Numbers 3
1 Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses, in the day when the word of the Lord came to Moses on Mount Sinai.
| این است انساب هارون و موسی در روزی که خداوند در کوه سینا با موسی متکلم شد. | ۱ |
2 These are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the oldest, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
| و نامهای پسران هارون این است: نخست زاده‌اش ناداب و ابیهو و العازار و ایتامار. | ۲ |
3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests, on whom the holy oil was put, who were marked out as priests.
| این است نامهای پسران هارون کهنه که مسح شده بودند که ایشان را برای کهانت تخصیص نمود. | ۳ |
4 And Nadab and Abihu were put to death before the Lord when they made an offering of strange fire before the Lord, in the waste land of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar did the work of priests before Aaron their father.
| اما ناداب و ابیهو در حضور خداوندمردند، هنگامی که ایشان در بیابان سینا آتش غریب به حضور خداوند گذرانیدند، و ایشان را پسری نبود و العازار و ایتامار به حضور پدر خودهارون، کهانت می‌نمودند. | ۴ |
5 And the Lord said to Moses,
| و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت: | ۵ |
6 Make the tribe of Levi come near, and put them before Aaron the priest, to be his helpers,
| «سبط لاوی را نزدیک آورده، ایشان را پیش هارون کاهن حاضر کن تا او را خدمت نمایند. | ۶ |
7 In order that they may be responsible to him and to all Israel for the care of the Tent of meeting, and to do the work of the House;
| وایشان شعائر او و شعائر تمامی جماعت را پیش خیمه اجتماع نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند. | ۷ |
8 And they will have the care of all the vessels of the Tent of meeting, and will do for the children of Israel all the necessary work of the House.
| و جمیع اسباب خیمه اجتماع و شعائربنی‌اسرائیل را نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند. | ۸ |
9 Give the Levites to Aaron and his sons; so that they may be his without question from among the children of Israel.
| و لاویان را به هارون و پسرانش بده، زیراکه ایشان از جانب بنی‌اسرائیل بالکل به وی داده شده‌اند. | ۹ |
10 And give orders that Aaron and his sons are to keep their place as priests; any strange person who comes near is to be put to death.
| و هارون و پسرانش را تعیین نما تاکهانت خود را بجا بیاورند، و غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود.» | ۱۰ |
11 And the Lord said to Moses,
| و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت: | ۱۱ |
12 See, I have taken the Levites out of the children of Israel to be mine in place of the first sons of the children of Israel;
| «که اینک من لاویان را از میان بنی‌اسرائیل، به عوض هر نخست زاده‌ای از بنی‌اسرائیل که رحم را بگشاید گرفته‌ام، پس لاویان از آن من می‌باشند. | ۱۲ |
13 For all the first sons are mine; on the day when I put to death all the first sons in the land of Egypt, I took for myself every first male birth of man and beast. They are mine; I am the Lord.
| زیرا جمیع نخست زادگان از آن منند، و درروزی که همه نخست زادگان زمین مصر را کشتم، جمیع نخست زادگان اسرائیل را خواه از انسان وخواه از بهایم برای خود تقدیس نمودم، پس ازآن من می‌باشند. من یهوه هستم.» | ۱۳ |
14 And the Lord said to Moses in the waste land of Sinai,
| و خداوند موسی را در بیابان سینا خطاب کرده، گفت: | ۱۴ |
15 Let all the children of Levi be numbered by their families and their fathers' houses; let every male of a month old and over be numbered.
| «بنی لاوی را برحسب خاندان آباو قبایل ایشان بشمار، هر ذکور ایشان را از یک ماهه و زیاده بشمار.» | ۱۵ |
