Numbers 34

1 Then the LORD said to Moses,

ヱホバ、モーセに告て言たまはく

2 “Command the Israelites and say to them: When you enter the land of Canaan, it will be allotted to you as an inheritance with these boundaries:

イスラエルの子孫に告てこれに言へ汝らがカナンの地にいる時に汝らに歸して產業となる地は是なり即ち是カナンの地その境に循へる者

3 Your southern border will extend from the Wilderness of Zin along the border of Edom. On the east, your southern border will run from the end of the Salt Sea,

汝らの南の方はエドムに接すろチンの曠野より起り南の界は鹽海の極端より東の方にいたるべし

4 cross south of the Ascent of Akrabbim, continue to Zin, and go south of Kadesh-barnea. Then it will go on to Hazar-addar and proceed to Azmon,

また汝らの界は南より繞りてアクラビムの坂にいたりてチンに赴き南よりカデシバルネアに亘りハザルアダルに進みアズモンに赴くべし

5 where it will turn from Azmon, join the Brook of Egypt, and end at the Sea.

その界はまたアズモンより繞りてエジプトの河にいたり海におよびて盡べし

6 Your western border will be the coastline of the Great Sea; this will be your boundary on the west.

西の界においては大海をもてその界とすべし是を汝らの西の界とす

7 Your northern border will run from the Great Sea directly to Mount Hor,

汝らの北の界は是のごとし即ち大海よりホル山までを畫り

8 and from Mount Hor to Lebo-hamath, then extend to Zedad,

ホル山よりハマテの入口までを畫りその界をしてゼダデまで亘らしむべし

9 continue to Ziphron, and end at Hazar-enan. This will be your boundary on the north.

またその界はジフロンに進みハザルエノンにいたりて盡べし是を汝らの北の界とす

10 And your eastern border will run straight from Hazar-enan to Shepham,

汝らの東の界はハザルエノンよりシバムまでを畫るべし

11 then go down from Shepham to Riblah on the east side of Ain and continue along the slopes east of the Sea of Chinnereth.

またその界はアインの東の方においてシバムよりリブラに下りゆくべし斯その界は下りてキンネレテの海の東の傍に抵り

12 Then the border will go down along the Jordan and end at the Salt Sea. This will be your land, defined by its borders on all sides.”

その界ヨルダンに下りゆきて鹽海におよびて盡べし汝らの國はその周圍の界に依ば是のごとくなるべし

13 So Moses commanded the Israelites, “Apportion this land by lot as an inheritance. The LORD has commanded that it be given to the nine and a half tribes.

モーセ、イスラエルの子孫に命じて言けるは是すなはち汝らが鬮をもて獲べき地なりヱホバこれを九の支派と半支派とに與へよと命じたまふ

14 For the tribes of the Reubenites and Gadites, along with the half-tribe of Manasseh, have already received their inheritance.

そはルベンの子孫の支派とガドの子孫の支派はともにその宗族にしたがひてその產業を受けまたマナセの半支派もその產業を受たればなり

15 These two and a half tribes have received their inheritance across the Jordan from Jericho, toward the sunrise.”

この二の支派と半支派とはヱリコに對するヨルダンの彼旁すなはちその東日の出る方においてその產業を受たり

16 Then the LORD said to Moses,

ヱホバまたモーセに告て言たまはく

17 “These are the names of the men who are to assign the land as an inheritance for you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun.

汝らに地を分つ人々の名は是なり即ち祭司エレアザルとヌンの子ヨシユア

18 Appoint one leader from each tribe to distribute the land.

汝らまた各箇の支派より牧伯一人づつを簡びて地を分つことを爲しむべし

19 These are their names: Caleb son of Jephunneh from the tribe of Judah;

その人々の名は是のごとしユダの支派にてはエフンネの子カルブ

20 Shemuel son of Ammihud from the tribe of Simeon;

シメオンの子孫の支派にてはアミホデの子サムエル

21 Elidad son of Chislon from the tribe of Benjamin;

ベニヤミンの支派にてはキスロンの子エリダデ

22 Bukki son of Jogli, a leader from the tribe of Dan;

ダンの子孫の支派の牧伯はヨグリの子ブッキ

23 Hanniel son of Ephod, a leader from the tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph;

ヨセフの子孫すなはちマナセの子孫の支派の牧伯はエポデの子ハニエル

24 Kemuel son of Shiphtan, a leader from the tribe of Ephraim;

エフライムの子孫の支派の牧伯はシフタンの子ケムエル

25 Eli-zaphan son of Parnach, a leader from the tribe of Zebulun;

ゼブルンの子孫の支派の牧伯はパルナクの子エリザバン

26 Paltiel son of Azzan, a leader from the tribe of Issachar;

イッサカルの子孫の支派の牧伯はアザンの子パルテエル

27 Ahihud son of Shelomi, a leader from the tribe of Asher;

アセルの子孫の支派の牧伯はシロミの子アヒウデ

28 and Pedahel son of Ammihud, a leader from the tribe of Naphtali.”

ナフタリの子孫の支派の牧伯はアミホデの子パダヘル

29 These are the ones whom the LORD commanded to apportion the inheritance to the Israelites in the land of Canaan.

カナンの地においてイスラエルの子孫に產業を分つことをヱホバの命じたまへる人は是のごとし
