Isaiah 13
1 The word of the Lord about Babylon which Isaiah, the son of Amoz, saw.

2 Put up a flag on a clear mountain-top, make a loud outcry to them, give directions with the hand, so that they may go into the doors of the great ones.

3 I have given orders to my holy ones, I have sent out my men of war, those of mine who take pride in their power, to give effect to my wrath.
Waxaan amray kuwaygii gooni la iigu dhigay, oo weliba waxaan cadhadayda aawadeed ugu yeedhay kuwayga xoogga badan, waxaana weeye kuwa sarrayntayda ku reyreeya.
4 The noise of great numbers in the mountains, like the noise of a strong people! The noise of the kingdoms of the nations meeting together! The Lord of armies is numbering his forces for war.
Waxaa la maqlayaa bulxanka dadka badan oo buuraha ka yeedhaya sida dad fara badan! Waxaana la maqlayaa buuqa boqortooyooyinkii quruumaha isa soo wada urursaday! Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu soo ururinayaa ciidanka dagaalka.
5 They come from a far country, from the farthest part of heaven, even the Lord and the instruments of his wrath, with destruction for all the land.
Waxay ka imanayaan waddan fog iyo samada darafka ugu shisheeya inay dalka oo dhan baabbi'iyaan, waana Rabbiga iyo hubkii dhirifkiisaba.
6 Send out a cry of grief; for the day of the Lord is near; it comes as destruction from the Most High.
Baroorta, waayo, maalintii Rabbigu way dhow dahay, oo waxay u iman doontaa sida baabbi'in xagga Ilaaha Qaadirka ah ka timid.
7 For this cause all hands will be feeble, and every heart of man be turned to water;
Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed gacmo oo dhammu way taag gabi doonaan, oo nin kastaba qalbigiisu wuu dhalaali doonaa.
8 Their hearts will be full of fear; pains and sorrows will overcome them; they will be in pain like a woman in childbirth; they will be shocked at one another; their faces will be like flames.
Wayna nixi doonaan, oo waxaa qaban doona xanuun iyo murug, oo waxay u xanuunsan doonaan sida naag foolanaysa. Oo midkoodba kan kaluu la yaabi doonaa, oo wejigooduna wuxuu noqon doonaa sida olol oo kale.
9 See, the day of the Lord is coming, cruel, with wrath and burning passion: to make the land a waste, driving the sinners in it to destruction.
Bal eega, maalinta Rabbigu way imanaysaa iyadoo nac weyn oo ka buuxda cadho iyo xanaaq kulul si dhulka cidla looga dhigo oo dembilayaasha oo dhan dhexdiisa looga baabbi'iyo.
10 For the stars of heaven and its bright armies will not give their light: the sun will be made dark in his journey through the heaven, and the moon will keep back her light.
Waayo, xiddigaha samada iyo ururkooduba ma iftiimi doonaan. Qorraxduna way madoobaan doontaa markii ay soo baxdo, oo dayaxuna ma iftiimi doono.
11 And I will send punishment on the world for its evil, and on the sinners for their wrongdoing; and I will put an end to all pride, and will make low the power of the cruel.
Oo dunida sharkeeda aawadiis ayaan u ciqaabi doonaa, oo kuwa sharka lehna xumaantooda aawadeed ayaan u ciqaabi doonaa, oo kuwa kibrana kibirkooda waan joojin doonaa, oo kuwa laga cabsadona madaxweynaantooda hoos baan u soo dejin doonaa.
12 I will make men so small in number, that a man will be harder to get than gold, even the best gold of Ophir.
Waxaan dadka ka dhigi doonaa wax dhif ah oo ka qaalisan dahabka wanaagsan, oo binu-aadmigana waxaan ka dhigi doonaa wax aan badnayn sida dahabka saafiga ah ee Oofir.
13 For this cause the heavens will be shaking, and the earth will be moved out of its place, in the wrath of the Lord of armies, and in the day of his burning passion.
Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed maalinta Rabbiga xanaaqiisa kululu iman doono ayaan samooyinka gariirin doonaa, dhulkuna meeshiisuu kaga dhaqaaqi doonaa cadhada Rabbiga ciidammada.
14 And it will be that, like a roe in flight, and like wandering sheep, they will go every man to his people and to his land.
Oo sida deero la eryay iyo sida ido aan ciduna soo ururin ayaa midkood kastaaba dadkiisa ku noqon doonaa, oo mid kastaaba dalkiisa u carari doonaa.
15 Everyone who is overtaken will have a spear put through him, and everyone who goes in flight will be put to the sword.
Mid kasta oo la helo waa la dooxi doonaa, oo mid kasta oo la qabto seef baa lagu dili doonaa.
16 Their young children will be broken up before their eyes; their goods will be taken away, and their wives made the property of others.
Oo dhallaankoodana dhulkaa lagu tuuri doonaa iyagoo arkaya, guryahoodana waa la dhici doonaa, naagahoodana waa la kufsan doonaa.
17 See, I am driving the Medes against them, who put no value on silver and have no pleasure in gold.
Bal eega, waxaan iyaga ku soo kicin doonaa reer Maaday oo aan innaba lacag ka fikirayn oo aan dahabkana ku farxin.
18 In their hands are bows and spears; they are cruel, violently putting the young men to death, and crushing the young women; they have no pity for children, and no mercy for the fruit of the body.
Qaansooyinkoodu waxay baabbi'in doonaan barbaarrada, oo midhaha maxalkana innaba uma ay naxariisan doonaan, oo carruurtana uma ay tudhi doonaan.
19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beautiful town which is the pride of the Chaldaeans, will be like God's destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Oo Baabuloon oo ah sharaftii boqortooyooyinka iyo quruxdii kibirka reer Kaldayiin waxay noqon doontaa sidii markii Ilaah Sodom iyo Gomora afgembiyey.
20 People will never be living in it again, and it will have no more men from generation to generation: the Arab will not put up his tent there; and those who keep sheep will not make it a resting-place for their flocks.
Oo weligeed innaba lama degi doono oo tan iyo ab ka ab laguma dhex hoyan doono, oo Carabkuna halkaas teendho kama dhisan doono, oo adhijirraduna halkaas adhigooda ma daajin doonaan.
21 But the beasts of the waste land will have their holes there; and the houses will be full of crying jackals, and ostriches will have their place there, and evil spirits will be dancing there.
Laakiinse halkaas waxaa jiifsan doona dugaagga lamadegaanka, oo guryahoodana waxaa ka buuxsami doona guumeyso, oo waxaa ku hoyan doona gorayo, waxaana ku dhex cayaari doona xayawaan dhogor dheer leh.
22 And wolves will be answering one another in their towers, and jackals in their houses of pleasure: her time is near, and her days of power will quickly be ended.
Oo yeey baana guryahooda cidloobay qaylo isugu jawaabi doona, oo daarahooda qurqurxoonna dawacooyin baa ka dhex qaylin doona, oo wakhtigeediina kol dhow buu iman doonaa, oo cimrigeedana lama sii dheerayn doono.
