Psalms 119
1 ALEPH Happy are they who are without sin in their ways, walking in the law of the Lord.
੧ਧੰਨ ਓਹ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਹਨ!
2 Happy are they who keep his unchanging word, searching after him with all their heart.
੨ਧੰਨ ਓਹ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤਨੋ ਮਨੋ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਦੇ ਹਨ!
3 They do no evil; they go in his ways.
੩ਓਹ ਤਾਂ ਬਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ, ਓਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਹਨ।
4 You have put your orders into our hearts, so that we might keep them with care.
੪ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੀਏ।
5 If only my ways were ordered so that I might keep your rules!
੫ਕਾਸ਼ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਚਾਲ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਕੀ ਹੋਵੇ!
6 Then I would not be put to shame, as long as I have respect for all your teaching.
੬ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੌਰ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ।
7 I will give you praise with an upright heart in learning your right decisions.
੭ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਸੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
8 I will keep your rules: O give me not up completely.
੮ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੂਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਤਿਆਗ ਨਾ ਦੇ!
9 BETH How may a young man make his way clean? by guiding it after your word.
੯ਜੁਆਨ ਕਿੱਦਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਧ ਰੱਖੇ? ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਕਰੇ।
10 I have made search for you with all my heart: O let me not go wandering far from your teaching.
੧੦ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਟਕਣ ਨਾ ਦੇ!
11 I have kept your sayings secretly in my heart, so that I might do no sin against you.
੧੧ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰਾ ਪਾਪ ਨਾ ਕਰਾਂ।
12 Praise be to you, O Lord: give me knowledge of your rules.
੧੨ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਹੈਂ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ!
13 With my lips have I made clear all the decisions of your mouth.
੧੩ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
14 I have taken as much delight in the way of your unchanging word, as in all wealth.
੧੪ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਉੱਤੇ।
15 I will give thought to your orders, and have respect for your ways.
੧੫ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੌਰ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
16 I will have delight in your rules; I will not let your word go out of my mind.
੧੬ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਗਨ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਸਰਾਂਗਾ।
17 GIMEL Give me, your servant, the reward of life, so that I may keep your word;
੧੭ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਪਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ, ਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂ।
18 Let my eyes be open to see the wonders of your law.
੧੮ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਾਂ!
19 I am living in a strange land: do not let your teachings be kept secret from me.
੧੯ਮੈਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਹਾਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਨਾ ਰੱਖ।
20 My soul is broken with desire for your decisions at all times.
੨੦ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੁੱਟਦੀ ਹੈ।
21 Your hand has been against the men of pride, a curse is on those who go wandering out of your way.
੨੧ਮੈਂ ਸਰਾਪੀ ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੁੱਲੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
22 Take away from me shame and bitter words; for I have kept your unchanging word in my heart.
੨੨ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ!
23 Rulers make evil designs against me; but your servant gives thought to your rules.
੨੩ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਬਹਿ ਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
24 Your unchanging word is my delight, and the guide of my footsteps.
੨੪ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਹਨ।
25 DALETH My soul is joined to the dust: O give me life, in keeping with your word.
੨੫ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਖਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ!
26 I put the record of my ways before you, and you gave me an answer: O give me knowledge of your rules.
੨੬ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ!
27 Make the way of your orders clear to me; then my thoughts will be ever on your wonders.
੨੭ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਸਿਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ।
28 My soul is wasted with sorrow; give me strength again in keeping with your word
੨੮ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਢੱਲ਼ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਕਰ!
29 Take from me every false way; and in mercy give me your law.
੨੯ਝੂਠ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦਯਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ ਦੇ!
30 I have taken the way of faith: I have kept your decisions before me.
੩੦ਮੈਂ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਚੁਣ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
31 I have been true to your unchanging word; O Lord, do not put me to shame.
੩੧ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਰ!
32 I will go quickly in the way of your teaching, because you have given me a free heart.
੩੨ਜਦ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਵੇਂਗਾ, ਤਦ ਮੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੌੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗਾ!
