Psalms 96
1 Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth.
Śpiewajcie PANU nową pieśń, śpiewaj PANU, cała ziemio!
2 Sing to the LORD, bless His name; proclaim His salvation day after day.
Śpiewajcie PANU, błogosławcie jego imię, opowiadajcie o jego zbawieniu dzień po dniu.
3 Declare His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all peoples.
Głoście wśród narodów jego chwałę, wśród wszystkich ludów jego cuda.
4 For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
Wielki bowiem jest PAN i godny wszelkiej chwały, straszliwszy nad wszystkich bogów.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is the LORD who made the heavens.
Gdyż wszyscy bogowie narodów [są] bożkami, a PAN uczynił niebiosa.
6 Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty fill His sanctuary.
Cześć i majestat przed jego obliczem, moc i piękno w jego świątyni.
7 Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
Oddajcie PANU, rodziny narodów, oddajcie PANU chwałę i moc.
8 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; bring an offering and enter His courts.
Oddajcie PANU chwałę jego imienia, przynieście dary i wejdźcie do jego przedsionków.
9 Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth.
Oddajcie PANU pokłon w ozdobie świętości, niech cała ziemia drży przed nim.
10 Declare among the nations: “The LORD reigns!” The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity.
Mówcie wśród pogan: PAN króluje; świat będzie utwierdzony, aby się nie poruszył, i [on] będzie sądził ludzi sprawiedliwie.
11 Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice; let the sea resound, and all that fills it.
Niech się weselą niebiosa i niech raduje się ziemia; niech zaszumi morze i to, co w nim jest.
12 Let the fields exult, and all that is in them. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy
Niech radują się pola i wszystko, co jest na nich, wtedy [radośnie] wykrzykną wszystkie drzewa leśne;
13 before the LORD, for He is coming— He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in His faithfulness.
Przed obliczem PANA, bo idzie, zaprawdę idzie, aby sądzić ziemię. Będzie sądził świat w sprawiedliwości, a narody w swojej prawdzie.
