< Psalms 12 >
1 For the choirmaster. According to Sheminith. A Psalm of David. Help, O LORD, for the godly are no more; the faithful have vanished from among men.
Don mai bi da kaɗe-kaɗe. Da kayan kiɗi. Bisa ga sheminit. Zabura ta Dawuda. Ka taimaka, Ubangiji, gama masu tsoron Allah ba sa nan kuma; masu aminci sun ɓace daga cikin mutane.
2 They lie to one another; they speak with flattering lips and a double heart.
Kowa yana yi wa maƙwabcinsa ƙarya; zaƙin bakinsu maganar ƙarya ce suna cike da ruɗu a zukatansu.
3 May the LORD cut off all flattering lips and every boastful tongue.
Bari Ubangiji yă yanke dukan zaƙin bakinsu da kuma kowane harshe mai fariya,
4 They say, “With our tongues we will prevail. We own our lips—who can be our master?”
masu cewa, “Da harsunanmu za mu yi nasara; leɓunanmu za su kāre mu, wane ne maigidanmu?”
5 “For the cause of the oppressed and for the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,” says the LORD. “I will bring safety to him who yearns.”
“Saboda danniyar marasa ƙarfi da kuma nishin masu bukata, zan tashi yanzu,” in ji Ubangiji. “Zan kāre su daga masu yin musu sharri.”
6 The words of the LORD are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace, like gold purified sevenfold.
Kalmomin Ubangiji kuwa ba su da kuskure, kamar azurfan da aka tace cikin matoyan yumɓu, aka tsabtacce sau bakwai.
7 You, O LORD, will keep us; You will forever guard us from this generation.
Ya Ubangiji, za ka kiyaye mu lafiya ka tsare mu daga irin mutanen nan har abada.
8 The wicked wander freely, and vileness is exalted among men.
Mugaye suna yawo a sake sa’ad da ake girmama abin da ba shi da kyau a cikin mutane.
