Psalms 49

1 Alamoth. To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah. A Psalm. Give attention to this, all you peoples; let your ears be open, all you who are living in the world.

၁လူ များအပေါင်း တို့၊ ကြား ကြလော့။ ခပ်သိမ်း သောလောက သား၊

2 High and low together, the poor, and those who have wealth.

၂အယုတ်အမြတ်၊ ကြွယ်ဝ သောသူ၊ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့၊ တညီ တညွတ်တည်းနားထောင် ကြလော့။

3 From my mouth will come words of wisdom; and in the thoughts of my heart will be knowledge.

၃ငါ့ နှုတ် သည်ပညာ ကိုမြွတ် ဆိုမည်။ ငါ့ နှလုံး သည် ဉာဏ် နှင့်ဆိုင်သောအရာကို ဆင်ခြင် မည်။

4 I will put my teaching into a story; I will make my dark sayings clear with music.

၄ပုံ စကားသို့ ကိုယ် နား ကိုလှည့် လျက် နက်နဲ သော အရာကို စောင်း တီး၍ ဖွင့် ပြပေအံ့။

5 What cause have I for fear in the days of evil, when the evil-doing of those who are working for my downfall is round about me?

၅ခဲယဉ်း ဆိုးယုတ်သောကာလ ၌ ငါ ၏အရာကို လုယူချင်သောသူတို့၏ ဒုစရိုက်အမှုသည် ငါ့ ကို ဝိုင်း သော်လည်း၊ ငါသည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ကြောက် ရမည်နည်း။

6 Even of those whose faith is in their wealth, and whose hearts are lifted up because of their stores.

၆ထိုသူ တို့သည် ကိုယ်ဥစ္စာ ကို ကိုးစား ၍ ၊ ကိုယ် စည်းစိမ် များ သောကြောင့်ဝါကြွား သော်လည်း၊

7 Truly, no man may get back his soul for a price, or give to God the payment for himself;

၇မိမိညီအစ်ကိုကို အဘယ် သူမျှအလျှင်းမ ရွေး နိုင်။ ရွေးရန်အဘိုး ကိုဘုရား သခင်၌ မ ပေး နိုင်။

8 (Because it takes a great price to keep his soul from death, and man is not able to give it.)

၈သူ တို့အသက် ဝိညာဉ်၏ ရွေး ရန် အဘိုး ကြီးလှပေ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အစဉ် ရှုံး လျက် နေရမည်။

9 So that he might have eternal life, and never see the underworld.

၉ရွေးလျှင် အစဉ် အမြဲအသက် ရှင်ရာ၏။ ပုပ်စပ် ခြင်းသို့ မ ရောက်ရာ။

10 For he sees that wise men come to their end, and foolish persons of low behaviour come to destruction together, letting their wealth go to others.

၁၀ထင်ရှား သောအရာဟူမူကား ၊ ပညာရှိ သောသူတို့ သည် သေ တတ်ကြ၏။ ထို အတူမိုက် သောသူနှင့် တိရစ္ဆာန် သဘောရှိသောသူတို့ သည် ပျက်စီး ခြင်း သို့ရောက်၍ ၊ မိမိ တို့ဥစ္စာ ကို သူတပါး တို့၌ ချန် ထားကြ၏။

11 The place of the dead is their house for ever, and their resting-place through all generations; those who come after them give their names to their lands.

၁၁မိမိ တို့အိမ် သည် ထာဝရ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ မိမိ တို့ နေရာ လည်း လူမျိုး အစဉ်အဆက်တည်လိမ့်မည်။ မိမိ တို့ နာမ သည် မြေ ပေါ် မှာ ကျော်စော လိမ့်မည်ဟု သူ တို့ စိတ် ထင်ရှိကြ၏။

12 But man, like the animals, does not go on for ever; he comes to an end like the beasts.

၁၂သို့ရာတွင် လူ သည်ဂုဏ် အသရေ၌ မ တည် မနေ တတ်။ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်တတ်သော တိရစ္ဆာန် နှင့် တူ ၏။

13 This is the way of the foolish; their silver is for those who come after them, and their children get the pleasure of their gold. (Selah)

၁၃ထိုသို့ ပြုမူ ခြင်းအရာသည် သူ တို့၏ကိုးစား ရာ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ သူ တို့သားမြေးတို့သည် သူ တို့စကား ကို နှစ်သက် တတ်ကြ၏။

14 Death will give them their food like sheep; the underworld is their fate and they will go down into it; their flesh is food for worms; their form is wasted away; the underworld is their resting-place for ever. (Sheol h7585)

၁၄ထိုသူ တို့ကို သိုး များကဲ့သို့ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၌ ချ ထား ၍ သေမင်း စား လိမ့်မည်။ ကာလ မကြာမမြင့်မှီ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့သည် အုပ်စိုး ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့၏ ကိုယ် ခန္ဓါသည် ဖောက်ပြန် ဘို့ ရာဖြစ်၏။ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံသည် သူ တို့၏ နေရာ ဖြစ်၏။ (Sheol h7585)

15 But God will get back my soul; for he will take me from the power of death. (Selah) (Sheol h7585)

၁၅ငါ့ ကိုမူကား ၊ ဘုရား သခင်သိမ်းယူ တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ ငါ ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၏ တန်ခိုး မှ ရွေး တော်မူမည်။ (Sheol h7585)

16 Have no fear when wealth comes to a man, and the glory of his house is increased;

၁၆သူတပါး သည် ဥစ္စာ ကြွယ်ဝ၍ ၊ အိမ် ၏ဂုဏ် အသရေတိုးပွါး သောအခါ သင်သည် မ စိုးရိမ် နှင့်။

17 For at his death, he will take nothing away; his glory will not go down after him.

၁၇ထိုသူ သည်သေ သောအခါ ၊ အဘယ် ဥစ္စာမျှ မ ပါ ရ။ သူ ၏ဂုဏ် အသရေသည် သူ့ နောက် သို့ မ ဆင်းသက် ရ။

18 Though he might have pride in his soul in his life-time, and men will give you praise if you do well for yourself,

၁၈ထိုသူ သည် အသက် ရှင်စဉ် အခါ၊ မိမိ ဝိညာဉ် ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေး တတ်၏။ မိမိ အကျိုး ကို ပြုစုသောအခါ သူတပါးတို့သည်ချီးမွမ်း တတ်ကြ၏။

19 He will go to the generation of his fathers; he will not see the light again.

၁၉သို့သော်လည်း၊ သူသည် သူ ၏ဘိုးဘေး အမျိုး ရှိရာသို့ သွား ရလိမ့်မည်။ ကာလ အစဉ်အဆက် သူတို့သည်အလင်း ကို မ မြင် ရကြ။

20 Man, like the animals, does not go on for ever; he comes to an end like the beasts.

၂၀ဂုဏ် အသရေနှင့် ပြည့်စုံလျက် ပညာ သတိမ ရှိ သောသူသည်ကား ၊ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်တတ်သော တိရစ္ဆာန် နှင့် တူ ၏။
