Romans 3
1 What, then, is the advantage of being a Jew? Or what is the value of circumcision?
১তেনেহ’লে ইহুদী সকলৰ এনে কি সুবিধা আছে, যি অন্য লোকৰ নাই? চুন্নতৰেই বা মূল্য কি?
2 Much in every way. First of all, they have been entrusted with the very words of God.
২সকলো ফালৰ পৰা ইহুদী সকলৰ বহুতো সুবিধা আছে; তাৰ মাজৰ গুৰুত্ৱপূর্ণ বিষয়টো হ’ল, ঈশ্ৱৰে তেওঁৰ শিক্ষা প্ৰথমে ইহুদী সকলকেই দিছিল৷
3 What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God’s faithfulness?
৩কাৰণ কোনো কোনো ইহুদী সকলে যদি অবিশ্বাস কৰে, তেতিয়া কি হ’ব? তেওঁলোকৰ অবিশ্বাসে ঈশ্বৰৰ বিশ্বাস যোগ্যতা বিফল কৰিব নে?
4 Certainly not! Let God be true and every man a liar. As it is written: “So that You may be proved right when You speak and victorious when You judge.”
৪কোনো প্ৰকাৰে এনে নহব৷ সকলো মানুহ মিছলীয়া হ’লেও, ঈশ্বৰক সত্য বুলি মনা হওক; এই বিষয়ে লিখাও আছে, “তুমি যেন নিজৰ কথাত ধাৰ্মিক বুলি প্ৰমাণিত হ’বা, আৰু সকলো বিচাৰত জয়ী হ’বা।”
5 But if our unrighteousness highlights the righteousness of God, what shall we say? That God is unjust to inflict His wrath on us? I am speaking in human terms.
৫কিন্তু আমাৰ অধাৰ্মিকতাই যদি ঈশ্বৰৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা প্ৰকাশ কৰে, তেনেহলে আমি কি ক’ম? ক্ৰোধ সফলকাৰী ঈশ্বৰ অধাৰ্মিক নে? মই সাধাৰণ মানুহৰ যুক্তিৰে কৈছোঁ৷
6 Certainly not! In that case, how could God judge the world?
৬এনে যেন কেতিয়াও নহওক৷ কিয়নো তেতিয়া ঈশ্বৰে কেনেকৈ জগতৰ সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰিব?
7 However, if my falsehood accentuates God’s truthfulness, to the increase of His glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?
৭কিন্তু মোৰ মিছাৰ দ্বাৰাই যদি ঈশ্বৰৰ সত্যতা তেওঁৰ মহিমাৰ অৰ্থে উপচি পৰে, তেনেহলে আকৌ পাপী বুলি এতিয়াও মোৰ কিয় সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰা হয়?
8 Why not say, as some slanderously claim that we say, “Let us do evil that good may result”? Their condemnation is deserved!
৮“ভালৰ অৰ্থে কুকৰ্ম কৰোঁহক,” এই কথাষাৰ আমি কৈছোঁ বুলি যেনেকৈ কোনো লোকে আনৰ আগত আমাৰ নিন্দা কৰি কয়, তেনেকৈ আমিও কিয় নকওঁ? এনে কথা কোৱা সকলৰ ন্যায় দণ্ডাজ্ঞাৰ যোগ্য।
9 What then? Are we any better? Not at all. For we have already made the charge that Jews and Greeks alike are all under sin.
৯তেনেহলে কি? আমি আনতকৈ উত্তম নে? কোনোমতে নহওঁ; কিয়নো আমি আগেয়ে দুয়ো ইহুদী আৰু গ্ৰীক সকলক এই দায় দিলোঁ যে তেওঁলোক সকলোৱেই পাপৰ অধীন৷
10 As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one.
১০এই বিষয়ে লিখাও আছে, “ধাৰ্মিক কোনো নাই; এজনো নাই৷
11 There is no one who understands, no one who seeks God.
১১বিবেচক কোনো নাই৷ ঈশ্বৰক বিচৰাও কোনো নাই৷
12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.”
১২সকলো অপথে গ’ল, একেবাৰে অকৰ্মন্য হ’ল; সদাচৰণকাৰী কোনো নাই, এজনো নাই।
13 “Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.” “The venom of vipers is on their lips.”
১৩সিহঁতৰ ডিঙিৰ নলী মুকলি মৈদামৰ নিচিনা৷ সিহঁতে জিভাৰে প্ৰতাৰণা কৰে৷ সিহঁতৰ ওঠৰ তলত কালসৰ্পৰ বিষ থাকে৷
14 “Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.”
১৪সিহঁতৰ মুখ অভিশাপ আৰু কটুবাক্যৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ৷
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
১৫সিহঁতৰ ভৰি ৰক্তপাত কৰিবলৈ বেগী৷
16 ruin and misery lie in their wake,
১৬সিহঁতৰ সকলো পথত বিনাশ আৰু দূৰ্দশা হয়৷
17 and the way of peace they have not known.”
