Matthew 13
1 On that day Jesus went out of the house and was seated by the seaside.
௧இயேசு அன்றைய தினமே வீட்டிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், கடலோரத்திலே உட்கார்ந்தார்.
2 And great numbers of people came together to him, so that he got into a boat; and the people took up their position by the sea.
௨திரளான மக்கள் அவரிடத்தில் கூடிவந்தபடியால், அவர் படகில் ஏறி உட்கார்ந்தார்; மக்களெல்லோரும் கரையிலே நின்றார்கள்.
3 And he gave them teaching in the form of a story, saying, A man went out to put seed in the earth;
௩அவர் அநேக காரியங்களை உவமைகளாக அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்: கேளுங்கள், விதைக்கிறவன் ஒருவன் விதைக்கப் புறப்பட்டான்.
4 And while he did so, some seeds were dropped by the wayside, and the birds came and took them for food:
௪அவன் விதைக்கும்போது, சில விதைகள் வழியருகே விழுந்தன; பறவைகள் வந்து அவைகளைச் சாப்பிட்டன.
5 And some of the seed went among the stones, where it had not much earth, and straight away it came up because the earth was not deep:
௫சில விதைகள் அதிக மண்ணில்லாத கற்பாறை இடங்களில் விழுந்தன; மண் ஆழமாக இல்லாததினாலே அவைகள் சீக்கிரமாக முளைத்தன.
6 And when the sun was high, it was burned; and because it had no root it became dry and dead.
௬வெயில் ஏறினபோதோ, கருகிப்போய், வேரில்லாமையால் உலர்ந்துபோயின.
7 And some seeds went among thorns, and the thorns came up and they had no room for growth:
௭சில விதைகள் முள்ளுள்ள இடங்களில் விழுந்தன; முள் வளர்ந்து அவைகளை நெருக்கிப்போட்டது.
8 And some, falling on good earth, gave fruit, some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty times as much.
௮சில விதைகளோ நல்ல நிலத்தில் விழுந்தன, சில விதைகள் நூறாகவும், சில விதைகள் அறுபதாகவும், சில விதைகள் முப்பதாகவும் பலன் தந்தன.
9 He who has ears, let him give ear.
௯கேட்கிறதற்குக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும் என்றார்.
10 And the disciples came and said to him, Why do you say things to them in the form of stories?
௧0அப்பொழுது, சீடர்கள் அவரிடத்தில் வந்து: ஏன் அவர்களோடு உவமைகளாக பேசுகிறீர் என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
11 And he said to them in answer, To you is given the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
௧௧அவர்களுக்கு அவர் மறுமொழியாக: பரலோகராஜ்யத்தின் இரகசியங்களை அறியும்படி உங்களுக்கு அருளப்பட்டது, அவர்களுக்கோ அருளப்படவில்லை.
12 Because whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have more; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
௧௨உள்ளவன் எவனோ அவனுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும், பரிபூரணமும் அடைவான்; இல்லாதவன் எவனோ அவனிடத்தில் உள்ளதும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
13 For this reason I put things into the form of stories; because they see without seeing, and give ear without hearing, and the sense is not clear to them.
௧௩அவர்கள் கண்டும் காணாதவர்களாகவும், கேட்டும் கேளாதவர்களாகவும், உணர்ந்துகொள்ளாதவர்களாகவும் இருக்கிறபடியினால், நான் உவமைகளாக அவர்களோடு பேசுகிறேன்.
14 And for them the words of Isaiah have come true, Though you give ear, you will not get knowledge; and seeing, you will see, but the sense will not be clear to you:
௧௪ஏசாயாவின் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் அவர்களிடத்தில் நிறைவேறுகிறது; அதாவது: காதாரக்கேட்டும் உணராதிருப்பீர்கள்; கண்ணாரக்கண்டும் அறியாதிருப்பீர்கள்.
