< Matthew 25 >

1 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
ANJAU o wein nanlan mE rajon li ek, me ale ar lamp akan, ap koieilan ol kamod.
2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
Me limen me lolekon a me limen me lolepon.
3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take along any extra oil.
Me lolepon oko wa ar lamp akan ap jota ianaki kadirepa.
4 But the wise ones took oil in flasks along with their lamps.
A me lolekon ko wa ar lamp akan ianaki kadirepa.
5 When the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
A ni en ol kamod a pwapwand ir karoj men mair ap mairelar.
6 At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
A lao nan lukepan pon a lok jili: Kilan, ol kamod kotido, komail koieilan i!
7 Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.
Li karoj ap pauridar kaonop adar ar lamp akan.
8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
Me lolopon ap indan me lolekon kan: Komail ki don kit kijan omail le, pwe nait lamp akan pan kunla.
9 ‘No,’ said the wise ones, ‘or there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
A me lolekon kan japen indada: O iermen, pwe ede jola itar on kit o komail, komail kola ren jaunet netiada pein omail.
10 But while they were on their way to buy it, the bridegroom arrived. Those who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet, and the door was shut.
Ni arail kokolan net, ol kamod ap jamador. Irail me onoper ian i pedelon on nan kamadip o, wanim ap ritidier.
11 Later the other virgins arrived and said, ‘Lord, lord, open the door for us!’
Murin anjau kij li tei ko ap pwarado indada: Main, main, re kotin ritinadan kit!
12 But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I do not know you.’
A ap japen indada: Melel i indan komail, i jaja komail.
13 Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.
Komail ari majamajan, pwe komail jaja ran de auer.
14 For it is just like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted them with his possessions.
Pwe a raj on aramaj amen, me pan momaitela nan wai. Ap kapokon pena na ladu kan o neke on irail a dipijou kan.
15 To one he gave five talents, to another two talents, and to another one talent—each according to his own ability. And he went on his journey.
A ki on amen talent limau, a on amen riau, a on amen eu, duen me re itar on, a ap madan jiimalar.
16 The servant who had received the five talents went at once and put them to work and gained five more.
Me aleer talent limau, ap koieila dodokki o diaradar pil talent limau.
17 Likewise, the one with the two talents gained two more.
A me aleer riau, pil dueta, a diarada pil riau.
18 But the servant who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground, and hid his master’s money.
A me aleer eu, ap koieilar jarepedier nani pwel, okilar moni en monjap o.
19 After a long time the master of those servants returned to settle accounts with them.
A kadekadeo a warailar monjap en ladu pukat ap puredo o kainene irail adar.
20 The servant who had received the five talents came and presented five more. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.’
Me aleer talent limau ap patodo wado pil talent limau indada: Main komui kotiki on ia er talent limau, kom kotin majani, iet pil talent limau, me netia kidar.
21 His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’
A monjap ap indan i: Meid mau, me koe wiadar, ladu lelapok o melel amen koe. Koe apapwali mau me tikitik o, i ap pan kajapwiladan uk pon dipijou toto, ko on nan peren en om monjap!
22 The servant who had received the two talents also came and said, ‘Master, you entrusted me with two talents. See, I have gained two more.’
A me aleer talent riau ap pil potodo indada: Main komui kotiki don ia er talent riau, kom kotin majani, iet pil talent riau, me i netia kidar.
23 His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’
A monjap ap indan i: Meid mau, me koe wiadar, ladu lelapok o melel amen koe. Koe apapwali mau me tikitik o, i ap pan kajapwiladan uk pon dipijou toto ko on nan peren en om monjap!
24 Finally, the servant who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Master, I knew that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed.
A me aleer talent eu ap pil potodo indada: Main, i ajaer komui, me komui ol padik amen, me kin dolun jan waja, me kaidin komui padukedier ia, o nak pena, waja me kaidin komui kamorok ia;
25 So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what belongs to you.’
Nai ari majak, o koieila o okilar japwilim omui talent nani pwel, majani, iet japwilim omui.
