< Psalms 2 >
1 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?
DA me men liki kan linarinarki, o da me wei kan lamelam eki me mal akan?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together, against the LORD and against His Anointed One:
Nanmarki en jappa kan kin kanudi o jaupeidi kan kapukapun pena, en kaokaoe dodok en leowa o Japwilim a me keidier.
3 “Let us break Their chains and cast away Their cords.”
Kitail en kawela ara men jaliedi o kaje jan kitail ara jal akan!
4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord taunts them.
A me kotikot nanlan, kotin kiparamateki, o Kaun o kotin mamale kin irail.
5 Then He rebukes them in His anger, and terrifies them in His fury:
Eu ran a pan kotin kapun on ir ni a onion; o ni a onion lapalap a pan kotin kamajak irail.
6 “I have installed My King on Zion, upon My holy mountain.”
A nai kajapwilada ai Nanmarki pon dol en Jion jaraui.
7 I will proclaim the decree spoken to Me by the LORD: “You are My Son; today I have become Your Father.
A nai pan padaki wei duen aude pan kapun en leowa! A kotin majani on ia er: Koe nai Ol, ran wet I kaipwi uk adar!
8 Ask Me, and I will make the nations Your inheritance, the ends of the earth Your possession.
Poeki re i, I ap pan ki on uk, en jojoki men liki kan, o en aneki imwin jappa kan.
9 You will break them with an iron scepter; You will shatter them like pottery.”
Koe pan kawe irail ekidi jokon mata, o kamor irail pajan raj on dal akan.
10 Therefore be wise, O kings; be admonished, O judges of the earth.
Ari, komail nanmarki kan en dukidi, o komail jaunkapun en jappa kan en lolekonala!
11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
Papan leowa ni lan o pereperen ni majak!
12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry and you perish in your rebellion, when His wrath ignites in an instant. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him.
Metik japwilim a Ol, pwe a der onion, o komail ap lokidokila pon al o, pwe a onion kak madan tapida. A meid pai ir karoj, me liki i.
