Numbers 12
1 Then Miriam and Aaron criticized Moses because of the Cushite woman he had married, for he had taken a Cushite wife.
Ug nanagsulti si Miriam ug si Aaron batok kang Moises tungod sa babaye nga Etiopiahanon nga iyang gipangasawa; kay siya nangasawa sa babaye nga Etiopiahanon.
2 “Does the LORD speak only through Moses?” they said. “Does He not also speak through us?” And the LORD heard this.
Ug miingon sila: Kang Moises ba lamang nakigsulti si Jehova: wala ba usab siya makigsulti kanamo? Ug si Jehova nakadungog niini.
3 Now Moses was a very humble man, more so than any man on the face of the earth.
Karon ang tawo nga si Moises mapinaubsanon kaayo, labaw kay sa tanang mga tawo sa ibabaw sa yuta.
4 And suddenly the LORD said to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam, “You three, come out to the Tent of Meeting.” So the three went out,
Ug si Jehova misulti sa hinanali kang Moises, ug kang Aaron ug kang Miriam: Umari kamong totolo sa balong-balong nga pagatiguman. Ug nangadto silang totolo.
5 and the LORD came down in a pillar of cloud, stood at the entrance to the Tent, and summoned Aaron and Miriam. When both of them had stepped forward,
Ug si Jehova mikunsad sa usa ka haligi nga panganod, ug mibarog diha sa pultahan sa Balong-Balong ug nagtawag kang Aaron ug kang Miriam; ug nangadto silang duruha.
6 He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, will reveal Myself to him in a vision; I will speak to him in a dream.
Ug siya miingon: Patalinghugi ninyo karon ang akong mga pulong: kong adunay usa ka manalagna sa taliwala ninyo, ako sa Jehova magapakita kaniya sa usa ka panan-awon, ako makigsulti kaniya pinaagi sa usa ka damgo.
7 But this is not so with My servant Moses; he is faithful in all My house.
Si Moises nga akong alagad dili sama niini; siya matinumanon sa tibook ko nga balay:
8 I speak with him face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you unafraid to speak against My servant Moses?”
Uban kaniya makigsulti ako kaniya sa baba ug baba bisan sa dayag, ug dili pinaagi sa mangitngit nga mga pulong; ug makita niya ang dagway ni Jehova; busa ngano nga kamo walay kahadlok sa pagsulti batok sa akong alagad, batok kang Moises?
9 So the anger of the LORD burned against them, and He departed.
Ug ang kaligutgut ni Jehova misilaub batok kanila; ug mipahawa siya.
10 As the cloud lifted from above the Tent, suddenly Miriam became leprous, white as snow. Aaron turned toward her, saw that she was leprous,
Ug ang panganod mipahawa gikan sa ibabaw sa Balong-Balong, ug, ania karon, si Miriam nahimong sanlahon, maputi nga ingon sa nieve; ug si Aaron mitan-aw kang Miriam ug, ania karon, siya gisanla.
11 and said to Moses, “My lord, please do not hold against us this sin we have so foolishly committed.
Ug si Aaron miingon kang Moises: Oh, ginoo ko, ayaw ibutang, ginapangaliyupo ko kanimo, sa ibabaw namo ang sala kay kana sa pagkabuang gayud nabuhat namo, ug tungod niana nakasala kami.
12 Please do not let her be like a stillborn infant whose flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother’s womb.”
Ayaw siya, ginapangaliyupo ko kanimo, ipanig-ingon sa patay, kinsang unod hapit nang maut-ut sa paggula niya sa tiyan sa iyang inahan.
13 So Moses cried out to the LORD, “O God, please heal her!”
Ug mitu-aw si Moises kang Jehova, nga nagaingon: Nangaliyupo ako kanimo, oh Dios, nga ayohon mo siya.
14 But the LORD answered Moses, “If her father had but spit in her face, would she not have been in disgrace for seven days? Let her be confined outside the camp for seven days; after that she may be brought back in.”
Ug si Jehova miingon kang Moises: Kong ang iyang amahan nagluwa sa iyang nawong, dili ba siya angay nga maulaw sulod sa pito ka adlaw? papahawaa siya ngadto sa gawas sa campo sulod sa pito ka adlaw, ug sa tapus niana makatipon siya sa pag-usab.
15 So Miriam was confined outside the camp for seven days, and the people did not move on until she was brought in again.
Ug si Miriam gipapahawa gawas sa campo sulod sa pito ka adlaw ug ang katawohan wala makapanaw hangtud nga si Miriam gipasulod sa pag-usab.
16 After that, the people set out from Hazeroth and camped in the Wilderness of Paran.
Ug sa human niini ang katawohan mipanaw gikan sa Haseroth, ug mipahaluna sa ilang campo didto sa kamingawan sa Paran.
