< Revelation 2 >

1 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of Him who holds the seven stars in His right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands.
“Dee akwụkwọ nye mmụọ ozi ụlọ nzukọ dị nʼEfesọs, sị ya: Ihe ndị a bụ okwu si nʼọnụ onye ahụ na-ejide kpakpando asaa nʼaka ya, ma na-ejegharịkwa nʼetiti ihe ịdọba oriọna ọlaedo asaa ndị ahụ.
2 I know your deeds, your labor, and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate those who are evil, and you have tested and exposed as liars those who falsely claim to be apostles.
Amaara m ihe niile banyere ọrụ gị niile. Ahụkwala m ịrụsị ọrụ ike gị na ntachiobi gị. Amaara m na ị dịghị anagide ndị ajọ omume, na ị nwaleela ndị ahụ niile na-akpọ onwe ha ndị ozi, ma ha abụghị ndị ozi nʼezie, chọpụtakwa na ha bụ ndị ụgha.
3 Without growing weary, you have persevered and endured many things for the sake of My name.
I jirila ntachiobi nagide nhụju anya nʼihi aha m, ma ike agwụghị gị.
4 But I have this against you: You have abandoned your first love.
Ma enwere m ihe ndị a megide gị. Ị hapụla ịhụnanya mbụ ahụ i nwere.
5 Therefore, keep in mind how far you have fallen. Repent and perform the deeds you did at first. But if you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.
Cheta ọnọdụ i si na ya daa. Chegharịa, mekwa ihe ndị ahụ ị na-eme na mbụ. Ọ bụrụ na i meghị otu a, aga m abịa wepụ ihe ịdọba oriọna gị site nʼọnọdụ ya.
6 But you have this to your credit: You hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
Ọ bụladị otu a, o nwere ihe ụfọdụ dị mma banyere gị. Ị kpọrọ ọrụ ọjọọ nke ndị Nikolaitan asị, dịka mụ onwe m si kpọọ ya asị.
7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will grant the right to eat from the tree of life in the Paradise of God.
Onye ọbụla nwere ntị, ya nụrụ ihe Mmụọ Nsọ na-agwa nzukọ. Onye ahụ na-emeri emeri ka m ga-enye ike iri mkpụrụ sitere nʼosisi ndụ ahụ nke dị na paradaịs nke Chineke.
8 To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These are the words of the First and the Last, who died and returned to life.
“Dee akwụkwọ nye mmụọ ozi ụlọ nzukọ dị na Smyrna, sị ya: Ihe ndị a bụ okwu ahụ bụ Mmalite na Ọgwụgwụ ihe niile. Onye nwụrụ anwụ ma dịkwa ndụ ọzọ.
9 I know your affliction and your poverty—though you are rich! And I am aware of the slander of those who falsely claim to be Jews, but are in fact a synagogue of Satan.
Amaara m mkpagbu gị niile na ịda ogbenye gị. Ma nʼezie, ị bụ ọgaranya. Amaara m ihe banyere nkwutọ niile ndị ahụ na-akpọ onwe ha ndị Juu na-ekwutọ gị, ma ha abụghị ndị Juu, nʼezie ha bụ ụlọ nzukọ ekwensu.
10 Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Look, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison to test you, and you will suffer tribulation for ten days. Be faithful even unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Atụkwala egwu nʼihi ihe ahụ gaje ịbịakwasị gị. Nʼihi na ekwensu nʼonwe ya gaje ime ka a tụba ụfọdụ nʼime ndị gị nʼụlọ mkpọrọ, ka o jiri ya nwalee gị. A ga-akpagbu unu abalị iri. 11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who overcomes will not be harmed by the second death.
Onye ọbụla nwere ntị ya nụrụ ihe Mmụọ Nsọ na-agwa nzukọ niile. Onye ọbụla na-emeri emeri, ọnwụ nke ugboro abụọ agaghị emekpa ya ahụ.
12 To the angel of the church in Pergamum write: These are the words of the One who holds the sharp, double-edged sword.
“Dee akwụkwọ nye mmụọ ozi ụlọ nzukọ dị Pegamọm, sị ya: Ndị a bụ okwu si nʼọnụ onye ahụ ji mma agha ahụ dị nkọ nke nwere ihu abụọ nʼaka ya.
13 I know where you live, where the throne of Satan sits. Yet you have held fast to My name and have not denied your faith in Me, even in the day when My faithful witness Antipas was killed among you, where Satan dwells.
Amaara m ebe i bi, bụ obodo ebe ekwensu nwere ocheeze ya. Ma ị na-anọgidesi ike nʼaha m. Ị jụrụ ịgọnarị okwukwe gị nʼime m, ọ bụladị nʼoge Antipas onyeama m kwesiri ntụkwasị obi, bụ onye e gburu nʼobodo unu, ebe ekwensu bi.
