Psalms 99

1 The LORD reigns; let the nations tremble! He is enthroned above the cherubim; let the earth quake!

上主為王，萬民戰慄驚恐，祂坐於革魯賓之上，大地震動；

2 Great is the LORD in Zion; He is exalted above all the peoples.

熙雍的上主，偉大當皇，崇高尊貴，而超越萬邦。

3 Let them praise Your great and awesome name— He is holy!

願他們讚美您的大名，它可敬可畏，至尊神聖。

4 The mighty King loves justice. You have established equity; You have exercised justice and righteousness in Jacob.

您是愛正義的大能君王，是您制定了法律的正綱，對雅各伯彿的合理合章。

5 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; He is holy!

請您們尊崇上主，我們的天主，還要向著祂的腳凳伏地叩首。因為祂的腳凳也是神聖無偶。

6 Moses and Aaron were among His priests; Samuel was among those who called on His name. They called to the LORD and He answered.

梅瑟和亞郎列於上主的司祭中，撒慕爾屬於呼號上主聖名的人中，他們呼號上主，上主即俯聽他們。

7 He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud; they kept His decrees and the statutes He gave them.

祂從前曾在雲柱中訓示了他們，他們就守了祂吩咐的誡命章程。

8 O LORD our God, You answered them. You were a forgiving God to them, yet an avenger of their misdeeds.

上主，您原是我們的天主，您曾俯聽他們；天主，您寬赦宥他們，但也報復他們的惡行。

9 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at His holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy.

請您們尊崇上主，我們的天主，還要向著祂的聖山伏地叩首，因我們的天主，上主神聖無偶。
