Psalms 142

1 A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift my voice to the LORD for mercy.

၁ငါ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ထံသို့ အသံ ကိုလွှင့်၍ အော်ဟစ် ၏။ ငါ့ အသံ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ထံသို့ လွှင့်၍ ဆုတောင်း ပဋ္ဌနာပြု၏။

2 I pour out my complaint before Him; I reveal my trouble to Him.

၂ရှေ့ တော်၌ မြည်တမ်း သော စကားကို မြွက် ၍၊ ခံရသောဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခကို ကြား လျှောက်ရ၏။

3 Although my spirit grows faint within me, You know my way. Along the path I travel they have hidden a snare for me.

၃အကျွန်ုပ် သည် စိတ်ပျက် လျက် ရှိသောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သွားသောလမ်း ကို ကိုယ်တော် သိ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် သွား သောလမ်း ၌ ကျော့ကွင်း ကို ဝှက်ထား ကြ ပါပြီ။

4 Look to my right and see; no one attends to me. There is no refuge for me; no one cares for my soul.

၄လက်ျာ ဘက်သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကြည့်ရှု သောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သိကျွမ်း သောသူမ ရှိပါ။ ပြေး လွတ်ရာလမ်းလည်း ပိတ် ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို နှမြော သောသူမ ရှိပါ။

5 I cry to You, O LORD: “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

၅အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အသက်ရှင် သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ ၌ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံရာ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

6 Listen to my cry, for I am brought quite low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me.

၆အလွန် နှိမ့်ချ လျက်နေသောအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ကြွေးကြော် သံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူတို့လက်မှ ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ထက် သာ၍ခွန်အား ကြီးကြပါ၏။

7 Free my soul from prison, that I may praise Your name. The righteous will gather around me because of Your goodness to me.

၇နာမတော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ချီးမွမ်း ရမည်အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ထောင် ထဲက နှုတ်ဆောင် တော်မူပါ။ ထိုသို့ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူသောအခါ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဝန်းရံ လျက်နေရကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
