Ezekiel 40

1 In the twenty-fifth year after we had been taken away prisoners, in the first month of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the town was taken, on the very same day, the hand of the Lord was on me, and he took me there.

௧நாங்கள் பாபிலோனில் சிறைப்பட்டுப்போன இருபத்தைந்தாம் வருடத்தின் ஆரம்பத்தில் முதலாம் மாதம் பத்தாம் நாளாகிய அன்றே யெகோவாவுடைய கை என்மேல் அமர்ந்தது, அவர் என்னை அந்த இடத்திற்குக் கொண்டுபோனார்; அப்பொழுது நகரம் அழிக்கப்பட்டுப் பதினான்கு வருடங்களானது.

2 In the visions of God he took me into the land of Israel, and put me down on a very high mountain, on which there was, as it seemed, a building like a town opposite me.

௨தேவதரிசனங்களில் அவர் என்னை இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்திற்குக் கொண்டுபோய், என்னை மகா உயரமான ஒரு மலையின்மேல் நிறுத்தினார்; அதின்மேல் தெற்காக ஒரு நகரம் கட்டியிருக்கிறதுபோல் காணப்பட்டது.

3 He took me there, and I saw a man, looking like brass, with a linen cord in his hand and a measuring rod: and he was stationed in the doorway.

௩அவர் என்னை அங்கே கொண்டுபோனார்; இதோ, அங்கே ஒரு மனிதன் இருந்தார்; அவருடைய தோற்றம் வெண்கலமாக இருந்தது; அவர் கையில் சணற்கயிறும் ஒரு அளவுகோலும் இருந்தது; அவர் வாசலிலே நின்றார்.

4 And the man said to me, Son of man, see with your eyes and give hearing with your ears, and take to heart everything I am going to let you see; for in order that I might let you see them, you have come here: and give an account of all you see to the children of Israel.

௪அந்த மனிதன் என்னை நோக்கி: மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ கண்ணாரப்பார்த்து, காதாரக்கேட்டு, நான் உனக்குக் காண்பிப்பதெல்லாவற்றின்மேலும் உன்னுடைய மனதை வை; நான் உனக்கு அவைகளைக் காண்பிப்பதற்காக நீ இங்கே கொண்டுவரப்பட்டாய்; நீ காண்பதையெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்குத் தெரிவி என்றார்.

5 And there was a wall on the outside of the house all round, and in the man's hand there was a measuring rod six cubits long by a cubit and a hand's measure: so he took the measure of the building from side to side, one rod; and from base to top, one rod.

௫இதோ, ஆலயத்திற்குப் வெளியே சுற்றிலும் ஒரு மதில் இருந்தது; அந்த மனிதன் கையிலே ஆறுமுழ நீளமான ஒரு அளவுகோல் இருந்தது; ஒவ்வொரு முழமும் நமது கைமுழத்திலும் நான்கு விரற்கடை அளவு அதிகமானது; அவர் அந்த மதிலை அளந்தார்; அகலம் ஒரு கோலாகவும் உயரம் ஒரு கோலாகவும் இருந்தது.

6 Then he came to the doorway looking to the east, and went up by its steps; and he took the measure of the doorstep, one rod wide.

௬பின்பு அவர் கிழக்குமுகவாசலுக்கு வந்து, அதின் படிகளின்மேல் ஏறி, வாசற்படியை ஒரு கோல் அகலமாகவும், மறுவாசற்படியை ஒரு கோல் அகலமாகவும் அளந்தார்.

7 And the watchmen's rooms were one rod long and one rod wide; and the space between the rooms was five cubits; the doorstep of the doorway, by the covered way of the doorway inside, was one rod.

௭ஒவ்வொரு அறையும் ஒரு கோல் நீளமும் ஒரு கோல் அகலமுமாக இருந்தது; அறைவீடுகளுக்கு நடுவே ஐந்து முழ இடம் விட்டிருந்தது; வாசலின் மண்டபத்தருகே உள்வாசற்படி ஒரு கோலளவாக இருந்தது.

8 And he took the measure of the covered way of the doorway inside,

௮வாசலின் மண்டபத்தையும் உள்ளே கோலளவாக அளந்தார்.

9 Eight cubits; and its uprights, two cubits; the covered way of the doorway was inside.

௯பின்பு வாசலின் மண்டபத்தை எட்டுமுழமாகவும், அதின் தூணாதாரங்களை இரண்டு முழமாகவும் அளந்தார்; வாசலின் மண்டபம் உட்புறத்திலிருந்தது.

10 And the rooms of the doorway on the east were three on this side and three on that; all three were of the same size; and the uprights on this side and on that were of the same size.