33 HE O Lord, let me see the way of your rules, and I will keep it to the end.
੩੩ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ।
34 Give me wisdom, so that I may keep your law; going after it with all my heart.
੩੪ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭਾਂਗਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
35 Make me go in the way of your teachings; for they are my delight.
੩੫ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਮਗਨ ਹਾਂ!
36 Let my heart be turned to your unchanging word, and not to evil desire.
੩੬ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੋੜ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਭ ਵੱਲ,
37 Let my eyes be turned away from what is false; give me life in your ways.
੩੭ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਵੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੋੜ ਦੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ!
38 Give effect to your word to your servant, in whose heart is the fear of you.
੩੮ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਲਈ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਭੈਅ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
39 Take away the shame which is my fear; for your decisions are good.
੩੯ਮੇਰੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਲੰਘਾ ਦੇ, ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਭਲੇ ਹਨ!
40 See how great is my desire for your orders: give me life in your righteousness.
੪੦ਵੇਖ, ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲੋਚਿਆ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ!
41 VAU Let your mercies come to me, O Lord, even your salvation, as you have said.
੪੧ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਵੇ, ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਾਓ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ!
42 So that I may have an answer for the man who would put me to shame; for I have faith in your word.
੪੨ਤਾਂ ਮੈ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ,
43 Take not your true word quite out of my mouth; for I have put my hope in your decisions.
੪੩ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੂਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਖੋਹ ਨਾ ਲੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਸ ਹੈ,
44 So that I may keep your law for ever and ever;
੪੪ਤਾਂ ਮੈ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ,
45 So that my way may be in a wide place: because my search has been for your orders.
੪੫ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਖੁੱਲਮਖੁੱਲਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਫਿਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਲਿਬ ਰਿਹਾ।
46 So that I may give knowledge of your unchanging word before kings, and not be put to shame.
੪੬ਮੈਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ।
47 And so that I may take delight in your teachings, to which I have given my love.
੪੭ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ।
48 And so that my hands may be stretched out to you; and I will give thought to your rules.
੪੮ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਅੱਡਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ।
49 ZAIN Keep in mind your word to your servant, for on it has my hope been fixed.
੪੯ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਬਚਨ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ, ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਦੁਆਈ ਹੈ!
50 This is my comfort in my trouble; that your sayings have given me life.
੫੦ਇਹ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
51 The men of pride have made great sport of me; but I have not been turned from your law.
੫੧ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਠੱਠੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਡਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁੱਖ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ।
52 I have kept the memory of your decisions from times past, O Lord; and they have been my comfort.
੫੨ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਲਾਸਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
53 I am burning with wrath, because of the sinners who have given up your law.
੫੩ਮੇਰਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਭੱਖ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
54 Your rules have been melodies to me, while I have been living in strange lands.
੫੪ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਰੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਜਨ ਸਨ।
55 I have given thought to your name in the night, O Lord, and have kept your law.
੫੫ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਰਾਤੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ
56 This has been true of me, that I have kept your orders in my heart.
੫੬ਇਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਇਆ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
57 CHETH The Lord is my heritage: I have said that I would be ruled by your words.
੫੭ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਭਾਗ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
58 I have given my mind to do your pleasure with all my heart; have mercy on me, as you have said.
੫੮ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ।
59 I gave thought to my steps, and my feet were turned into the way of your unchanging word.
੫੯ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਾਲ-ਚਲਣ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਚਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਫੇਰੇ ਹਨ।
60 I was quick to do your orders, and let no time be wasted.
੬੦ਮੈਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਾ ਲਾਈ, ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂ।
61 The cords of evil-doers are round me; but I have kept in mind your law.
੬੧ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਲ ਲਿਆ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਆ।
62 In the middle of the night I will get up to give you praise, because of all your right decisions.
੬੨ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਦਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
63 I keep company with all your worshippers, and those who have your orders in their memory.
੬੩ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਥੀ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਭੈਅ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy: give me knowledge of your rules.
੬੪ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ!
