1 And the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and they shall rest on their land: and the stranger shall be added to them, yea, shall be added to the house of Jacob.
Чүнки Пәрвәрдигар Яқупқа рәһимдиллик көрситиду, Йәнә Исраилни таллайду; У уларни өз жут-зиминида маканлаштуриду. Шуниң билән ят адәмләр улар билән бирлишип, Яқуп җәмәтигә қошулиду.
2 And the Gentiles shall take them, and bring them into their place: and they shall inherit them, and they shall be multiplied upon the land for servants and handmaidens: and they that took them captives shall become captives [to them]; and they that had lordship over them shall be under [their] rule.
Һәр қайси әл-милләтләр уларни елип өз жутиға апириду; Исраил җәмәти болса Пәрвәрдигарниң зиминида уларға қул вә дедәк сүпитидә егидарчилиқ қилиду; Улар өзлирини тутқун қилғанларни тутиду; Өзлирини әзгәнләрниң үстидин идарә қилиду.
3 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow and vexation, [and from] thy hard servitude wherein thou didst serve them.
Вә шундақ болидуки, Пәрвәрдигар силәргә азаптин, сарасимидин вә әсир болуп мәҗбурланған мушәққәтлик қуллуқтин арамлиқ бәргән күнидә,
4 And thou shalt take up this lamentation against the king of Babylon, How has the extortioner ceased, and the taskmaster ceased!
Силәр Бабил падишаси тоғрисида мундақ мақал-тәмсилни ейтисиләр: — «Қара, бу җазанихор қандақ һалак болди, Талан-тараҗ қилип алтун топлиғучи қандақ йоқалди!
5 The Lord has broken the yoke of sinners, the yoke of princes.
Пәрвәрдигар рәзилләрниң һасисини, Һакимларниң закон тайиғини,
6 Having smitten a nation in wrath, with an incurable plague, smiting a nation with a wrathful plague, which spared [them] not, he rested in quiet.
Йәни хәлиқ-милләтләрни аччиғи билән үзлүксиз урғанни, Әлләргә ғәзәп қилип тизгинсиз зиянкәшлик қилғанни сундурувәтти.
7 All the earth cries aloud with joy:
Пүткүл йәр йүзи арам тепип тиничлиниду; Улар нахша ейтип тәнтәнә қилиду.
8 the trees also of Libanus rejoice against thee, and the cedar of Libanus, [saying], From the time that thou hast been laid low, no one has come up to cut us down.
Қариғайлар болса һалиңдин шатлиниду, Ливандики кедирларму: — «Сән гөрүңдә ятқузулғандин кейин, Һеч бир кәскүчи бизни қорқатмайду!» — дәйду.
9 Hell from beneath is provoked to meet thee: all the great ones that have ruled over the earth have risen up together against thee, they that have raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. (Sheol h7585)
Сән чүшүшүң билән тәһтисарадикиләр сени қарши елишқа сарасимә болуп кетиду; Сән үчүн өлүкләрниң роһлири, Җаһандики җимики «өшкә җинлар» қозғилиду; Әлләрниң һәммә падишалири тәхтлиридин турғузулиду; (Sheol h7585)
10 All shall answer and say to thee, Thou also hast been taken, even as we; and thou art numbered amongst us.
Уларниң һәммиси саңа қарап мундақ дәйду: — «Сениң һалиңму бизләрниңкидәк бошап кәттиму? Бизгә охшаш болуп қалдиңмусән?!»
11 Thy glory has come down to Hades, and thy great mirth: under thee they shall spread corruption, and the worm shall be thy covering. (Sheol h7585)
Сениң шану-һәйвитиң чилтарилириңниң авазлири билән биллә тәһтисараға чүшүрүлүп түгиди; Астиңда чивин қурути мижилдап кетиду, Үстүңни сазаңлар қаплап кетиду. (Sheol h7585)
12 How has Lucifer, that rose in the morning, fallen from heaven! He that sent [orders] to all the nations is crushed to the earth.
И Чолпан, Сәһәр балиси, Сән қандақ қилип асмандин жиқилип чүшкәнсән! И техи өткәндила әлләрни йәргә жиқитқучи, Сән йәр йүзигә ташливетилдиң!
13 But thou saidst in thine heart, I will go up to heaven, I will set my throne above the stars of heaven: I will sit on a lofty mount, on the lofty mountains toward the north:
Сән әслидә көңлүңдә: — «Мән асманларға чиқимән, Тәхтимни Худаниң юлтузлиридин үстүн қилимән; Мән җамаәтниң теғида, Йәни шимал тәрәпләрдиму олтиримән;
14 I will go up above the clouds: I will be like the Most High.
Мән булутларниң егиз җайлиридин жуқуриға өрләймән; Һәммидин Алий билән тәң болимән!» — дедиң.
Һалбуки сән тәһтисараға, Чоңқур һаңниң тегилиригә чүшүрүлдуң». (Sheol h7585)
16 They that see thee shall wonder at thee, and say, This is the man that troubled the earth, that made kings to shake;
Сени көргәнләр саңа йеқиндин синчилап қарап: — «Җаһанни зил-зилигә кәлтүргән, падишалиқларни титрәткән адәм мошумиду?
17 that made the whole world desolate, and destroyed its cities; he loosed not those who were in captivity.
Йәр йүзини чөл-баяван қилип, Униңдики шәһәрләрни ғулатқан, Тутқан әсирләрни өз жутиға һеч қоюп бәрмигән мошумиду?» — дейишиду.