௧0கிழக்குதிசைக்கெதிரான வாசலின் அறைகள் இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் மூன்றும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் மூன்றுமாக இருந்தது; அவைகள் மூன்றுக்கும் ஒரே அளவும், இந்தப்பக்கத்திலும் அந்தப்பக்கத்திலும் இருந்த தூணாதாரங்களுக்கு ஒரே அளவும் இருந்தது.

11 And he took the measure of the opening of the doorway, ten cubits wide; and the way down the doorway was thirteen cubits;

௧௧பின்பு வாசல் நடையின் அகலத்தைப் பத்துமுழமாகவும், வாசலின் நீளத்தைப் பதின்மூன்று முழமாகவும் அளந்தார்.

12 And the space in front of the rooms, a cubit on this side and a cubit on that side; and the rooms six cubits on this side and six cubits on that.

௧௨அறைகளுக்குமுன்னே இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு முழ இடமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு முழ இடமும் இருந்தது ஒவ்வொரு அறை இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஆறு முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஆறுமுழமுமாக இருந்தது.

13 And he took the measure of the doorway from the back of one room to the back of the other, twenty-five cubits across, from door to door.

௧௩பின்பு வாசலில் இருந்த அறையின் மெத்தையிலிருந்து மற்ற அறையின் மெத்தைவரை இருபத்தைந்து முழமாக அளந்தார்; கதவுக்குக் கதவு நேராக இருந்தது.

14 And he took the measure of the covered way, twenty cubits; and opening from the covered way of the doorway was the open square round about.

௧௪தூணாதாரங்களை அறுபது முழமாக அளந்தார்; இந்தத் தூணாதாரங்களின் அருகே சுற்றிலும் முன்வாசலின் முற்றம் இருந்தது.

15 And from before the opening of the doorway to before the inner covered way of the doorway was fifty cubits.

௧௫நுழைவு வாசலின் முகப்புத் துவங்கி, உட்புறவாசல் மண்டபமுகப்புவரை ஐம்பது முழமாக இருந்தது.

16 And the rooms and their uprights had sloping windows inside the doorway all round, and in the same way the covered way had windows all round on the inside: and on every upright there were palm-trees.

௧௬வாசலுக்கு உட்புறமாகச் சுற்றிலுமுள்ள அறைகளுக்கும் அவைகளின் தூணாதாரங்களுக்கும் ஒடுக்கமான ஜன்னல்கள் இருந்தது; மண்டபங்களிலும் அப்படியே இருந்தது; உள்பக்கமாகச் சுற்றிலும் அந்த ஜன்னல்களும் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது.

17 Then he took me into the outer square, and there were rooms and a stone floor made for the open square all round: there were thirty rooms on the stone floor.

௧௭பின்பு என்னை வெளிமுற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனார்; அங்கே அறைவீடுகளும், முற்றத்தின் சுற்றிலும் பதித்த தளவரிசையும் இருந்தது; அந்தத் தளவரிசையின்மேல் முப்பது அறைவீடுகள் இருந்தது.

18 And the stone floor was by the side of the doorways, and was as wide as the doorways were long, even the lower floor.

௧௮வாசலுக்குப் பக்கத்திலும் வாசல்களின் நீளத்திற்கு எதிரிலுமுள்ள அந்தத் தளவரிசை தாழ்வான தளவரிசையாக இருந்தது.

19 Then he took the measure of the square across, from before the lower doorway inside to before the inner doorway outside, one hundred cubits. And he took me in the direction of the north,

௧௯பின்பு அவர் கீழ்வாசலின் முகப்புத்துவங்கி, உள்முற்றத்துப் புறமுகப்புவரையுள்ள விசாலத்தை அளந்தார்; அது கிழக்கும் வடக்கும் நூறுமுழமாக இருந்தது.

20 And there was a doorway to the outer square, looking to the north; and he took the measure of it to see how wide and how long it was.

௨0வெளிமுற்றத்திற்கு அடுத்த வடதிசைக்கு எதிரான வாசலின் நீளத்தையும் அகலத்தையும் அளந்தார்.

21 And it had three rooms on this side of it and three on that; its uprights and its covered ways were the same size as those of the first doorway: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

௨௧அதற்கு இந்த பக்கத்தில் மூன்று அறைகளும் அந்த பக்கத்தில் மூன்று அறைகளும் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும் அதின் மண்டபங்களும் முதல் வாசலின் அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதின் நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும், அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

22 And its windows, and the windows of its covered ways, and its palm-trees, were the same as those of the doorway looking to the east; and there were seven steps up to it; and the covered way went inside.

௨௨அதின் ஜன்னல்களும், அதின் மண்டபங்களும், அதின்மேல் சித்திரிக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும், கீழ்த்திசைக்கு எதிரான வாசலின் அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு ஏழு படிகள் இருந்தது; அதின் மண்டபங்கள் அவைகளுக்கு முன்னாக இருந்தது.