15 For the heart of this people has become fat and their ears are slow in hearing and their eyes are shut; for fear that they might see with their eyes and give hearing with their ears and become wise in their hearts and be turned again to me, so that I might make them well.
௧௫இந்த மக்கள் கண்களினால் காணாமலும், காதுகளினால் கேளாமலும், இருதயத்தினால் உணர்ந்து மனந்திரும்பாமலும், நான் அவர்களை ஆரோக்கியமாக்காமலும் இருக்கும்படியாக, அவர்கள் இருதயம் கொழுத்திருக்கிறது; காதால் மந்தமாகக் கேட்டு, தங்களுடைய கண்களை மூடிக்கொண்டார்கள்’ என்பதே.
16 But a blessing be on your eyes, because they see; and on your ears, because they are open.
௧௬உங்களுடைய கண்கள் காண்கிறதினாலும், உங்களுடைய காதுகள் கேட்கிறதினாலும், அவைகள் பாக்கியமுள்ளவைகள்.
17 For truly, I say to you that prophets and upright men had a desire to see the things which you see, and saw them not; and to have knowledge of the words which have come to your ears, and they had it not.
௧௭அநேக தீர்க்கதரிசிகளும் நீதிமான்களும் நீங்கள் காண்கிறவைகளைக் காணவும், நீங்கள் கேட்கிறவைகளைக் கேட்கவும் விரும்பியும், காணாமலும் கேளாமலும் போனார்களென்று, உண்மையாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்.
18 Give ear, then, to the story of the man who put the seed in the earth.
௧௮ஆகவே, விதைக்கிறவனைப்பற்றிய உவமையைக் கேளுங்கள்.
19 When the word of the kingdom comes to anyone, and the sense of it is not clear to him, then the Evil One comes, and quickly takes away that which was put in his heart. He is the seed dropped by the wayside.
௧௯ஒருவன், ராஜ்யத்தின் வசனத்தைக் கேட்டும் உணராதிருக்கும்போது, சாத்தான் வந்து, அவன் இருதயத்தில் விதைக்கப்பட்டதைப் பறித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; அவனே வழியருகே விதைக்கப்பட்டவன்.
20 And that which went on the stones, this is he who, hearing the word, straight away takes it with joy;
௨0கற்பாறை இடங்களில் விதைக்கப்பட்டவன், வசனத்தைக்கேட்டு, உடனே அதை மகிழ்ச்சியோடு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவன்;
21 But having no root in himself, he goes on for a time; and when trouble comes or pain, because of the word, he quickly becomes full of doubts.
௨௧ஆனாலும் தனக்குள்ளே வேரில்லாதவனாக, கொஞ்சக்காலம்மட்டும் நிலைத்திருப்பான்; வசனத்தினிமித்தம் உபத்திரவமும் துன்பமும் உண்டானவுடனே இடறலடைவான்.
22 And that which was dropped among the thorns, this is he who has the word; and the cares of this life, and the deceits of wealth, put a stop to the growth of the word and it gives no fruit. (aiōn g165)
௨௨முள்ளுள்ள இடங்களில் விதைக்கப்பட்டவன், வசனத்தைக் கேட்கிறவனாக இருந்து, உலகத்தின் கவலையும் செல்வத்தின் மயக்கமும் வசனத்தை நெருக்கிப்போடுகிறதினால், அவனும் பலனற்றுப்போவான். (aiōn g165)
23 And the seed which was put in good earth, this is he who gives ear to the word, and gets the sense of it; who gives fruit, some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty times as much.
௨௩நல்ல நிலத்தில் விதைக்கப்பட்டவனோ, வசனத்தைக் கேட்கிறவனும் உணருகிறவனுமாக இருந்து, நூறுமடங்காகவும் அறுபதுமடங்காகவும் முப்பதுமடங்காகவும் பலன் தருவான் என்றார்.
24 And he gave them another story, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like a man who put good seed in his field:
௨௪வேறொரு உவமையை அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்: பரலோகராஜ்யம் தன் நிலத்தில் நல்ல விதையை விதைத்த மனிதனுக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது.