65 TETH You have done good to your servant, O Lord, in keeping with your word.
੬੫ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਭਲਿਆਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ
66 Give me knowledge and good sense; for I have put my faith in your teachings.
੬੬ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਿਖਲਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
67 Before I was in trouble I went out of the way; but now I keep your word.
੬੭ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਭੁੱਲਿਆ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
68 You are good, and your works are good; give me knowledge of your rules.
੬੮ਤੂੰ ਭਲਾ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਲਿਆਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ।
69 The men of pride have said false things about me; but I will keep your orders in my heart.
੬੯ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਝੂਠ ਥੱਪ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਾਂਗਾ।
70 Their hearts are shut up with fat; but my delight is in your law.
੭੦ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਰਗਾ ਮੋਟਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ।
71 It is good for me to have been through trouble; so that I might come to the knowledge of your rules.
੭੧ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਭਲਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੋਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ।
72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
੭੨ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸੋਨੇ ਤੇ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸਿੱਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੈ!
73 JOD Your hands have made me, and given me form: give me wisdom, so that I may have knowledge of your teaching.
੭੩ਤੇਰੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਰਚਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ।
74 Your worshippers will see me and be glad; because my hope has been in your word.
੭੪ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਭੈਅ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਸਾ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੈ।
75 I have seen, O Lord, that your decisions are right, and that in unchanging faith you have sent trouble on me.
੭੫ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੋ ਤੂੰ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
76 Let your mercy now be my comfort, as you have said to your servant.
੭੬ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਦੇਵੇ, ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
77 Let your gentle mercies come to me, so that I may have life; for your law is my delight.
੭੭ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਦਿਆਲ਼ਗੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਣ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜੀਂਉਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ!
78 Let the men of pride be shamed; because they have falsely given decision against me; but I will give thought to your orders.
੭੮ਹੰਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਝੂਠ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਡੇਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ।
79 Let your worshippers be turned to me, and those who have knowledge of your words.
੭੯ਤੇਰੇ ਭੈਅ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਵੱਲ ਫਿਰਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ।
80 Let all my heart be given to your orders, so that I may not be put to shame.
੮੦ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂ!
81 CAPH My soul is wasted with desire for your salvation: but I have hope in your word.
੮੧ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਤੇਰੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਖੁੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ।
82 My eyes are full of weariness with searching for your word, saying, When will you give me comfort?
੮੨ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਕ ਗਈਆਂ, ਮੈਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਦ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇਵੇਂਗਾ?
83 For I have become like a wine-skin black with smoke; but I still keep the memory of your rules.
੮੩ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਧੂੰਏਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੀ ਮੇਸ਼ੇਕ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਹੋਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲਿਆ।
84 How short is the life of your servant! when will you give your decision against those who are attacking me?
੮੪ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਕਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ? ਤੂੰ ਕਦੋਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ?
85 The men of pride, who are turned away from your law, have put nets for me.
੮੫ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲਦੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਟੋਏ ਪੁੱਟੇ।
86 All your teachings are certain; they go after me with evil design; give me your help.
੮੬ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੱਚੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਝੂਠ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਪਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰ!
87 They had almost put an end to me on earth; but I did not give up your orders.
੮੭ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਟਾ ਦੇਣ ਨੂੰ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਤਿਆਗਿਆ।
88 Give me life in your mercy; so that I may be ruled by the unchanging word of your mouth.
੮੮ਆਪਣੀ ਦਯਾ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਰੱਖ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਸਾਖੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
89 LAMED For ever, O Lord, your word is fixed in heaven.
੮੯ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਨ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਥਿਰ ਹੈ!
90 Your faith is unchanging from generation to generation: you have put the earth in its place, and it is not moved.
੯੦ਤੇਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਓਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
91 They are ruled this day by your decisions; for all things are your servants.
੯੧ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਖੜੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਸੱਭੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਹਨ।
92 If your law had not been my delight, my troubles would have put an end to me.
੯੨ਜੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
93 I will ever keep your orders in mind; for in them I have life.
੯੩ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਿਆ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।
94 I am yours, O be my saviour; for my desire has been for your rules.
੯੪ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਲਿਬ ਰਿਹਾ!