18 All the kings of the nations lie in honour, [every] man in his house.
Мана әлләрниң шаһлири бириму қалмай «шан-шәрәп»тә, [қараңғулуқтики] өз өйидә йетишиду,
19 But thou shalt be cast forth on the mountains, as a loathed carcase, with many dead who have been pierced with swords, going down to the grave.
Бирақ сән кәмситилгән [чиригән] бир шах кәби, Өлтүрүлгәнләрниң догиси астида, Қилич билән санҗилған, һаңниң тәһтигә чүшидиғанларға охшаш, Аяқ астида дәссәп-чәйләнгән өлүктәк, Өз гөрүңдин мәһрум болуп ташливетилдиң.
20 As a garment defiled with blood shall not be pure, so neither shalt thou be pure; because thou hast destroyed my land, and hast slain my people: thou shalt not endure for ever, —[thou] an evil seed.
Сән әшу падишалар билән биргә дәпнә қилинмайсән, Чүнки өз жутуңни вәйран қилғансән, Өз хәлқиңни өлтүрүвәткәнсән; Рәзиллик қилғучиларниң нәсли һәргиз йәнә тилға елинмайду.
21 Prepare thy children to be slain for the sins of their father; that they arise not, and inherit the earth, nor fill the earth with wars.
Ата-бовилириниң қәбиһликлири түпәйлидин, Униң оғуллирини қәтл қилишқа тәйяр қилиңлар; Шундақ қилғанда, улар орнидин туруп йәр-җаһанни ишғал қилмайду, Йәр йүзини шәһәргә тошқузуветәлмәйду.
22 And I will rise up against them, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will destroy their name, and remnant, and seed: thus saith the Lord.
Чүнки Мән уларға қарши чиқимән, — дәйду самави қошунларниң Сәрдари болған Пәрвәрдигар, — Мән Бабилдин униң намини вә униң қалдуқлирини, нәсил-пәрзәнтлирини үзүп ташлаймән, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар,
23 And I will make the region of Babylon desert, so that hedgehogs shall dwell [there], and it shall come to nothing: and I will make it a pit of clay for destruction.
— Вә уни һувқушниң маканиға, сазлиқларға айландуримән; Һалакәт сүпүргиси билән уни сүпүрүп ташлаймән, — дәйду самави қошунларниң Сәрдари болған Пәрвәрдигар.
24 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, As I have said, so it shall be: and as I have purposed, so [the matter] shall remain:
Самави қошунларниң Сәрдари болған Пәрвәрдигар мундақ қәсәм ичкәнки, — Мән қандақ ойлисам, шундақ болиду; Қандақ мәхсәтни көңлүмгә пүксәм, шу тиклиниду,
25 [even] to destroy the Assyrians upon my land, and upon my mountains: and they shall be for trampling; and their yoke shall be taken away from them, and their glory shall be taken away from their shoulders.
Мәхситим Өз зиминимда Асурийәликни қийма-чийма қилиштин ибарәт; Өз тағлиримда уни дәссәп-чәйләймән; У салған боюнтуруқ хәлқимниң бойнидин, У артқан жүк мүрисидин елип ташлиниду.
26 This is the purpose which the Lord has purposed upon the whole earth: and this the hand that is uplifted against all the nations.
Мана бу пүткүл йәр йүзи тоғрилиқ ирадә қилинған мәхсәттур, Мана бу барлиқ әлләрниң үстигә узартилған қолдур.
27 For what the Holy God has purposed, who shall frustrate? and who shall turn back his uplifted hand?
Пәрвәрдигар мундақ мәхсәтни пүккән екән, Ким уни тосалисун? Униң қоли узартилған екән, ким уни яндуралисун?
28 In the year in which king Achaz died this word came.
Аһаз падиша өлгән жилида мундақ вәһий жүкләнди: —
29 Rejoice not, all ye Philistines, because the yoke of him that smote you is broken: for out of the seed of the serpent shall come forth the young asps, and their young shall come forth flying serpents,
И Филистийә, һәммиңлар, «Бизни урған таяқ сунди» дәп шатланмаңлар; Чүнки иланниң йилтизидин зәһәрлик бир илан чиқиду, Униң нәсли болса дәһшәтлик учар илан болиду.
30 And the poor shall be fed by him, and poor men shall rest in peace: but he shall destroy thy seed with hunger, and shall destroy thy remnant.
Шуниң билән йоқсулларниң тунҗа балилири озуқлиниду, Мөминләр болса теч-аманлиқта ятиду; Бирақ Мән йилтизиңни ачарчилиқ билән йоқитимән Қалған қисмиңму у тәрәптин өлтүрүлиду.
31 Howl, ye gates of cities; let the cities be troubled and cry, [even] all the Philistines: for smoke is coming from the north, and there is no [possibility] of living.
Шуңа и қовуқ, налә көтәргин, И шәһәр, пәряд чәккин! И Филистийә, сән болсаң ерип кәткәнсән! Чүнки шимал тәрәптин ис-түтәклик бир түврүк өрләйду; Униң жиғилған қошунлирида һеч ким сәпсиз қалмайду.
32 And what shall the kings of the nations answer? That the Lord has founded Sion, and by him the poor of the people shall be saved.
Әнди бу әлниң әлчилиригә қандақ җавап бериш керәк? — «Зионни тиклигүчи Пәрвәрдигардур; Униң хәлқи ичидики езилгүчиләр униңдин башпанаһ тапиду» — дегин!»