১৭সিহঁতে শান্তিৰ পথ নাজানিলে৷
18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
১৮সিহঁতৰ চকুৰ আগত ঈশ্বৰলৈ ভয় নাই৷”
19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.
১৯আমি জানো যে বিধানে যি যি কয়, বিধানৰ অধীনত থকা লোক সকলকহে কয়, যাতে তাৰ দ্বাৰাই সকলোৰে মুখ বন্ধ হয় আৰু গোটেই জগত ঈশ্বৰৰ আগত দণ্ডনীয় হয়৷
20 Therefore no one will be justified in His sight by works of the law. For the law merely brings awareness of sin.
২০কিয়নো বিধানৰ কৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰাই কোনো মানুহ তেওঁৰ আগত ধাৰ্মিক বুলি প্ৰমাণিত নহ’ব; কাৰণ বিধানৰ দ্বাৰাই পাপৰ বিষয়ে জ্ঞান জন্মে।
21 But now, apart from the law, the righteousness of God has been revealed, as attested by the Law and the Prophets.
২১কিন্তু এতিয়া, যি বিষয়ত বিধান-শাস্ত্ৰ আৰু ভাববাদী সকলে সাক্ষ্য দিলে, ঈশ্বৰে এনে বিষয়ত ধাৰ্মিকতা বিনাবিধানে প্ৰকাশিত কৰিছে;
22 And this righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no distinction,
২২ঈশ্বৰৰ সেই ধাৰ্মিকতা যীচু খ্ৰীষ্টত বিশ্বাস কৰাৰ দ্বাৰাই বিশ্বাস কৰা সকলোলৈ দিয়া হয়, কিয়নো ঈশ্ৱৰত কোনো প্ৰভেদ নাই৷
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
২৩কাৰণ সকলোৱে পাপ কৰিলে আৰু ঈশ্বৰৰ মহিমাৰ পৰা বঞ্চিত হ’ল,
24 and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
২৪কিন্তু খ্ৰীষ্ট যীচুত যি মুক্তি, তাৰ দ্বাৰাই ঈশ্বৰৰ অনুগ্ৰহত বিনামূল্যে ধাৰ্মিক বুলি প্ৰমাণিত হ’ল।
25 God presented Him as the atoning sacrifice through faith in His blood, in order to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance He had passed over the sins committed beforehand.
২৫কাৰণ ঈশ্বৰে যীচু খ্ৰীষ্টক তেওঁৰ তেজৰ দ্ৱাৰাই বিশ্বাসৰ প্ৰতিকাৰ স্ৱৰূপে, তেওঁৰ ধৈৰ্য-গুণত, পূৰ্বে কৰা নানা পাপৰ দণ্ড নিদিয়াকৈ থকাৰ কাৰণে, নিজ ধাৰ্মিকতা দেখুৱাবলৈ, তেওঁ যীচু খ্ৰীষ্টক দান কৰিলে৷
26 He did this to demonstrate His righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and to justify the one who has faith in Jesus.
২৬তেওঁ পুত্ৰ যীচুক দান কৰি আজিও দেখুৱাই যে, তেওঁ ন্যায়ৱান৷ ঈশ্বৰে এই কাৰ্য কৰিছে যাতে, তেওঁৰ ন্যায়পৰায়ণতা থাকে আৰু যদি কোনোৱে যীচুত বিশ্বাস কৰে, তেৱোঁ যেন ধাৰ্মিক ৰূপে প্ৰমাণিত হয়৷
27 Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of works? No, but on that of faith.
২৭তেনেহ’লে আত্ম-শ্লাঘা ক’ত? তাক দূৰ কৰা হ’ল। কেনেকুৱা বিধানেৰে? কৰ্মবোৰৰ দ্বাৰাই নে? নহয়; বিশ্বাসৰ বিধানেৰেহে।
28 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the law.
২৮এতেকে আমি সিদ্ধান্ত কৰিছোঁ যে, বিধানৰ কৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰা নহয়, বিশ্বাসেৰেহে মানুহ ধাৰ্মিক বুলি প্ৰমাণিত হয়৷
29 Is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too,
২৯ঈশ্বৰ অকল ইহুদী সকলৰ ঈশ্বৰ নে? তেওঁ অনা-ইহুদী সকলৰো ঈশ্ৱৰ নহয় জনো? অৱশ্যে, অনা-ইহুদী সকলৰো ঈশ্বৰ হয়৷
30 since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.
৩০প্ৰকৃততে ঈশ্ৱৰ যদি এজন, চুন্নৎ হোৱা সকলক বিশ্বাসৰ কাৰণে আৰু অচুন্নৎ সকলক বিশ্বাসৰ দ্বাৰাইহে ধাৰ্মিক বুলি প্ৰমাণিত কৰিব।
31 Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Certainly not! Instead, we uphold the law.
৩১তেনেহলে আমি বিশ্বাসৰ দ্বাৰাই বিধান লুপ্ত কৰিছোঁ নে? এনে যেন কেতিয়াও নহওক; ইয়াৰ পৰিৱর্তে অামি বিধান স্থিৰহে কৰিছোঁ।
