Psalms 103

1 Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; all that is within me, bless His holy name.

൧ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; എന്റെ സർവ്വാന്തരംഗവുമേ, അവിടുത്തെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His kind deeds—

൨എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; അവിടുന്ന് നൽകിയ ഉപകാരങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും മറക്കരുത്.

3 He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases,

൩ദൈവം നിന്റെ എല്ലാ അകൃത്യങ്ങളും മോചിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ സകലരോഗങ്ങളും സൗഖ്യമാക്കുന്നു;

4 who redeems your life from the Pit and crowns you with loving devotion and compassion,

൪കർത്താവ് നിന്റെ ജീവനെ നാശത്തിൽനിന്ന് വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നു; അവിടുന്ന് സ്നേഹത്താലും കരുണയാലും എന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു.

5 who satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

൫നിന്റെ യൗവനം കഴുകനെപ്പോലെ പുതുക്കപ്പെടുവാനായി അവിടുന്ന് നിന്റെ വായെ നന്മകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

6 The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

൬യഹോവ സകല പീഡിതന്മാർക്കും വേണ്ടി നീതിയും ന്യായവും നടത്തുന്നു.

7 He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.

൭ദൈവം തന്റെ വഴികൾ മോശെയെയും തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളെയും അറിയിച്ചു.

8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.

൮യഹോവ കരുണയും കൃപയും നിറഞ്ഞവൻ ആകുന്നു; ദീർഘക്ഷമയും മഹാദയയും ഉള്ളവൻ തന്നെ.

9 He will not always accuse us, nor harbor His anger forever.

൯ദൈവം എല്ലായ്പോഴും ഭർത്സിക്കുകയില്ല; എന്നേക്കും കോപം സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയുമില്ല.

10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.

൧൦ദൈവം നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങൾക്ക് തക്കവണ്ണം നമ്മളോടു ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല; നമ്മുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം നമ്മളെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നുമില്ല.

11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him.

൧൧ആകാശം ഭൂമിക്കുമീതെ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവിടുത്തെ ദയ അവിടുത്തെ ഭക്തന്മാരോട് വലുതായിരിക്കുന്നു.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

൧൨ഉദയം അസ്തമയത്തോട് അകന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ദൈവം നമ്മുടെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെ നമ്മോട് അകറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.

൧൩അപ്പന് മക്കളോട് കരുണ തോന്നുന്നതുപോലെ യഹോവയ്ക്ക് തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരോട് കരുണ തോന്നുന്നു.

14 For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.

൧൪കർത്താവ് നമ്മുടെ പ്രകൃതം അറിയുന്നുവല്ലോ; നാം കേവലം പൊടി മാത്രം എന്ന് അവിടുന്ന് ഓർക്കുന്നു.

15 As for man, his days are like grass— he blooms like a flower of the field;

൧൫മനുഷ്യന്റെ ആയുസ്സ് പുല്ലുപോലെയാകുന്നു; വയലിലെ പൂപോലെ അവൻ പൂക്കുന്നു.

16 when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.

൧൬കാറ്റ് അതിന്മേൽ അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ അത് ഇല്ലാതെ പോകുന്നു; അത് നിന്ന സ്ഥലം പിന്നീട് അതിനെ അറിയുകയുമില്ല.

17 But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—

൧൭യഹോവയുടെ ദയ എന്നും എന്നേക്കും അവിടുത്തെ ഭക്തന്മാർക്കും തന്റെ നീതി മക്കളുടെ മക്കൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും.

18 to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.

൧൮കർത്താവിന്റെ നിയമം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവർക്കും അവിടുത്തെ കല്പനകൾ ഓർത്ത് ആചരിക്കുന്നവർക്കും തന്നെ.

19 The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.

൧൯യഹോവ തന്റെ സിംഹാസനം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവിടുത്തെ രാജത്വം സകലത്തെയും അടക്കി ഭരിക്കുന്നു.

20 Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command.

൨൦ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വാക്കുകളുടെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ട് അവിടുത്തെ ആജ്ഞ അനുസരിക്കുന്ന ശക്തന്മാരായ അവിടുത്തെ ദൂതന്മാരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിൻ.

21 Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.

൨൧ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം ചെയ്യുന്ന ശുശ്രൂഷക്കാരായി അവിടുത്തെ സകലസൈന്യങ്ങളുമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിൻ;

22 Bless the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul!

൨൨ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അധികാരത്തിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള കർത്താ‍വിന്റെ കൈവേലയായ ഏവരുമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിൻ; എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.