25 But while men were sleeping, one who had hate for him came and put evil seeds among the grain, and went away.
௨௫மனிதர்கள் தூங்கும்போது அவனுடைய சத்துரு வந்து, கோதுமைக்குள் களைகளை விதைத்துவிட்டுப்போனான்.
26 But when the green stem came up and gave fruit, the evil plants were seen at the same time.
௨௬பயிரானது வளர்ந்து கதிர்விட்டபோது, களைகளும் காணப்பட்டது.
27 And the servants of the master of the house came and said to him, Sir, did you not put good seed in your field? how then has it evil plants?
௨௭வீட்டெஜமானுடைய வேலைக்காரர்கள் அவனிடத்தில் வந்து: ஆண்டவனே, நீர் உமது நிலத்தில் நல்ல விதையை விதைத்தீர் அல்லவா? பின்னே அதில் களைகள் எப்படி உண்டானது என்றார்கள்.
28 And he said, Someone has done this in hate. And the servants say to him, Is it your pleasure that we go and take them up?
௨௮அதற்கு அவன்: சத்துரு அதைச் செய்தான் என்றான். அப்பொழுது வேலைக்காரர்கள்: நாங்கள்போய் அவைகளைப் பிடுங்கிப்போட உமக்கு விருப்பமா? என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
29 But he says, No, for fear that by chance while you take up the evil plants, you may be rooting up the grain with them.
௨௯அதற்கு அவன்: வேண்டாம், களைகளைப் பிடுங்கும்போது நீங்கள் கோதுமையையும்சேர்த்து வேரோடு பிடுங்காதபடிக்கு, இரண்டையும் அறுப்புமட்டும் வளரவிடுங்கள்.
30 Let them come up together till the getting in of the grain; and then I will say to the workers, Take up first the evil plants, and put them together for burning: but put the grain into my store-house.
௩0அறுப்புக்காலத்தில் நான் அறுக்கிறவர்களைப் பார்த்து: முதலாவது, களைகளைப் பிடுங்கி, அவைகளைச் சுட்டெரிக்கிறதற்குக் கட்டுகளாகக் கட்டுங்கள்; கோதுமையையோ என் களஞ்சியத்தில் சேர்த்துவையுங்கள் என்பேன் என்று சொன்னான் என்றார்.
31 He put another story before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and put in his field:
௩௧வேறொரு உவமையை அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்: பரலோகராஜ்யம் கடுகுவிதைக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது; அதை ஒரு மனிதன் எடுத்துத் தன் நிலத்தில் விதைத்தான்.
32 Which is smaller than all seeds; but when it has come up it is greater than the plants, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of heaven come and make their resting-places in its branches.
௩௨அது எல்லாவிதைகளிலும் சிறியதாயிருந்தும், வளரும்போது, எல்லாச் செடிகளிலும் பெரியதாகி, ஆகாயத்துப் பறவைகள் அதின் கிளைகளில் வந்து அடையத்தக்க மரமாகும் என்றார்.
33 Another story he gave to them: The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took, and put in three measures of meal, till it was all leavened.
௩௩வேறொரு உவமையை அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்: பரலோகராஜ்யம் புளித்த மாவிற்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது; அதை ஒரு பெண் எடுத்து, முழுவதும் புளிக்கும்வரைக்கும், மூன்றுபடி மாவிலே பிசைந்துவைத்தாள் என்றார்.
34 All these things Jesus said to the people in the form of stories; and without a story he said nothing to them:
௩௪இவைகளையெல்லாம் இயேசு மக்களோடு உவமைகளாகப் பேசினார்; உவமைகளில்லாமல், அவர்களோடு பேசவில்லை.
35 That it might come true which was said by the prophet, Opening my mouth, I will give out stories; I will give knowledge of things kept secret from before all time.
