ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ဒုတိယ အကြိမ် ငါ့ ဆီသို့ ရောက် လျှင် ၊

4 Take the girdle that is upon thy loins, and arise, and go to the Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole of the rock.

၄သင် သည် ခါး ၌စည်းသော ခါးပန်း ကို ယူ ပြီး လျှင်၊ ဥဖရတ် မြစ်သို့ ထ သွား ၍ ၊ ကျောက် တွင်း ၌ ဝှက် ထားလော့ဟု၊

5 So I went, and hid it by the Euphrates, as the Lord commanded me.

၅မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊ ငါသည်သွား ၍ ဥဖရတ် မြစ်နား မှာ ဝှက် ထား၏။

6 And it came to pass after many days, that the Lord said to me, Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take thence the girdle, which I commanded thee to hide there.

၆ထို နောက်၊ ကာလ အင်တန်ကြာ ပြီးမှ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ သင်သည် ထ ၍ ဥဖရတ် မြစ်သို့ သွား လော့။ ထို မြစ်နား မှာ ငါ့အမိန့် တော်နှင့် ဝှက် ထားခဲ့ပြီးသော ခါးပန်း ကိုထုတ် လော့ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

7 So I went to the river Euphrates, and dug, and took the girdle out of the place where I [had] buried it: and, behold, it was rotten, utterly good for nothing.

၇ငါသည်လည်း ဥဖရတ် မြစ်နား သို့ သွား ပြီးလျှင် ၊ ဝှက် ထားရာအရပ် ၌ တူး ၍ ခါးပန်း ကို ထုတ် သောအခါ၊ ခါးပန်း သည် ဆွေးမြေ့ ၍ အသုံး မ ရဖြစ်၏။

8 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Thus saith the Lord,

၈ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ငါ့ ဆီသို့ ရောက် ၍ မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊

9 Thus will I mar the pride of Juda, and the pride of Jerusalem;

၉ထိုနည်းတူ ၊ ယုဒ ပြည်၏ ထောင်လွှား ခြင်းကို ငါရှုတ်ချ မည်။ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၏ ထောင်လွှား ခြင်းကို အလွန် ရှုတ်ချမည်။

10 [even] this great pride [of the men] that will not hearken to my words, and have gone after strange gods, to serve them, and to worship them: and they shall be as this girdle, which can be used for nothing.

၁၀ငါ့ စကား ကို နား မထောင်၊ မိမိ စိတ် နှလုံးခိုင်မာ သော သဘောအတိုင်း ကျင့် ၍၊ အခြား တပါးသော ဘုရား တို့ကို ဝတ်ပြု ကိုးကွယ် ခြင်းငှါ လိုက်သွား သော ဤ လူ ဆိုး မျိုးသည်၊ အသုံး မ ရသော ဤ ခါးပန်း ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။

11 For as a girdle cleaves about the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave to myself the house of Israel, and the whole house of Juda; that they might be to me a famous people, and a praise, and a glory: but they did not hearken to me.

၁၁ခါးပန်း သည် လူ ၏ခါး ၌ မှီဝဲ သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ရှိသမျှ တို့နှင့် ယုဒ အမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့သည် ငါ ၏ လူမျိုး ၊ ဘွဲ့ နာမ၊ ဘုန်း အသရေ ဖြစ် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ငါ ၌ မှီဝဲ စေသော်လည်း ၊ သူတို့သည်နား မ ထောင်ကြဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

12 And thou shalt say to this people, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and it shall come to pass, if they shall say to thee, Shall we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine? that thou shalt say to them,

၁၂တဖန် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ သားရေ ဘူးရှိသမျှ တို့သည် စပျစ်ရည် နှင့် ပြည့် ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့် တော်မူကြောင်းကို ၊ သင် သည် သူ တို့အား ပြော လော့။ သူတို့ကလည်း၊ သားရေ ဘူး ရှိသမျှ တို့ သည် စပျစ်ရည် နှင့်ပြည့် ကြလိမ့်မည်အကြောင်း ကို၊ ငါတို့မ သိ သလောဟု ပြန်ပြော ကြလျှင်၊

13 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I [will] fill the inhabitants of this land, and their kings the sons of David that sit upon their throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and Juda and all the dwellers in Jerusalem, with strong drink.

၁၃သင်ကလည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည် ကား ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းကြီး ၏ ရာဇပလ္လင် ပေါ်မှာ ထိုင် သော ရှင်ဘုရင်မှစ၍ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ ပရောဖက် ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား ရှိသမျှ တို့နှင့် ပြည်သူ ပြည်သားအပေါင်း တို့ကို ယစ်မူး ခြင်းနှင့် ငါပြည့် စေမည်။

14 And I will scatter them a man and his brother, and their fathers and their sons together: I will not have compassion, saith the Lord, and I will not spare, neither will I pity [to save them] from destruction.

၁၄ညီအစ်ကိုချင်း၊ သား အဘ ချင်းတို့ကို ငါ ထိခိုက် စေမည်။ ငါသည် ကရုဏာ မ ရှိ၊ မ နှမြော ၊ မ ကယ်မ ဘဲ၊ ထိုသူ တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

15 Hear ye, and give ear, and be not proud: for the Lord has spoken.

၁၅သင်တို့သည် နားထောင် နာယူ ကြလော့။ ထောင်လွှား သောစိတ် မ ရှိကြနှင့်။ ထာဝရဘုရား အမိန့် တော် ရှိ၏။

16 Give glory to the Lord your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble on the dark mountains, and ye shall wait for light, and behold the shadow of death, and they shall be brought into darkness.