95 The sinners have been waiting for me to give me up to destruction; but I will give all my mind to your unchanging ward.
੯੫ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਘਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
96 I have seen that nothing on earth is complete; but your teaching is very wide.
੯੬ਸਾਰੇ ਕਮਾਲ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਮੈਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹਨ।
97 MEM O what love I have for your law! I give thought to it all the day.
੯੭ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ!
98 Your teaching has made me wiser than my haters: for it is mine for ever.
੯੮ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮਨਾਮੇ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਨ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ।
99 I have more knowledge than all my teachers, because I give thought to your unchanging word.
੯੯ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਲੀਨ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
100 I have more wisdom than the old, because I have kept your orders.
੧੦੦ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਾਂਚਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਸਾਂਭਿਆ।
101 I have kept back my feet from all evil ways, so that I might be true to your word.
੧੦੧ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਬੁਰੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂ।
102 My heart has not been turned away from your decisions; for you have been my teacher.
੧੦੨ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਿਆ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
103 How sweet are your sayings to my taste! truly, they are sweeter than honey in my mouth!
੧੦੩ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਤਾਲੂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਡੇ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸ਼ਹਿਦ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਮਿੱਠੇ!
104 Through your orders I get wisdom; for this reason I am a hater of every false way.
੧੦੪ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਝੂਠੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੋਂ ਵੈਰ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
105 NUN Your word is a light for my feet, ever shining on my way.
੧੦੫ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੀਪਕ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਹ ਦਾ ਚਾਨਣ ਹੈ।
106 I have made an oath and kept it, to be guided by your upright decisions.
੧੦੬ਮੈਂ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
107 I am greatly troubled, O Lord, give me life in keeping with your word.
੧੦੭ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖ!
108 Take, O Lord, the free offerings of my mouth, and give me knowledge of your decisions.
੧੦੮ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ।
109 My soul is ever in danger; but I still keep the memory of your law.
੧੦੯ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਤਲੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲਦਾ!
110 Sinners have put a net to take me; but I was true to your orders.
੧੧੦ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਫਾਹੀ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।
111 I have taken your unchanging word as an eternal heritage; for it is the joy of my heart.
੧੧੧ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਮਿਰਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ।
112 My heart is ever ready to keep your rules, even to the end.
੧੧੨ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਵੱਲ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਾ।
113 SAMECH I am a hater of men of doubting mind; but I am a lover of your law.
੧੧੩ਮੈਂ ਦੁਚਿੱਤਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਣਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
114 You are my secret place and my breastplate against danger; my hope is in your word.
੧੧੪ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਪਨਾਹਗਾਰ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਢਾਲ਼ ਹੈਂ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਆਸਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
115 Go far from me, you evil-doers; so that I may keep the teachings of my God.
੧੧੫ਹੇ ਬਦਕਾਰੋ, ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋਵੋ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਾਂ!
116 Be my support as you have said, and give me life; let not my hope be turned to shame.
੧੧੬ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਥਮ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂ!
117 Let me not be moved, and I will be safe, and ever take delight in your rules.
੧੧੭ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਗੌਰ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
118 You have overcome all those who are wandering from your rules; for all their thoughts are false.
੧੧੮ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁੱਖ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਲਾਕੀ ਫ਼ਰੇਬ ਹੈ।
119 All the sinners of the earth are like waste metal in your eyes; and for this cause I give my love to your unchanging word.
੧੧੯ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਟ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਸੁੱਟਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
120 My flesh is moved for fear of you; I give honour to your decisions.
੧੨੦ਤੇਰੇ ਭੈਅ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਕੰਬਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
121 AIN I have done what is good and right: you will not give me into the hands of those who are working against me.
੧੨੧ਮੈਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਛੱਡ!
