Psalms 48

1 A song. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, His holy mountain.

၁ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကြီးမြတ် တော်မူ၏။ သန့်ရှင်း သော တောင် တော်ပေါ်မှာ ငါ တို့ဘုရား သခင်၏ မြို့ တော် တွင် အထူး သဖြင့်ထောမနာချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းကိုခံ ထိုက် တော်မူ၏။

2 Beautiful in loftiness, the joy of all the earth, like the peaks of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the great King.

၂မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး ရွှင်လန်း ရာ ဇိအုန် တောင်ထိပ် သည် အဆင်း လှ ပေ၏။ မြောက် မျက်နှာဘက် ၌ မဟာ မင်းကြီး ၏ မြို့ တော်သည် တည်၏။

3 God is in her citadels; He has shown Himself to be a fortress.

၃ထိုမြို့ ၏ ဘုံ ဗိမာန်တို့တွင် ဘုရား သခင်၌ ခိုလှုံ ရသည်ကို သိ ရ၏။

4 For behold, the kings assembled; they all advanced together.

၄ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် စည်းဝေး ၍ အတူ ရှောက်သွား ကြ၏။

5 They saw and were astounded; they fled in terror.

၅မြင် သောအခါ မှိုင်တွေ ၍ ထိတ်လန့် လျက် ပြေး ကြ၏။

6 Trembling seized them there, anguish like a woman in labor.

၆ထို အရပ်၌ သူ တို့သည် ကြောက်လန့် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ၍ သားဘွား သောမိန်းမခံရသကဲ့သို့ ဝေဒနာ ရှိကြ၏။

7 With a wind from the east You wrecked the ships of Tarshish.

၇တာရှု သင်္ဘော တို့ကို ချိုးဖျက် သော အရှေ့ လေ နှင့် တွေ့သကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

8 As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the LORD of Hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish her forever.

၈ငါတို့သည် ကြား ဘူးသည်အတိုင်း ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၏မြို့ ၊ ငါ တို့ဘုရား သခင်၏ မြို့ တော်၌ တွေ့မြင် ရကြ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မြို့ တော် ကို အစဉ် အမြဲတည် စေတော်မူမည်။

9 Within Your temple, O God, we contemplate Your loving devotion.

၉အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဗိမာန် တော် ထဲမှာ ကရုဏာ တော်ကို အောက်မေ့ ကြပါ၏။

10 Your name, O God, like Your praise, reaches to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.

၁၀အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ နာမ တော်သည် မြေကြီး စွန်း တိုင်အောင် နှံ့ပြားသည်နည်းတူ ၊ ဂုဏ် အသရေတော် လည်း နှံ့ပြားလျက်ရှိ၏။ လက်ျာ လက်တော်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားနှင့် ပြည့်ဝ လျက်ရှိပါ၏။

11 Mount Zion is glad, the daughters of Judah rejoice, on account of Your judgments.

၁၁တရား စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကြောင့် ဇိအုန် တောင် သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍၊ ယုဒ အမျိုးသမီး တို့သည် ရွှင်လန်း ကြပါ၏။

12 March around Zion, encircle her, count her towers,

၁၂သား မြေးတို့အား ကြား ပြောမည်အကြောင်း ဇိအုန် မြို့ကိုပတ် ပတ်လည်၍ ပြအိုး တို့ကို ရေတွက် ကြလော့။

13 consider her ramparts, tour her citadels, that you may tell the next generation.

၁၃ရင် တားတို့ကို မှတ် ၍ဘုံ ဗိမာန်များကိုလည်း ဆင်ခြင် ကြလော့။

14 For this God is our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even till death.

၁၄အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထို ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အမြဲငါ တို့၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ သေ သည် ကာလတိုင်အောင် ငါ တို့ကို ပို့ဆောင် တော်မူလတံ့ သတည်း။
