< Romans 12 >
1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.
Nítorí náà mo fi ìyọ́nú Ọlọ́run bẹ̀ yín ará, kí ẹ̀yin kí ó fi ara yín fún Ọlọ́run ní ẹbọ ààyè mímọ́, ìtẹ́wọ́gbà, èyí ni iṣẹ́ ìsìn yín tí ó tọ̀nà.
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. (aiōn )
Kí ẹ má sì da ara yín pọ̀ mọ́ ayé yìí; ṣùgbọ́n kí ẹ paradà láti di tuntun ní èrò inú yín, kí ẹ̀yin kí ó lè rí ìdí ìfẹ́ Ọlọ́run, tí ó dára, tí ó sì ṣe ìtẹ́wọ́gbà, ti ó sì pé. (aiōn )
3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you.
Ǹjẹ́ mo wí fún olúkúlùkù ènìyàn tí ó wà nínú yín, nípa oore-ọ̀fẹ́ tí a fi fún mi, kí ó má ṣe ro ara rẹ̀ ju bí ó ti yẹ ní rírò lọ; ṣùgbọ́n kí ó le rò níwọ́ntúnwọ́nsì, bí Ọlọ́run ti fi ìwọ̀n ìgbàgbọ́ fún olúkúlùkù.
4 Just as each of us has one body with many members, and not all members have the same function,
Nítorí gẹ́gẹ́ bí àwa ti ní ẹ̀yà púpọ̀ nínú ara kan, tí gbogbo ẹ̀yà kò sì ní iṣẹ́ kan náà,

6 We have different gifts according to the grace given us. If one’s gift is prophecy, let him use it in proportion to his faith;

9 Love must be sincere. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.
Kí ìfẹ́ kí ó wà ní àìṣẹ̀tàn. Ẹ máa takété sí ohun tí í ṣe búburú; ẹ fi ara mọ́ ohun tí í ṣe rere.

14 Bless those who persecute you. Bless and do not curse.

15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.
Àwọn tí ń yọ̀, ẹ máa bá wọn yọ̀, àwọn tí ń sọkún, ẹ máa bá wọn sọkún.
16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but enjoy the company of the lowly. Do not be conceited.
Ẹ máa wà ní inú kan náà sí ara yín. Ẹ má ṣe gbéraga, ṣùgbọ́n ẹ má tẹ̀lé àwọn onírẹ̀lẹ̀. Ẹ má ṣe jẹ́ ọlọ́gbọ́n ní ojú ara yín.

19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but leave room for God’s wrath. For it is written: “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay, says the Lord.”
Olùfẹ́ mi ọ̀wọ́n, ẹ má ṣe gbẹ̀san ara yín, ṣùgbọ́n ẹ fi ààyè sílẹ̀ fún ìbínú Ọlọ́run; nítorí a ti kọ ọ́ pé, Olúwa wí pé, “Tèmi ni ẹ̀san, èmi ó gbẹ̀san.”
20 On the contrary, “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink. For in so doing, you will heap burning coals on his head.”
Ní òdìkejì ẹ̀wẹ̀, “Bí ebi bá ń pa ọ̀tá rẹ, fún un ní oúnjẹ; bí òùngbẹ bá ń gbẹ ẹ́, fún un ní omi mu. Ní ṣíṣe èyí, ìwọ ó kó ẹ̀yín iná lé e ní orí.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