16 So Moses did as the Lord said, numbering them as he had been ordered.
| پس موسی برحسب قول خداوند چنانکه مامور شد، ایشان را شمرد. | ۱۶ |
17 These were the sons of Levi by name: Gershon and Kohath and Merari.
| وپسران لاوی موافق نامهای ایشان اینانند: جرشون و قهات و مراری. | ۱۷ |
18 And these are the names of the sons of Gershon, by their families: Libni and Shimei.
| و نامهای بنی جرشون برحسب قبایل ایشان این است: لبنی و شمعی. | ۱۸ |
19 And the sons of Kohath, by their families: Amram and Izhar and Hebron and Uzziel.
| و پسران قهات برحسب قبایل ایشان: عمرام ویصهار و حبرون و عزیئیل. | ۱۹ |
20 And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites in the order of their fathers' houses.
| و پسران مراری برحسب قبایل ایشان: محلی و موشی بودند. اینانند قبایل لاویان برحسب خاندان آبای ایشان. | ۲۰ |
21 From Gershon come the Libnites and the Shimeites; these are the families of the Gershonites.
| و از جرشون، قبیله لبنی و قبیله شمعی. اینانند قبایل جرشونیان. | ۲۱ |
22 Those who were numbered of them, the males from one month old and over, were seven thousand, five hundred.
| و شمرده شدگان ایشان به شماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شمرده شدگان ایشان هفت هزار و پانصد نفربودند. | ۲۲ |
23 The tents of the Gershonites are to be placed at the back of the House, to the west.
| و قبایل جرشونیان در عقب مسکن، به طرف مغرب خیمه زنند. | ۲۳ |
24 The chief of the Gershonites is Eliasaph, the son of Lael.
| و سرور خاندان آبای جرشونیان، الیاساف بن لایل باشد. | ۲۴ |
25 In the Tent of meeting, the Gershonites are to have the care of the House, and the Tent with its cover, and the veil for the door of the Tent of meeting,
| و ودیعت بنی جرشون در خیمه اجتماع، مسکن و خیمه وپوشش آن و پرده دروازه خیمه اجتماع باشد. | ۲۵ |
26 And the hangings for the open space round the House and the altar, and the curtain for its doorway, and all the cords needed for its use.
| و تجیرهای صحن و پرده دروازه صحن که پیش روی مسکن و به اطراف مذبح است وطنابهایش با هر خدمت آنها. | ۲۶ |
27 From Kohath come the Amramites and the Izharites and the Hebronites and the Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kohathites.
| و از قهات، قبیله عمرامیان و قبیله یصهاریان و قبیله حبرونیان و قبیله عزیئیلیان، اینانند قبایل قهاتیان. | ۲۷ |
28 Those who were numbered of them, the males from one month old and over, were eight thousand, six hundred, who were responsible for the care of the holy place.
| به شماره همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، هشت هزار و شش صد نفربودند که ودیعت قدس را نگاه می‌داشتند. | ۲۸ |
29 The tents of the Kohathites are to be placed on the south side of the House.
| وقبایل بنی قهات به طرف جنوب مسکن، خیمه بزنند. | ۲۹ |
30 Their chief is Elizaphan, the son of Uzziel.
| و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل قهاتیان، الیاصافان بن عزیئیل باشد. | ۳۰ |
31 In their care are the ark, and the table, and the lights, and the altars, and all the vessels used in the holy place, and the veil, and all they are used for.
| و ودیعت ایشان تابوت و میز و شمعدان و مذبح‌ها و اسباب قدس که با آنها خدمت می‌کنند، و حجاب و هر خدمت آن باشد. | ۳۱ |
32 Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, will be head over all the Levites and overseer of those responsible for the care of the holy place.
| و سرور سروران لاویان، العازار بن هارون کاهن باشد، و نظارت نگهبانان خدمت قدس، او را خواهد بود. | ۳۲ |
33 From Merari come the Mahlites and the Mushites; these are the families of Merari.
| و از مراری، قبیله محلیان و قبیله موشیان؛ اینانند قبایل مراری. | ۳۳ |
34 Those who were numbered of them, the males of a month old and over, were six thousand, two hundred.
| و شمرده شدگان ایشان وشماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شش هزار و دویست نفر بودند. | ۳۴ |
35 The chief of the families of Merari was Zuriel, the son of Abihail: their tents are to be placed on the north side of the House.