၁၆မိုဃ်းမချုပ်မှီ၊ မိုက် သောတောင် ပေါ် မှာ သင် တို့သည် ထိခိုက် ၍ မ လဲမှီ၊ အလင်း ကို မြော်လင့် သောအခါ ၊ သေမင်းအရိပ် ၊ ထူထပ် သော မှောင်မိုက်ကို ဖြစ် စေတော်မမူမှီ၊ သင် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဂုဏ် တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။

17 But if ye will not hearken, your soul shall weep in secret because of pride, and your eyes shall pour down tears, because the Lord's flock is sorely bruised.

၁၇သင်တို့သည် နား မ ထောင်ဘဲနေလျှင် မူကား ၊ သင်တို့မာန ကြောင့် ၊ ငါ့ စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်သည် မ ထင်ရှားသော အရပ်၌ ငိုကြွေး မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သိုးစု ကို သိမ်း သွားသောကြောင့် ၊ ငါ့ မျက်စိ လည်း အလွန် ငို ၍ မျက်ရည် ကျ မည်။

18 Say ye to the king and the princes, Humble yourselves, and sit down; for your crown of glory is removed from your head.

၁၈ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်နှိမ့်ချ ၍ ထိုင် ကြလော့။ သင် တို့၌ ဘုန်းကြီး သော သရဖူ သည် သင် တို့၏ ခေါင်း ပေါ်မှ ဆင်း ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် နှင့် မိဖုရား တို့အား ပြော လော့။

19 The cities toward the south were shut, and there was none to open [them]: Juda is removed [into captivity, ]they have suffered a complete removal.

၁၉တောင် ဘက် မြို့ တို့ကို ပိတ် ထား၍ အဘယ်သူ မျှ မဖွင့် ရ။ ယုဒ ပြည်သူပြည်သားအပေါင်း တို့ကို သိမ်းသွား ကြပြီ။ အကုန် အစင်သိမ်းသွား ကြပြီ။

20 Lift up thine eyes, O Jerusalem, and behold them that come from the north; where is the flock that was given thee, the sheep of thy glory?

၂၀မြောက် မျက်နှာက လာ သောသူတို့ ကို မျှော် ၍ ကြည့် လော့။ သင့် အား ငါပေး သော သိုးစု ၊ လှ သောသိုးစု သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်း။

21 What wilt thou say when they shall visit thee, for thou didst teach them lessons for rule against thyself; shall not pangs seize thee as a woman in travail?

၂၁သင် သည် ဆုံးမ တော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသောအခါ ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော လိမ့်မည်နည်း။ သူ တို့သည် သင့် ကို အစိုး တရပြုစေခြင်းငှါ၊ သင်သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်အကြံ ပေးပြီး။ သားဘွား သော မိန်းမ ခံရသောဝေဒနာ ကို သင် ခံရ လိမ့်မည်မ ဟုတ်လော။

22 And if thou shouldest say in thine heart, Wherefore have these things happened to me? Because of the abundance of thine iniquity have thy skirts been discovered, that thine heels might be exposed.

၂၂သင်ကလည်း၊ အဘယ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် ဤ အမှုရောက် သနည်းဟုစိတ် ထဲ၌ အောက်မေ့ လျှင် ၊ သင် ၏အပြစ် များ သောကြောင့် ၊ သင့် အဝတ် ကို ချွတ် ရ၏။ ခြေနင်း ကိုလည်းမ စီးရ။

23 If the Ethiopian shall change his skin, or the leopardess her spots, then shall ye be able to do good, having learnt evil.

၂၃အဲသယောပိ လူသည် မိမိ အရေ ၏ အဆင်းကို၎င်း၊ ကျားသစ် သည် မိမိ အကွက် အကျားတို့ကို၎င်းပြောင်းလဲ နိုင်သလော။ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်လျှင်၊ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြုလေ့ရှိသောသူတို့ သည်၊ သုစရိုက် ကိုပြုခြင်းငှါ တတ်နိုင် ကြလိမ့်မည်။

24 So I scattered them as sticks carried by the wind into the wilderness.

၂၄ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ဖွဲ ကို လေ ပြင်းတိုက် လွှင့်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ထိုသူ တို့ကို ငါလွင့် စေမည်။

25 Thus is thy lot, and the reward of your disobedience to me, saith the Lord; as thou didst forget me, and trust in lies,

၂၅သင်သည်ငါ့ ကို မေ့လျော့ ၍ ၊ မုသာ ၌ မှီဝဲ ဆည်းကပ်သောကြောင့် ၊ သင့် အဘို့ ငါတိုင်းထွာ ၍ ပေး လတံ့သော အငန်းအတာ ကား ဤ သို့တည်း။

26 I also will expose thy skirts upon thy face, and thy shame shall be seen;

၂၆ထိုသို့ နှင့်အညီသင် ရှက် စရာအကြောင်းကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ သင် ၏ အဝတ် ကို ငါ ဖွင့်လှစ် ၍ ပြ မည်။

27 thine adultery also, and thy neighing, and the looseness of thy fornication: on the hills and in the fields I have seen thine abominations. Woe to thee, O Jerusalem, for thou hast not been purified so as to follow me; how long yet [shall it be]?

၂၇သင် ၏ မျောက်မထား ခြင်း၊ ဟီ မြည်ခြင်း၊ မတရား သောမေထုန် ၏ညစ်ညူး ခြင်း၊ တောင် ပေါ်၌၎င်း ၊ လယ်ပြင် ၌ ၎င်း ပြုသောစက်ဆုပ် ရွံရှာဘွယ်တို့ကို ငါ သိ မြင်၏။ အိုယေရုရှလင် မြို့၊ သင် သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းသို့ မ ရောက်ဘဲ အဘယ်မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံးနေလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