122 Take your servant's interests into your keeping; let me not be crushed by the men of pride.
੧੨੨ਭਲਿਆਈ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਦਾ ਜਾਮਨ ਬਣ, ਹੰਕਾਰੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਦਬਾਉਣ!
123 My eyes are wasted with desire for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.
੧੨੩ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਾਓ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਬਚਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਕ ਗਈਆਂ।
124 Be good to your servant in your mercy, and give me teaching in your rules.
੧੨੪ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਯਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਰਤ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ।
125 I am your servant; give me wisdom, so that I may have knowledge of your unchanging word.
੧੨੫ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਬਖਸ਼, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਾਂ।
126 It is time, O Lord, for you to let your work be seen; for they have made your law without effect.
੧੨੬ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਵੇਲਾ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਰਥ ਬਣਾਇਆ!
127 For this reason I have greater love far your teachings than for gold, even for shining gold.
੧੨੭ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੋਨੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਕੁੰਦਨ ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ!
128 Because of it I keep straight in all things by your orders; and I am a hater of every false way.
੧੨੮ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਠੀਕ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਝੂਠੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
129 PE Your unchanging word is full of wonder; for this reason my soul keeps it.
੧੨੯ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ!
130 The opening of your words gives light; it gives good sense to the simple.
੧੩੦ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣਾ ਚਾਨਣ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸਾਧੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਬਖਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ।
131 My mouth was open wide, waiting with great desire for your teachings.
੧੩੧ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹੌਂਕਿਆ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਚਦਾ ਸੀ।
132 Let your eyes be turned to me, and have mercy on me, as it is right for you to do to those who are lovers of your name.
੧੩੨ਮੇਰੀ ਵੱਲ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਰ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਪਾਲਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।
133 Let my steps be guided by your word; and let not sin have control over me.
੧੩੩ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਮਾਂ ਦੇ, ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਬਦੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ।
134 Make me free from the cruel rule of man; then I will keep your orders.
੧੩੪ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਓ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂ।
135 Let your servant see the shining of your face; give me knowledge of your rules.
੧੩੫ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁੱਖੜੇ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਖਾ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ।
136 Rivers of water are flowing from my eyes, because men do not keep your law.
੧੩੬ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਗਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਓਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ।
137 TZADE O Lord, great is your righteousness, and upright are your decisions.
੧੩੭ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਧਰਮੀ ਹੈਂ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਹਨ।
138 You have given your unchanging word in righteousness, and it is for ever.
੧੩੮ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਧਰਮ ਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
139 My passion has overcome me; because my haters are turned away from your words.
੧੩੯ਮੇਰੀ ਗ਼ੈਰਤ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕੀਤਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਏ।
140 Your word is of tested value; and it is dear to your servant.
੧੪੦ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਨ ਅੱਤ ਤਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
141 I am small and of no account; but I keep your orders in mind.
੧੪੧ਮੈਂ ਨਿੱਕਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਤੇ ਤੁੱਛ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲਿਆ!
142 Your righteousness is an unchanging righteousness, and your law is certain.
੧੪੨ਤੇਰਾ ਧਰਮ ਸਦਾ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ।
143 Pain and trouble have overcome me: but your teachings are my delight.
੧੪੩ਦੁੱਖ ਤੇ ਰੰਜ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਾ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ।
144 The righteousness of your unchanging word is eternal; give me wisdom so that I may have life.
੧੪੪ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਧਰਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ।
145 KOPH I have made my prayer with all my heart; give answer to me, O Lord: I will keep your rules.
੧੪੫ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ!
146 My cry has gone up to you; take me out of trouble, and I will be guided by your unchanging word.
੧੪੬ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ!
147 Before the sun is up, my cry for help comes to your ear; my hope is in your words.
੧੪੭ਮੈਂ ਪਹੁ ਫੁੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਤੇ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਲਈ ਆਸਾ ਰੱਖੀ।
148 In the night watches I am awake, so that I may give thought to your saying.
੧੪੮ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ, ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋਵਾਂ।
149 Let my voice come to you, in your mercy; O Lord, by your decisions give me life.
੧੪੯ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣ ਲੈ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖ!