௩௫என் வாயை உவமைகளினால் திறப்பேன்; உலகத்தோற்றமுதல் மறைபொருளானவைகளை வெளிப்படுத்துவேன் என்று தீர்க்கதரிசியால் சொல்லப்பட்டது நிறைவேறும்படி இப்படி நடந்தது.
36 Then he went away from the people, and went into the house; and his disciples came to him, saying, Make clear to us the story of the evil plants in the field.
௩௬அப்பொழுது இயேசு மக்களை அனுப்பிவிட்டு வீட்டிற்குப் போனார். அவருடைய சீடர்கள் அவரிடத்தில் வந்து: நிலத்தின் களைகளைப்பற்றிய உவமையை எங்களுக்கு விளக்கிச்சொல்லவேண்டுமென்று கேட்டார்கள்.
37 And he made answer and said, He who puts the good seed in the earth is the Son of man;
௩௭அவர் மறுமொழியாக: நல்ல விதையை விதைக்கிறவன் மனிதகுமாரன்;
38 And the field is the world; and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom; and the evil seeds are the sons of the Evil One;
௩௮நிலம் உலகம்; நல்ல விதை ராஜ்யத்தின் பிள்ளைகள்; களைகள் சாத்தானுடைய பிள்ளைகள்;
39 And he who put them in the earth is Satan; and the getting in of the grain is the end of the world; and those who get it in are the angels. (aiōn g165)
௩௯அவைகளை விதைக்கிற சத்துரு பிசாசு; அறுவடை உலகத்தின் முடிவு; அறுக்கிறவர்கள் தேவதூதர்கள். (aiōn g165)
40 As then the evil plants are got together and burned with fire, so will it be in the end of the world. (aiōn g165)
௪0ஆதலால், களைகளைச்சேர்த்து அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரிக்கிறதுபோல, இந்த உலகத்தின் முடிவிலே நடக்கும். (aiōn g165)
41 The Son of man will send out his angels, and they will take out of his kingdom everything which is a cause of error, and all those who do wrong,
௪௧மனிதகுமாரன் தம்முடைய தூதர்களை அனுப்புவார்; அவர்கள் அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் இருக்கிற எல்லா இடறல்களையும் அக்கிரமம் செய்கிறவர்களையும் சேர்த்து,
42 And will put them into the fire; there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.
௪௨அவர்களை அக்கினிச்சூளையிலே போடுவார்கள்; அங்கே அழுகையும் பற்கடிப்பும் உண்டாயிருக்கும்.
43 Then will the upright be shining as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him give ear.
௪௩அப்பொழுது, நீதிமான்கள் தங்களுடைய பிதாவின் ராஜ்யத்திலே சூரியனைப்போலப் பிரகாசிப்பார்கள். கேட்கிறதற்குக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும்.
44 The kingdom of heaven is like a secret store of wealth in a field, which a man came across and put back again; and in his joy he goes and gives all he has, to get that field.
௪௪அன்றியும், பரலோகராஜ்யம் நிலத்தில் புதைத்திருக்கிற புதையலுக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது; அதை ஒரு மனிதன் பார்த்து, மறைத்து, அதைப்பற்றிய மகிழ்ச்சியினாலேபோய், தனக்கு உண்டான எல்லாவற்றையும் விற்று, அந்த நிலத்தை வாங்குகிறான்.
45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a trader searching for beautiful jewels.
௪௫மேலும், பரலோகராஜ்யம் நல்ல முத்துக்களைத்தேடுகிற வியாபாரிக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது.
46 And having come across one jewel of great price, he went and gave all he had in exchange for it.
௪௬அவன் விலையுயர்ந்த ஒரு முத்தைப் பார்த்து, போய், தனக்குண்டான எல்லாவற்றையும் விற்று, அதை வாங்குகிறான்.
47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net, which was put into the sea and took in every sort of fish:
௪௭அன்றியும், பரலோகராஜ்யம் கடலிலே போடப்பட்டு, எல்லாவிதமான மீன்களையும் சேர்த்து வாரிக்கொள்ளும் வலைக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது.
