Psalms 125

1 A song of ascents. Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion. It cannot be moved; it abides forever.

၁ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခိုလှုံသော သူတို့သည် မတုန် မလှုပ်၊ အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သော ဇိအုန်တောင်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ ၏။

2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds His people, both now and forevermore.

၂တောင်ရိုးတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ဝန်းရံ သကဲ့သို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူတို့ကို ယခုမှစ၍၊ ကာလအစဉ်မပြတ်ဝန်းရံတော်မူ၏။

3 For the scepter of the wicked will not rest upon the land allotted to the righteous, so that the righteous will not put forth their hands to injustice.

၃ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြုသော အခွင့်မရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ လှံတံသည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့၏ အမွေခံရာအဘို့အပေါ်မှာ မတည်မနေရ။

4 Do good, O LORD, to those who are good, and to the upright in heart.

၄အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကောင်းသောသူ၊ သဘော ဖြောင့်သော သူတို့အား ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။

5 But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.

၅ကောက်သောလမ်းများသို့ လွှဲသွားသော သူတို့ ကိုကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မတရားသဖြင့်ပြုသော သူတို့နှင့်အတူ ထုတ်သွားတော်မူမည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး ၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသော။