| و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل مراری، صوریئیل بن ابیحایل باشد وایشان به طرف شمالی مسکن، خیمه بزنند. | ۳۵ |
36 And in their care are to be all the boards of the Tent, with their rods and pillars and bases, and all the instruments, and all they are used for,
| وودیعت معین بنی مراری، تختهای مسکن وپشت بندهایش و ستونهایش و پایه هایش وتمامی اسبابش با تمامی خدمتش باشد. | ۳۶ |
37 And the pillars of the open space round it, with their bases and nails and cords.
| وستونهای اطراف صحن و پایه های آنها و میخها وطنابهای آنها. | ۳۷ |
38 And those whose tents are to be placed on the east side of the House in front of the Tent of meeting, looking to the dawn, are Moses and Aaron and his sons, who will do the work of the holy place for the children of Israel; and any strange person who comes near will be put to death.
| و پیش مسکن به طرف مشرق و پیش روی خیمه اجتماع به طرف طلوع شمس، موسی وهارون و پسرانش خیمه بزنند و نگاهبانی قدس راو نگاهبانی بنی‌اسرائیل را بدارند. و هر غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود. | ۳۸ |
39 All the Levites numbered by Moses and Aaron at the order of the Lord, all the males of one month old and over numbered in the order of their families, were twenty-two thousand.
| و جمع شمرده شدگان لاویان که موسی و هارون ایشان را برحسب قبایل ایشان و فرمان خداوند شمردند، همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار نفر بودند. | ۳۹ |
40 And the Lord said to Moses, Let all the first male children be numbered, and take the number of their names.
| و خداوند به موسی گفت: «جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه بنی‌اسرائیل را از یک ماهه وبالاتر بشمار، و حساب نامهای ایشان را بگیر. | ۴۰ |
41 And give to me the Levites (I am the Lord) in place of the first sons of the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites in place of the first births among the cattle of the children of Israel.
| ولاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل برای من که یهوه هستم بگیر، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بهایم بنی‌اسرائیل.» | ۴۱ |
42 So Moses had all the first sons among the children of Israel numbered, as the Lord said to him.
| پس موسی چنانکه خداوند او را امرفرموده بود، همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل راشمرد. | ۴۲ |
43 Every first son from a month old and over was numbered by name, and the number came to twenty-two thousand, two hundred and seventy-three.
| و جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه، برحسب شماره اسم های شمرده شدگان ایشان از یک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار و دویست و هفتاد و سه نفر بودند. | ۴۳ |
44 And the Lord said to Moses,
| و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت: | ۴۴ |
45 Take the Levites in place of all the first sons of the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites in place of their cattle; the Levites are to be mine; I am the Lord.
| «لاویان را به عوض جمیع نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض بهایم ایشان بگیر، و لاویان از آن من خواهند بود. من یهوه هستم. | ۴۵ |
46 And the price you have to give for the two hundred and seventy-three first sons of the children of Israel which are in addition to the number of the Levites,
| و اما درباره فدیه دویست و هفتادو سه نفر از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل که برلاویان زیاده‌اند، | ۴۶ |
47 Will be five shekels for every one, by the scale of the holy place (the shekel is twenty gerahs);
| پنج مثقال برای هر سری بگیر، آن را موافق مثقال قدس که بیست جیره یک مثقال باشد، بگیر. | ۴۷ |
48 And this money, the price of those over the number of the Levites, is to be given to Aaron and his sons.
| و نقد فدیه آنانی که از ایشان زیاده‌اند به هارون و پسرانش بده.» | ۴۸ |
49 So Moses took the money, the price of those whose place had not been taken by the Levites;
| پس موسی نقد فدیه را از آنانی که زیاده بودند، بر کسانی که لاویان فدیه آنها شده بودند، گرفت. | ۴۹ |
50 From the first sons of Israel he took it, a thousand, three hundred and sixty-five shekels, by the scale of the holy place;
| و از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل نقد راکه هزار و سیصد و شصت و پنج مثقال موافق مثقال قدس باشد، گرفت. | ۵۰ |
51 And he gave the money to Aaron and his sons, as the Lord had said.
| و موسی نقد فدیه رابرحسب قول خداوند چنانکه خداوند موسی راامر فرموده بود، به هارون و پسرانش داد. | ۵۱ |