14 But I have a few things against you, because some of you hold to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to place a stumbling block before the Israelites so they would eat food sacrificed to idols and commit sexual immorality.
Ma enwere m ihe ole ma ole megide gị. I nwere ụfọdụ mmadụ ebe ahụ, ndị jidesiri nkuzi Belam ike, bụ onye kuziiri Balak ka o raa ụmụ Izrel ụra nke mere ka ha mehie, rie ihe a chụrụ nʼaja nye arụsị, kwaakwa iko.
15 In the same way, some of you also hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans.
Nʼotu aka ahụ, i nwekwara ụfọdụ mmadụ ndị jidesiri nkuzi Nikolaitan ike.
16 Therefore repent! Otherwise I will come to you shortly and wage war against them with the sword of My mouth.
Ya mere, chegharịa! Ma ọ bụghị otu a, aga m abịakwute gị ọsịịsọ jiri mma agha dị m nʼọnụ buso ha agha.
17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone inscribed with a new name, known only to the one who receives it.
Onye ọbụla nwere ntị, ya nụrụ ihe Mmụọ Nsọ na-agwa nzukọ niile. Ọ bụ naanị onye na-emeri emeri ka m ga-enye ụfọdụ nʼime achịcha mánà ahụ e zoro ezo. Aga m enyekwa onye ahụ ezi nkume ọcha ahụ, nke edekwasịrị aha ọhụrụ nʼelu ya, nke onye ọbụla ọzọ na-agaghị amata, karịa onye ahụ natara ya.
18 To the angel of the church in Thyatira write: These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like a blazing fire and whose feet are like polished bronze.
“Dee akwụkwọ nye mmụọ ozi ụlọ nzukọ dị na Tiatira, sị ya: Ndị a bụ okwu sitere nʼaka Ọkpara Chineke, onye anya ya na-enwuba nʼebe niile dị ka ire ọkụ. Ụkwụ ya kwa na-egbu maramara dị ka bronz a nụchara nke ọma.
19 I know your deeds—your love, your faith, your service, your perseverance—and your latter deeds are greater than your first.
Amaara m ọrụ gị niile, na ịhụnanya gị, na okwukwe gị. Amakwaara m ije ozi gị na ntachiobi gị, na-ahụkwa na ị na-arụ ọrụ ugbu a karịa ka i mere na mbụ.
20 But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. By her teaching she misleads My servants to be sexually immoral and to eat food sacrificed to idols.
Ma enwere m ihe ndị a megide gị. Ị na-anabata nwanyị ahụ a na-akpọ Jezebel, onye na-ekwupụta na ya bụ onye amụma nwanyịnye ya ohere ka o were nkuzi asị na-eduhie ndị ohu m ụzọ, ka ha kwaa iko, riekwa ihe e ji chụọrọ arụsị aja.
21 Even though I have given her time to repent of her immorality, she is unwilling.
Enyela m ya ohere ka o si na mmehie ya chegharịa, ma ọ jụrụ ichegharị site na ndụ ịkwa iko.
22 Behold, I will cast her onto a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her will suffer great tribulation unless they repent of her deeds.
23 Then I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the One who searches minds and hearts, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.
Ma nʼebe ụmụ ya nọ, aga m etigbu ha ka ha nwụọ. Nzukọ niile ga-amata na abụ m onye na-enyocha mmụọ na mkpụrụobi niile. Aga m akwụghachikwa onye ọbụla nʼime unu ụgwọ ọrụ kwesiri ọrụ ya.
24 But I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned the so-called deep things of Satan: I will place no further burden upon you.
Ugbu a, ana m agwa unu ndị fọdụrụ na Tiatira, unu ndị na-agbasoghị ozizi ya, ndị na-amụtabekwaghị ihe ndị ahụ ekwensu kpọrọ ihe nzuzo dị omimi, ‘O nweghị ibu arọ ọzọ m ga-ebokwasị unu,

26 And to the one who overcomes and continues in My work until the end, I will give authority over the nations.
Ma onye ọbụla na-emeri emeri, na-anọgidekwa na-eme uche m ruo ọgwụgwụ ihe niile, ka m ga-enye ikike nʼebe mba niile nọ.
27 He will rule them with an iron scepter and shatter them like pottery —just as I have received authority from My Father.

28 And I will give him the morning star.

29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Onye ọbụla nwere ntị, ya nụrụ ihe Mmụọ Nsọ na-agwa nzukọ niile.
