< Revelation 10 >
1 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head. His face was like the sun, and his legs were like pillars of fire.
Shakapanu, numwoniti ntumintumi gwa kumpindi yumonga kana makakala kankusuluka kulawa kumpindi, kaweriti kavalisiwa liwundi na upindi wa vula mumtuwi mwakuwi. Sheni shakuwi shiweriti gambira mshenji na magulu gakuwi gaweriti gambira mpanda zya motu.
2 He held in his hand a small scroll, which lay open. He placed his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land.
Mumawoku mwakuwi kakoliti shintola shididini shivugulwa. Katuliti ligulu lya kumliwu mubahali na lya kumshigi muisi iyuma,
3 Then he cried out in a loud voice like the roar of a lion. And when he cried out, the seven thunders sounded their voices.
na kushema kwa liziwu likulu gambira lirindimiru lya simba. Pakanjiti kushema, malindimiru saba gabegeziyiti kwa kutukulira.
4 When the seven thunders had spoken, I was about to put it in writing. But I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Seal up what the seven thunders have said, and do not write it down.”
Na malindimiru saba galii pagatakuliti, neni nfiriti kulemba. Kumbiti mpikaniriti liziwu kulawa kumpindi, “Visoweru vya malindimiru saba aga gaweriti bada, guleki kulemba!”
5 Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to heaven.
Shakapanu, ntumintumi gwa kumpindi ulii yanumwoniti pakagoloka mubahali na muisi iyuma kanyasuliti liwoku lyakuwi lya kumliwu kumpindi,
6 And he swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and everything in it, the earth and everything in it, and the sea and everything in it: “There will be no more delay! (aiōn )
kalirapiti kwa litawu lya Mlungu yakalikala mashaka goseri, Mlungu yakanyawiti kumpindi na vyoseri vyaviwera na ibahali na vyoseri vyaviwera pasipanu na vyoseri vyaviwera. Kalongiti, “Kwahera shipindi sha kuhepera kayi! (aiōn )
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be fulfilled, just as He proclaimed to His servants the prophets.”
Kumbiti mumashaka galii ntumintumi gwa kumpindi gwa saba ulii pakafira kugomba mbalapi yakuwi, Mlungu hakatendi bada yakuwi itendeki ntambu yakawagambiriti wantumintumi wakuwi, wambuyi wakuwi.”
8 Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying, “Go, take the small scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel standing on the sea and on the land.”
Shakapanu liziwu lilii lyanulipikaniriti pamberi kulawa kumpindi lilongiti na neni kayi, “Gugendi gwakashitoli shintola shilii shashigubutulitwi shashiwera mumawoku mwa ntumintumi gwa kumpindi yakagoloka mubahali na muisi iyuma.”
9 And I went to the angel and said, “Give me the small scroll.” “Take it and eat it,” he said. “It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.”
Su numgenderiti ulii ntumintumi gwa kumpindi, numgambiriti kanupi shintola shilii shididini. Na yomberi kang'ambiriti, “Gushitoli gushiliyi. Mumlomu mwaku hashinogi gambira lwashi, kumbiti mumtima hashiweri shikalipa!”
10 So I took the small scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it; and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned bitter.
Su nushitoliti shintola shilii shididini kulawa mumawoku mwakuwi ntumintumi gwa kumpindi ulii nishiliyiti. Nasheni shiweriti shinoga mumlomu mwangu gambira lwashi, kumbiti panushimiriti shiweriti shikalipa mumtima mwangu.
11 And they told me, “You must prophesy again about many peoples and nations and tongues and kings.”
Shakapanu ng'ambiritwi, “Gufiruwa kayi kuwubwera ujumbi wa Mlungu kuusu wantu wavuwa na wantu wa maisi gavuwa na wantu wa makabila gavuwa na wafalumi.”
