Psalms 77
1 To the chief music-maker. After Jeduthun. Of Asaph. A Psalm. I was crying to God with my voice; even to God with my voice, and he gave ear to me.
၁ငါ သည် ဘုရား သခင့်ထံသို့ အသံ ကို လွှင့်၍ အော်ဟစ် ၏။ ဘုရား သခင့်ထံသို့ အသံ ကိုလွှင့်၍ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
2 In the day of my trouble, my heart was turned to the Lord: my hand was stretched out in the night without resting; my soul would not be comforted.
၂ဘေး ရောက်သည်ကာလ ၌ ငါ သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား ကို ရှာ ရ၏။ ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ ပင်လက် ကို ဆန့် လျက် နေရ၏။ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် သက်သာ ခြင်းကို ငြင်းပယ် ၏။
3 I will keep God in memory, with sounds of grief; my thoughts are troubled, and my spirit is overcome. (Selah)
၃ဘုရား သခင်ကို အောက်မေ့ ၍ စိတ်ပူပန် ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ဆင်ခြင် ၍ စိတ် ပျက် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်တတ်၏။
4 You keep my eyes from sleep; I am so troubled that no words come.
၄မျက်စိ မှိတ် ၍ မပျော်နိုင်။ လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းရှိသောကြောင့် နှုတ် မ မြွက်နိုင်။
5 My thoughts go back to the days of the past, to the years which are gone.
၅လွန် လေပြီးသော နေ့ရက် ကို၎င်း၊ ရှေး ကာလ ကို ၎င်းအောက်မေ့ ၏။
6 The memory of my song comes back to me in the night; my thoughts are moving in my heart; my spirit is searching with care.
၆ညဉ့် အခါ၌ လည်း ငါသည် ကိုယ် သီချင်း ကို ဆင်ခြင် ၍ ၊ ကိုယ် စိတ် နှလုံး နှင့် ဆွေးနွေး သဖြင့်၊ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် စစ်ဆေး ခြင်းကို ပြု၏။
7 Will the Lord put me away for ever? will he be kind no longer?
၇ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် အစဉ် စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူမည် လော ။ နောက် တဖန် ကျေးဇူး အလျှင်းမ ပြုဘဲ နေတော်မူ မည်လော။
8 Is his mercy quite gone for ever? has his word come to nothing?
၈ကရုဏာ တော်သည် အစဉ် ကုန် ပြီလော။ ဂတိ တော် လည်း ကာလ အစဉ်အဆက်ပျက် လိမ့်မည်လော။
9 Has God put away the memory of his pity? are his mercies shut up by his wrath? (Selah)
၉ဘုရား သခင်သည် သနား ခြင်းငှါမေ့လျော့ တော်မူသလော။ အမျက် ထွက်သဖြင့် စုံစမ်းခြင်းကရုဏာ တော် ကို ချုပ်တည်း တော်မူသလော။
10 And I said, It is a weight on my spirit; but I will keep in mind the years of the right hand of the Most High.
၁၀ထိုသို့ ဆိုသော်ငါသည် ကိုယ် မိုက် ကြောင်းကို ဝန်ခံ ရ၏။ ဤ အမှုကား၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရား၏ လက်ျာ လက်တော်နှင့် ပြုပြင်တော်မူခြင်းပေတည်း။
11 I will keep in mind the works of Jah: I will keep the memory of your wonders in the past.
၁၁ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အမှုတော်တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ ပါမည်။ ရှေး ကာလ၌ ကိုယ်တော် ပြုဘူးသော အံ့ဩ ဘွယ် တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ ပါမည်။
12 I will give thought to all your work, while my mind goes over your acts of power.
၁၂ပြု တော်မူသမျှ တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် ၍ စီရင် တော်မူသော အရာတို့ကို မြွက် ဆိုပါမည်။
13 Your way, O God, is holy: what god is so great as our God?
၁၃အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လမ်း သည် သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းနှင့် ယှဉ်ပါ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်ကဲ့သို့ အဘယ် မည်သော ဘုရား သည် ကြီးမြတ် သနည်း။
14 You are the God who does works of power: you have made your strength clear to the nations.
၁၄ကိုယ်တော် သည် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အမှုတို့ကို ပြု တတ်သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ လူမျိုး တို့တွင် တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ပြ တော်မူပြီ။
15 With your arm you have made your people free, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
၁၅ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လူ တည်းဟူသောယာကုပ် နှင့် ယောသပ် ၏အမျိုး ကို လက်ရုံး တော်နှင့် ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပြီ။
16 The waters saw you, O God; the waters saw you, they were in fear: even the deep was troubled.
၁၆အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ရေ တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မြင် ကြပါ၏။ ရေ တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မြင် ၍ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြပါ၏။ ရေနက်နဲ ရာအရပ်တို့လည်း လှုပ်ရှား ကြပါ၏။
17 The clouds sent out water; the skies gave out a sound; truly, your arrows went far and wide.
၁၇မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့သည် ရေ ကို သွန်းလောင်း ၍၊ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်တို့လည်း အသံ ဗလံပြု ကြပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ မြှား တို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ရောက် ကြပါ၏။
18 The voice of your thunder went rolling on; the world was flaming with the light of the storm; the earth was shaking.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော် ၏ မိုဃ်းကြိုး သံ သည် လေဘွေ ၌ ပါ၍၊ လျှပ်စစ် ပြက်သဖြင့်၊ လောက ကို လင်း စေပါ၏။ မြေကြီး သည်လည်း တုန် လှုပ် ပါ၏။
19 Your way was in the sea, and your road in the great waters; there was no knowledge of your footsteps.
၁၉ကိုယ်တော် သည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ ၌ ကြွ တော်မူ၍ ၊ လမ်း ခရီးတော်သည် ကျယ်ဝန်း သော ရေ တွင် ရှိသဖြင့် ၊ ခြေ တော်ရာတို့သည် မ ထင်ရှား ကြပါ။
20 You were guiding your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
၂၀မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် တို့လက် ဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လူ များတို့ကို သိုးစု ကဲ့သို့ ပို့ဆောင် တော်မူ၏။
