Psalms 48
1 A song. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, His holy mountain.
१गीत। कोरहवंशियों का भजन हमारे परमेश्वर के नगर में, और अपने पवित्र पर्वत पर यहोवा महान और अति स्तुति के योग्य है! (सेला)
2 Beautiful in loftiness, the joy of all the earth, like the peaks of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the great King.
२सिय्योन पर्वत ऊँचाई में सुन्दर और सारी पृथ्वी के हर्ष का कारण है, राजाधिराज का नगर उत्तरी सिरे पर है।
3 God is in her citadels; He has shown Himself to be a fortress.
३उसके महलों में परमेश्वर ऊँचा गढ़ माना गया है।
4 For behold, the kings assembled; they all advanced together.
४क्योंकि देखो, राजा लोग इकट्ठे हुए, वे एक संग आगे बढ़ गए।
5 They saw and were astounded; they fled in terror.
५उन्होंने आप ही देखा और देखते ही विस्मित हुए, वे घबराकर भाग गए।
6 Trembling seized them there, anguish like a woman in labor.
६वहाँ कँपकँपी ने उनको आ पकड़ा, और जच्चा की सी पीड़ाएँ उन्हें होने लगीं।
7 With a wind from the east You wrecked the ships of Tarshish.
७तू पूर्वी वायु से तर्शीश के जहाजों को तोड़ डालता है।
8 As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the LORD of Hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish her forever.
८सेनाओं के यहोवा के नगर में, अपने परमेश्वर के नगर में, जैसा हमने सुना था, वैसा देखा भी है; परमेश्वर उसको सदा दृढ़ और स्थिर रखेगा।
9 Within Your temple, O God, we contemplate Your loving devotion.
९हे परमेश्वर हमने तेरे मन्दिर के भीतर तेरी करुणा पर ध्यान किया है।
10 Your name, O God, like Your praise, reaches to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.
१०हे परमेश्वर तेरे नाम के योग्य तेरी स्तुति पृथ्वी की छोर तक होती है। तेरा दाहिना हाथ धार्मिकता से भरा है;
11 Mount Zion is glad, the daughters of Judah rejoice, on account of Your judgments.
११तेरे न्याय के कामों के कारण सिय्योन पर्वत आनन्द करे, और यहूदा के नगर की पुत्रियाँ मगन हों!
12 March around Zion, encircle her, count her towers,
१२सिय्योन के चारों ओर चलो, और उसकी परिक्रमा करो, उसके गुम्मटों को गिन लो,
13 consider her ramparts, tour her citadels, that you may tell the next generation.
१३उसकी शहरपनाह पर दृष्टि लगाओ, उसके महलों को ध्यान से देखो; जिससे कि तुम आनेवाली पीढ़ी के लोगों से इस बात का वर्णन कर सको।
14 For this God is our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even till death.
१४क्योंकि वह परमेश्वर सदा सर्वदा हमारा परमेश्वर है, वह मृत्यु तक हमारी अगुआई करेगा।
