Psalms 29

1 A Psalm of David. Ascribe to the LORD, O heavenly beings, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.

Дајте Господу, синови Божји, дајте Господу славу и част.

2 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness.

Дајте Господу славу имена Његовог. Поклоните се Господу у светој красоти.

3 The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders; the LORD is heard over many waters.

Глас је Господњи над водом, Бог славе грми, Господ је над водом великом.

4 The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is majestic.

Глас је Господњи силан, глас је Господњи славан.

5 The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; the LORD shatters the cedars of Lebanon.

Глас Господњи ломи кедре, Господ ломи кедре ливанске.

6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, and Sirion like a young wild ox.

Као теле скачу од Њега; Ливан и Сирион као млад биво.

7 The voice of the LORD strikes with flames of fire.

Глас Господњи сипа пламен огњени.

8 The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness; the LORD shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.

Глас Господњи потреса пустињу, потреса Господ пустињу Кадес.

9 The voice of the LORD twists the oaks and strips the forests bare. And in His temple all cry, “Glory!”

Глас Господњи опрашта кошуте бремена, и са шума скида одело; и у цркви Његовој све говори о слави Његовој.

10 The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD is enthroned as King forever.

Господ је седео над потопом, и седеће Господ као цар увек.

11 The LORD gives His people strength; the LORD blesses His people with peace.

Господ ће дати силу народу свом, Господ ће благословити народ свој миром.