23 And there was a doorway to the inner square opposite the doorway on the north, like the doorway on the east; and he took the measure from doorway to doorway, a hundred cubits.

௨௩வடதிசையிலும் கீழ்த்திசையிலுமுள்ள ஒவ்வொரு வாசலுக்கு எதிராக உள்முற்றத்திற்கும் வாசல்கள் இருந்தது; ஒரு வாசல்துவங்கி மற்ற வாசல்வரை நூறு முழமாக அளந்தார்.

24 And he took me to the south, and I saw a doorway looking to the south: and he took the measure of its rooms and its uprights and its covered ways by these measures.

௨௪பின்பு என்னைத் தென்திசைக்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனார்; அங்கே தென்திசைக்கு எதிரான வாசல் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களையும் அதின் மண்டபங்களையும் அதற்குரிய அளவின்படி அளந்தார்.

25 And there were windows in it and in the covered way all round, like the other windows: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

௨௫அந்த ஜன்னல்களுக்குச் சரியாக அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பதுமுழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

26 And there were seven steps up to it, and its covered way went inside: and it had palm-trees, one on this side and one on that, on its uprights.

௨௬அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு ஏழு படிகள் இருந்தது; அதற்கு முன்பாக அதின் மண்டபங்களும் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் ஒன்றும் அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் ஒன்றுமாக இருந்தது.

27 And there was a doorway to the inner square looking to the south: he took the measure from doorway to doorway to the south, a hundred cubits.

௨௭உள்முற்றத்திற்கும் ஒரு வாசல் தென்திசைக்கு எதிராக இருந்தது; தென்திசையிலுள்ள ஒரு வாசல் துவங்கி மற்றவாசல்வரை நூறுமுழமாக அளந்தார்.

28 Then he took me to the inner square by the south doorway: and he took the measure of the south doorway by these measures;

௨௮பின்பு அவர் தெற்கு வாசலால் என்னை உள்முற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாகத் தெற்கு வாசலையும் அளந்தார்.

29 And the rooms in it and the uprights and the covered ways, by these measures:

௨௯அதின் அறைகளும், அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும், அதின் மண்டபங்களும், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

30 And there were windows in it and in the covered way all round: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

௩0இருபத்தைந்து முழ நீளமும் ஐந்துமுழ அகலமுமான மண்டபங்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது.

31 The covered way was on the side nearest the outer square; and there were palm-trees on the uprights: and there were eight steps going up to it.

௩௧அதின் மண்டபங்கள் வெளிமுற்றத்தில் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு எட்டுப்படிகள் இருந்தது.

32 And he took me into the inner square facing the east: and he took the measure of the doorway by these measures;

௩௨பின்பு அவர் கிழக்குத்திசை வழியாக என்னை உள்முற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாக அந்த வாசலையும் அளந்தார்.

33 And of the rooms in it and its uprights and its covered ways, by these measures: and there were windows in it and in the covered way round about: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

௩௩அதின் அறைகளும் அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும் அதின் மண்டபங்களும் அந்த அளவுகளுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

34 And the covered way was on the side nearest the outer square; there were palm-trees on the uprights, on this side and on that: and there were eight steps going up to it.

௩௪அதின் மண்டபங்கள் வெளிமுற்றத்தில் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் இந்தப் பக்கத்திலும் அந்தப் பக்கத்திலும் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு எட்டுப்படிகள் இருந்தது.

35 And he took me to the north doorway: and he took the measure of it by these measures;

௩௫பின்பு அவர் என்னை வடக்குவாசலுக்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாக அதின் வாசலை அளந்தார்.

36 Its rooms, its uprights, and its covered way had the same measures, and its covered way had windows all round: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

௩௬அதின் அறைகளும் அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும் அதின் மண்டபங்களும் அளக்கப்பட்டது; அதைச் சுற்றி ஜன்னல்களும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

37 Its uprights were on the side nearest to the outer square; there were palm-trees on the uprights, on this side and on that: and there were eight steps going up to it.

௩௭அதின் தூணாதாரங்கள் வெளிமுற்றத்தில் இருந்தது; இந்தப் பக்கத்திலும் அந்தப் பக்கத்திலும் அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் பேரீச்சமரங்களும் செதுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுவதற்கு எட்டுப்படிகள் இருந்தது.

38 And there was a room with a door in the covered way of the doorway, where the burned offering was washed.

௩௮அதின் அறைகளும் அதின் கதவுகளும் வாசல்களின் தூணாதாரங்களுக்கு அருகில் இருந்தது; அங்கே தகனபலிகளைக் கழுவுவார்கள்.

