Psalms 121
1 A Song of the going up. My eyes are lifted up to the hills: O where will my help come from?
पर्वतहरूतिर म आफ्ना आँखाहरू उचाल्नेछु । मेरो सहायता कहाँबाट आउनेछ?
2 Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
मेरो सहायता परमप्रभुबाट आउँछ, जसले स्वर्ग र पृथ्वी बनाउनुभयो ।
3 May he not let your foot be moved: no need of sleep has he who keeps you.
उहाँले तिम्रो खुट्टा चिप्लन दिनुहुनेछैन । तिमीलाई सुरक्षा दिनुहुने, उहाँ उँघ्नुहुनेछैन ।
4 See, the eyes of Israel's keeper will not be shut in sleep.
हेर, इस्राएलको रक्षक न त उँघ्नुहुन्छ न त सुत्नुहुन्छ ।
5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
परमप्रभु तिम्रो रक्षक हुनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभु तिम्रो दाहिने हातपट्टिको छहारी हुनुहुन्छ ।
6 You will not be touched by the sun in the day, or by the moon at night.
दिनमा तिमीलाई सूर्यले हानि गर्नेछैन, न त रातमा चन्द्रमाले कुनै हानि गर्नेछ ।
7 The Lord will keep you safe from all evil; he will take care of your soul.
पमरप्रभुले तिमीलाई सबै हानिबाट सुरक्षा दिनुहुनेछ र उहाँले तिम्रो जीवनलाई सुरक्षा दिनुहुनेछ ।
8 The Lord will keep watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time and for ever.
तिमीले गर्ने सबै कुरामा परमप्रभुले तिमीलाई अहिले र सदासर्वदा रक्षा गर्नुहुनेछ ।