26 ‘You wicked, lazy servant!’ replied his master. ‘You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed.
A monjap ap japen indan i: Ladu jued o ponkake men koe, ma koe ajaer, me i kin dolun waja, me kaidin nai padukedier, o nak pena waja, me kaidin nai kamorokier.
27 Then you should have deposited my money with the bankers, and on my return I would have received it back with interest.
Menda koe jota ki on jaun kawilian moni nai moni, a nai lao puredo, i ap pan ale me udan ai ianaki moni me a naitikadar.
28 Therefore take the talent from him and give it to the one who has ten talents.
Komail ari ki jan re a a talent, ap ki on, me a talent eijok.
29 For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. But the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.
Pwe me a mia, ekij pan ko on, pwen aneki me laud; a me jota a mia, nan a pan katia jan me mi re a.
30 And throw that worthless servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
A ladu me jota katepa, komail kajela nan rotorot liki, iei wajan maiei o teterok.
31 When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on His glorious throne.
A Nain aramaj lao kodo ni a linan, o tounlan jaraui kan ian i, a pan mondi pon mol en a linan;
32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
O toun jappa karoj pan kapokon pena mo a. A ap pan katoror irail pajan dueta jilepa o kin katorore jip ol ren li akan.
33 He will place the sheep on His right and the goats on His left.
A pan kila na jip li akan ni pali maun, o na jip ol akan ni pali main.
34 Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Nanmarki ap pan majani on toun pali maun: Ukodo, komail kompoke pan Jam ai, jojoki wei o, me onop on komail er jan ni tapin kaua!
35 For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink, I was a stranger and you took Me in,
Pwe nai men manadar, a komail ap kamana ia; nai men nim piladar. a komail ap kanim pil ia; nai men kairu men, a komail ap kajamo ia.
36 I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after Me, I was in prison and you visited Me.’
Kilijo, a komail ap kalikauwi ia dar, nai jomaudar, a komail ap pwara don ia; nai jalidier, a komail ap pwara don ia.
37 Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?
Me pun kan ap pan japen i potoan on: Main, iad me je potoan ir men konot, ap potoan don ir konot, de men konot pil, ap id konote don ir?
38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?
Iad kit potoan ir men kairu, ap kajamo ir? De kilijo, ap kalikauwi ir adar?
39 When did we see You sick or in prison and visit You?’
Iad kit potoan ir lomum, de jalidi, ap poto don ir?
40 And the King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’
Nanmarki ap pan japen majani on irail: Melel i indai on komail, meakot komail wiai on amen, ri ai ol tikitik pukat, i me komail wiai on ia er.
41 Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. (aiōnios g166)
A ap pil pan indan irail toun pali main: Komail me riala, kowei jan ia, ko on nan kijiniai joutuk, me onoper on tewil o nal kan. (aiōnios g166)
42 For I was hungry and you gave Me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave Me nothing to drink,
Pwe nai men manadar, a komail jota kamana ia, o men nim piladar, a komail jota kanim pil ia,
43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, I was naked and you did not clothe Me, I was sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
Nai men kairu men, a komail jota kajamo ia, kilijo, a komail jota kalikauwi ia dar, o jomau, o jalidi, a komail jota pwara don ia.
44 And they too will reply, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’
Irail ap pil pan potoan on: Main, iad me je potoan ir men konot, de men konot pil, de men kairu men, de kilijo, de lomum, de jalidi, ap jota papa on ir?
45 Then the King will answer, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me.’
A ap pan japen irail majani: Melel i indai on komail, meakot komail jota wiai on amen tikitik pukat, i me komail jota wiai on ia.
46 And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” (aiōnios g166)
Mepukat ap pan kolan kalokolok joutuk, a me pun kan pan maur joutuk. (aiōnios g166)