48 When it was full, they took it up on the sands; and seated there they put the good into vessels, but the bad they put away.
௪௮அது நிறைந்தபோது, மீனவர்கள் அதைக் கரைக்கு இழுத்து, உட்கார்ந்து, நல்லவைகளைக் கூடைகளில் சேர்த்து, ஆகாதவைகளை எறிந்துவிடுவார்கள்.
49 So will it be in the end of the world: the angels will come and take out the bad from the good, (aiōn g165)
௪௯இப்படியே உலகத்தின் முடிவிலே நடக்கும். தேவதூதர்கள் புறப்பட்டு, நீதிமான்களின் நடுவிலிருந்து பொல்லாதவர்களைப் பிரித்து, (aiōn g165)
50 And will put them into the fire: there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.
௫0அவர்களை அக்கினிச்சூளையிலே போடுவார்கள்; அங்கே அழுகையும் பற்கடிப்பும் உண்டாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.
51 Are all these things now clear to you? They say to him, Yes.
௫௧பின்பு, இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: இவைகளையெல்லாம் அறிந்துகொண்டீர்களா என்று கேட்டார். அதற்கு அவர்கள்: ஆம், அறிந்துகொண்டோம் ஆண்டவரே, என்றார்கள்.
52 And he said to them, For this reason every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house, who gives out from his store things new and old.
௫௨அப்பொழுது அவர் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: இப்படி இருக்கிறபடியால், பரலோகராஜ்யத்திற்கு அடுத்தவைகளில் உபதேசிக்கப்பட்டுத் தேறின வேதபண்டிதன் எவனும் தன் பொக்கிஷத்திலிருந்து புதியவைகளையும் பழையவைகளையும் எடுத்துக்கொடுக்கிற வீட்டெஜமானாகிய மனிதனுக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறான் என்றார்.
53 And when Jesus had come to the end of these stories he went away from there.
௫௩இயேசு இந்த உவமைகளைச் சொல்லிமுடித்தபின்பு, அந்த இடத்தைவிட்டு,
54 And coming into his country, he gave them teaching in their Synagogue, so that they were greatly surprised and said, Where did this man get this wisdom and these works of power?
௫௪தாம் வளர்ந்த ஊருக்கு வந்து, அவர்களுடைய ஜெப ஆலயத்திலே அவர்களுக்கு உபதேசம் செய்தார். அவர்கள் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு: இவனுக்கு இந்த ஞானமும் பலத்த செய்கைகளும் எப்படி வந்தது?
55 Is not this the woodworker's son? is not his mother named Mary? and his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?
௫௫இவன் தச்சனுடைய குமாரன் அல்லவா? இவன் தாய் மரியாள் என்பவள் அல்லவா? யாக்கோபு, யோசே, சீமோன், யூதா என்பவர்கள் இவனுக்குச் சகோதரர்கள் அல்லவா?
56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? from where, then, has he all these things?
௫௬இவன் சகோதரிகளெல்லோரும் நம்மிடத்தில் இருக்கிறார்கள் அல்லவா? இப்படியிருக்க, இதெல்லாம் இவனுக்கு எப்படி வந்தது? என்று சொல்லி,
57 And they were bitter against him. But Jesus said to them, A prophet is nowhere without honour but in his country and among his family.
௫௭அவரைக்குறித்து இடறலடைந்தார்கள். இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: தீர்க்கதரிசி ஒருவன் தன் ஊரிலும் தன் வீட்டிலுமேயன்றி வேறெங்கும் அவமதிக்கப்படமாட்டான் என்றார்.
58 And the works of power which he did there were small in number because they had no faith.
௫௮அவர்களுக்கு விசுவாசம் இல்லாததினால், அவர் அங்கே அதிக அற்புதங்களைச் செய்யவில்லை.