150 Those who have evil designs against me come near; they are far from your law.
੧੫੦ਖੋਟ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹਨ।
151 You are near, O Lord; and all your teachings are true.
੧੫੧ਤੂੰ ਵੀ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈਂ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੱਚੇ ਹਨ!
152 I have long had knowledge that your unchanging word is for ever.
੧੫੨ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਚਿਰੋਕਣਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਿਆ, ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ!।
153 RESH O see my trouble, and be my saviour; for I keep your law in my mind,
੧੫੩ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਵੇਖ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਆ!
154 Undertake my cause, and come to my help, give me life, as you have said.
੧੫੪ਮੇਰਾ ਮੁਦੱਪਾ ਲੜ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਦੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖ!
155 Salvation is far from evil-doers; for they have made no search for your rules.
੧੫੫ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਓਹ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਭਾਲਦੇ।
156 Great is the number of your mercies, O Lord; give me life in keeping with your decisions.
੧੫੬ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੇਰੇ ਰਹਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਨ, ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖ!
157 Great is the number of those who are against me; but I have not been turned away from your unchanging word.
੧੫੭ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁੜਿਆ।
158 I saw with hate those who were untrue to you; for they did not keep your saying.
੧੫੮ਮੈਂ ਚਾਲਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਘਿਣ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।
159 See how great is my love for your orders: give me life, O Lord, in keeping with your mercy.
੧੫੯ਵੇਖ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੀ ਦਯਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖ!
160 Your word is true from the first; and your upright decision is unchanging for ever.
੧੬੦ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦਾ ਤਾਤ ਪਰਜ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਹੈ।
161 SHIN Rulers have been cruel to me without cause; but I have the fear of your word in my heart.
੧੬੧ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਿਗਾਣੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਅ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
162 I am delighted by your saying, like a man who makes discovery of great wealth.
੧੬੨ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ!
163 I am full of hate and disgust for false words; but I am a lover of your law.
੧੬੩ਮੈਂ ਝੂਠ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਤੇ ਘਿਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
164 Seven times a day do I give you praise, because of your upright decisions.
੧੬੪ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚ ਵਾਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
165 Great peace have lovers of your law; they have no cause for falling.
੧੬੫ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਚੈਨ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦੀ।
166 Lord, my hope has been in your salvation; and I have kept your teachings.
੧੬੬ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
167 My soul has kept your unchanging word; great is my love for it.
੧੬੭ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਈ!
168 I have been ruled by your orders; for all my ways are before you.
੧੬੮ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਨ।
169 TAU Let my cry come before you, O Lord; give me wisdom in keeping with your word.
੧੬੯ਮੇਰੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੇਰੇ ਹਜ਼ੂਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਦੇ!
170 Let my prayer come before you; take me out of trouble, as you have said.
੧੭੦ਮੇਰੀ ਅਰਜੋਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਹਜ਼ੂਰ ਆਵੇ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ!
171 Let my lips be flowing with praise, because you have given me knowledge of your rules.
੧੭੧ਮੇਰੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਉਚਰਨ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
172 Let my tongue make songs in praise of your word; for all your teachings are righteousness.
੧੭੨ਮੇਰੀ ਜੀਭ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਵੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਹਨ।
173 Let your hand be near for my help; for I have given my heart to your orders.
੧੭੩ਤੇਰਾ ਹੱਥ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਵੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਚੁਣ ਲਏ ਹਨ।
174 All my desire has been for your salvation, O Lord; and your law is my delight.
੧੭੪ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਚਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ!
175 Give life to my soul so that it may give you praise; and let your decisions be my support.
੧੭੫ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਰਹੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ।
176 I have gone out of the way like a wandering sheep; make search for your servant; for I keep your teachings ever in mind.
੧੭੬ਮੈਂ ਗੁਆਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਭੇਡ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਭਟਕ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