39 And in the covered way of the doorway there were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which the burned offering and the sin-offering and the offering for error were put to death:

௩௯வாசலின் மண்டபத்திலே இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் இரண்டு பீடங்களும் அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் இரண்டு பீடங்களும் இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் தகனபலியையும் பாவநிவாரண பலியையும் குற்றநிவாரணபலியையும் செலுத்துவார்கள்.

40 On the outer side, to the north, as one goes up to the opening of the doorway, were two tables.

௪0வடக்குவாசலுக்குள் நுழைகிறதற்கு ஏறிப்போகிற வெளிப்பக்கத்திலே இரண்டு பீடங்களும், வாசலின் மண்டபத்திலுள்ள மறுபக்கத்திலே இரண்டு பீடங்களும் இருந்தது.

41 There were four tables on one side and four tables on the other, by the side of the doorway; eight tables, on which they put to death the beasts for the offerings.

௪௧வாசலின் அருகே இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் நான்கு பீடங்களும், அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் நான்கு பீடங்களும், ஆக எட்டுப்பீடங்கள் இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் பலிகளைச் செலுத்துவார்கள்.

42 And there were four tables for the burned offering, made of cut stone, one and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide and a cubit high, where the instruments were placed which were used for putting to death the burned offering and the beasts for the offerings.

௪௨தகனபலிக்குரிய நான்கு பீடங்கள் வெட்டின கல்லாக இருந்தது; அவைகள் ஒன்றரை முழ நீளமும், ஒன்றரை முழ அகலமும், ஒரு முழ உயரமுமாக இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் தகனபலிகளையும் மற்றப் பலிகளையும் செலுத்துகிற ஆயுதங்களை வைப்பார்கள்.

43 And they had edges all round as wide as a man's hand: and on the tables was the flesh of the offerings.

௪௩நான்கு விரற்கடை அளவான முளைகள் உள்ளே சுற்றிலும் வரிசையாக அடிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது; செலுத்தும் பலிகளின் இறைச்சி பீடங்களின்மேல் வைக்கப்படும்.

44 And he took me into the inner square, and there were two rooms in the inner square, one at the side of the north doorway, facing south; and one at the side of the south doorway, facing north.

௪௪உள்முற்றத்திலே உள்வாசலுக்கு வெளியே பாடகர்களின் அறைவீடுகள் இருந்தது; அவைகளில் வடக்கு வாசலின் பக்கமாக இருந்தவைகள் தென்திசைக்கு எதிராகவும், கிழக்குவாசலின் பக்கமாக இருந்த வேறொரு வரிசை வடதிசைக்கு எதிராகவும் இருந்தது.

45 And he said to me, This room, facing south, is for the priests who have the care of the house.

௪௫பின்பு அவர் என்னை நோக்கி: தென்திசைக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிற இந்த அறை ஆலயக்காவலைக் காக்கிற ஆசாரியர்களுடையது.

46 And the room facing north is for the priests who have the care of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok, who, from among the sons of Levi, come near to the Lord to do the work of his house.

௪௬வடதிசைக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிற அறையோ, பலிபீடத்தின் காவலைக்காக்கிற ஆசாரியர்களுடையது; இவர்கள் லேவியின் மகன்களில் யெகோவாவுக்கு ஆராதனைசெய்கிறதற்காக அவரிடத்தில் சேருகிற சாதோக்கின் மகன் என்றார்.

47 And he took the measure of the open square, a hundred cubits long and a hundred cubits wide, being square; and the altar was in front of the house.

௪௭அவர் முற்றத்தை நூறுமுழ நீளமாகவும் நூறுமுழ அகலமாகவும் அளந்தார்; அது சதுரமாக இருந்தது; பலிபீடமோ ஆலயத்திற்கு முன்பாக இருந்தது.

48 Then he took me to the covered way before the house, and took the measure of its uprights, five cubits on one side and five cubits on the other: and the doorway was fourteen cubits wide; and the side-walls of the doorway were three cubits on one side and three cubits on the other.

௪௮பின்பு அவர் என்னை ஆலய மண்டபத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், மண்டபத்தின் தூணாதாரத்தை இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஐந்து முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஐந்து முழமுமாக அளந்தார்; வாசலின் அகலம் இந்தப்புறம் மூன்று முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கம் மூன்று முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

49 The covered way was twenty cubits long and twelve cubits wide, and they went up to it by ten steps; and there were pillars by the uprights, one on one side and one on the other.

௪௯மண்டபத்தின் நீளம் இருபது முழமும், அகலம் பதினொரு முழமுமாக இருந்தது; அதற்கு ஏறிப்போகிற படிகளும் இருந்தது; தூணாதாரங்களில் இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு தூணும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு தூணும் இருந்தது.
