Psalms 47

1 For the choirmaster. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout unto God with a voice of triumph.

সংগীত পরিচালকের জন্য। কোরহ বংশের সন্তানদের একটি গীত। হে জাতিসকল, করতালি দাও; মহানন্দে ঈশ্বরের উদ্দেশে জয়ধ্বনি করো।

2 How awesome is the LORD Most High, the great King over all the earth!

কারণ পরাৎপর সদাপ্রভু ভয়ংকর, সমস্ত জগতের উপর তিনিই রাজা।

3 He subdues nations beneath us, and peoples under our feet.

বিভিন্ন লোকেদের তিনি আমাদের অধীন করেছেন, আমাদের শত্রুদের আমাদের পদানত করেছেন।

4 He chooses our inheritance for us, the pride of Jacob, whom He loves.

তিনি আমাদের অধিকার আমাদের জন্য বেছে নিয়েছেন, তা যাকোবের গর্বের বিষয়, যাকে তিনি ভালোবেসেছিলেন।

5 God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the LORD with the sound of the horn.

ঈশ্বর আনন্দের জয়ধ্বনিতে ঊর্ধ্বে আরোহণ করেছেন। সদাপ্রভু তূরীধ্বনিতে ঊর্ধ্বে আরোহণ করেছেন।

6 Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises!

ঈশ্বরের উদ্দেশে স্তব করো, স্তব করো; আমাদের রাজার উদ্দেশে স্তব করো, স্তব করো।

7 For God is King of all the earth; sing profound praises to Him.

কারণ ঈশ্বরই সমস্ত পৃথিবীর রাজা; গীত সহযোগে তাঁর উদ্দেশে স্তব করো।

8 God reigns over the nations; God is seated on His holy throne.

ঈশ্বর সমস্ত জাতির উপর শাসন করেন, ঈশ্বর তাঁর পবিত্র সিংহাসনে অধিষ্ঠিত।

9 The nobles of the nations have assembled as the people of the God of Abraham; for the shields of the earth belong to God; He is highly exalted.

সমস্ত জাতির প্রধানেরা সম্মিলিত হয়, অব্রাহামের ঈশ্বরের প্রজাদের সঙ্গে, কারণ পৃথিবীর সব রাজা ঈশ্বরের; তিনি সর্বত্র অতিশয় গৌরবান্বিত।
