Numbers 5
1 And the Lord said to Moses,
И рече Господь к Моисею, глаголя:
2 Give orders to the children of Israel to put outside the tent-circle every leper, and anyone who has any sort of flow from his body, and anyone who is unclean from the touch of the dead;
повели сыном Израилевым, и да изгонят из полка всякаго прокаженнаго, и всякаго проливающаго семя, и всякаго нечистаго душею:
3 Male or female they are to be put outside the tent-circle, so that they may not make unclean my resting-place among them.
от мужеска полу до женска, изгоните вне полка, и да не осквернят полков своих, в нихже Аз пребываю.
4 So the children of Israel did as the Lord had said to Moses, and put them outside the tent-circle.
И сотвориша сынове Израилевы тако, и изгнаша их вне полка: якоже глагола Господь Моисею, тако сотвориша сынове Израилевы.
5 And the Lord said to Moses,
И рече Господь к Моисею, глаголя:
6 Say to the children of Israel, If a man or a woman does any of the sins of men, going against the word of the Lord, and is in the wrong;
рцы сыном Израилевым, глаголя: муж или жена, иже аще сотворит от всех грехов человеческих и презирая презрит Господа, и преступит душа она:
7 Let them say openly what they have done; and make payment for the wrong done, with the addition of a fifth part, and give it to him to whom the wrong was done.
да исповесть грех, егоже сотвори, и да отдаст преступление истое, пятую часть его да приложит к тому, и да отдаст, емуже согреши.
8 But if the man has no relation to whom the payment may be made, then the payment for sin made to the Lord will be the priest's, in addition to the sheep offered to take away his sin.
Аще же несть человеку ужика, яко отдати ему преступление, преступление отдаемое Господу, жерцу да будет, кроме овна очищения, имже помолится о нем.
9 And every offering lifted up of all the holy things which the children of Israel give to the priest, will be his.
И всяк начаток, и вся освящаемая в сынех Израилевых, елика аще приносят Господу, жерцу самому да будут:
10 And every man's holy things will be his: whatever a man gives to the priest will be his.
и коегождо освященая, тому да будут и муж аще даст жерцу, тому да будет.
11 And the Lord said to Moses,
И рече Господь к Моисею, глаголя:
12 Say to the children of Israel, If any man's wife does wrong, sinning against him
глаголи сыном Израилевым и речеши к ним: мужа, мужа аще преступит жена его, и презирающи презрит его,
13 By taking as her lover another man, and keeps it secret so that her husband has no knowledge of it, and there is no witness against her, and she is not taken in the act;
и будет кто с нею ложем семене, и утаится от очию мужа ея, и укрыется, она же будет осквернена, и свидетеля не будет на ню и сия несть ята,
14 If the spirit of doubt comes into her husband's heart, and he has doubts of his wife, with good cause; or if he has doubts of her without cause:
и приидет на него дух ревнования, и возревнует к жене своей, она же осквернена есть, или приидет ему дух ревнования, и возревнует к жене своей, она же не будет осквернена,
15 Then let him take her to the priest, offering for her the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal, without oil or perfume; for it is a meal offering of a bitter spirit, a meal offering keeping wrongdoing in mind.
и да приведет муж жену свою к жерцу, и да принесет дар за ню, десятую часть меры ефи муки ячныя: да не возлиет на ню елеа, ниже да возложит на ню ливана: жертва бо ревнования есть, жертва памяти воспоминающая грех.
16 And the priest will make her come near and put her before the Lord;
И приведет ю жрец и поставит ю пред Господем:
17 And the priest will take holy water in a pot and put in it dust from the floor of the House;
и да возмет жрец воду живу чисту в сосуде глиняне, и от персти на земли сущия у скинии свидения, и взем жрец да всыплет в воду:
18 And he will make the woman come before the Lord with her hair loose, and will put the meal offering, the offering of a bitter spirit, in her hands; and the priest will take in his hand the bitter water causing the curse;
и да поставит жрец жену пред Господем, и да открыет главу жене, и да даст в руце ея жертву памяти, жертву ревнования: в руце же жерца да будет вода обличения клятвенная сия.
19 And he will make her take an oath, and say to her, If no man has been your lover and you have not been with another in place of your husband, you are free from this bitter water causing the curse;
И да закленет ю жрец и речет жене: аще никтоже бысть с тобою, и неси преступила осквернитися под мужем твоим, невинна буди от воды обличения клятвенныя сея:
20 But if you have been with another in place of your husband and have made yourself unclean with a lover:
аще же преступила еси, мужата сущи, или осквернена еси, и даде кто тебе ложе свое, кроме мужа твоего.
21 Then the priest will put the oath of the curse on the woman, and say to her, May the Lord make you a curse and an oath among your people, sending on you wasting of the legs and disease of the stomach;
И закленет жрец жену клятвами клятвы сея, и речет жрец жене: да даст тя Господь в клятву и проклятие среди людий твоих, внегда дати Господу стегну твоему отпасти и чреву твоему разсестися:
22 And this water of the curse will go into your body, causing disease of your stomach and wasting of your legs: and the woman will say, So be it.
и внидет вода клятвенная сия во чрево твое, еже расторгнути утробу твою, и отпасти стегну твоему. И отвещает жена:
23 And the priest will put these curses in a book, washing out the writing with the bitter water;
и да напишет жрец клятвы сия в книзе, и изгладит в воде обличения клятвеннаго:
24 And he will give to the woman the bitter water for drink; and the bitter water causing the curse will go into her.
и напоит жену водою обличения клятвенною, и внидет в ню вода клятвенная обличения.
25 And the priest will take from her hand the meal offering of doubt, waving it before the Lord, and will take it to the altar;
И да возмет жрец от руки женски жертву ревнования, и да возложит жертву пред Господем, и да принесет ю ко олтарю:
26 And he will take some of it in his hand, burning it on the altar as a sign, and then he will give the woman the bitter water.
и да возмет жрец горстию от жертвы память ея, и да принесет ю на олтарь, и по сем напоит водою жену.
27 And it will be that if the woman has become unclean, sinning against her husband, when she has taken the bitter water it will go into her body, causing disease of the stomach and wasting of the legs, and she will be a curse among her people.
И будет аше есть осквернена, и аще утаением утаися от мужа своего, и внидет в ню вода клятвенная обличения, и надмет чрево ея, и отпадет стегно ея, и будет жена в проклятие в людех своих:
28 But if she is clean she will be free and will have offspring.
аще же не будет осквернена жена, и чиста есть, и невинна будет, и плодствовати будет семя.
29 This is the law for testing a wife who goes with another in place of her husband and becomes unclean;
Сей закон ревнования, комулибо аще преступит жена, мужата сущи, и осквернится:
30 Or for a husband who, in a bitter spirit, has doubts in his heart about his wife; let him take her to the priest, who will put in force this law.
или человек, емуже аще найдет нань дух ревнования, и возревнует к жене своей, и поставит жену свою пред Господем, и да сотворит ей жрец весь закон сей:
31 Then the man will be free from all wrong, and the woman's sin will be on her.
и чист будет человек от греха, и жена та возмет грех свой.
