Mark 3
1 Once again Jesus entered the synagogue, and a man with a withered hand was there.
၁သခင်ယေရှုသည် တရားဇရပ်သို့တစ်ဖန် ကြွဝင်တော်မူပြန်၏။ တရားဇရပ်ထဲတွင် လက်တစ်ဖက်သေသူလူတစ်ယောက်ရှိ၏။-
2 In order to accuse Jesus, they were watching to see if He would heal on the Sabbath.
၂ထိုနေရာရှိလူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုပြစ်တင် စွပ်စွဲရန်အလို့ငှာ သူ၏ရောဂါကိုဥပုသ်နေ့၌ ကိုယ်တော်ပျောက်ကင်းစေတော်မူမည်၊ မမူမည် ကိုစောင့်ကြည့်နေကြ၏။-
3 Then Jesus said to the man with the withered hand, “Stand up among us.”
၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်လက်သေသူအား``ပရိသတ် ရှေ့သို့လာ၍ရပ်လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
4 And He asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?” But they were silent.
၄ထိုနောက်ကိုယ်တော်က ``ဥပုသ်နေ့တွင်အကောင်း ကိုပြုအပ်သလော။ အဆိုးကိုပြုအပ်သလော။ လူ့အသက်ကိုကယ်အပ်သလော၊ သတ်အပ် သလော'' ဟုထိုသူတို့အားမေးတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည်လည်းဆိတ်ဆိတ်နေကြ၏။-
5 Jesus looked around at them with anger and sorrow at their hardness of heart. Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out, and it was restored.
၅ထိုသူတို့မှာသနားကြင်နာစိတ်ကင်းမဲ့သည့် အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်သည်ဝမ်းနည်း၍အမျက်ထွက် လျက်သူတို့အားလှည့်ကြည့်တော်မူပြီးလျှင် လက်သေသူအား ``သင်၏လက်ကိုဆန့်လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
6 At this, the Pharisees went out and began plotting with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.
၆ဖာရိရှဲတို့သည်တရားဇရပ်မှချက်ချင်းထွက် သွားကြ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုသတ်ရန်နည်းလမ်းကို ဟေရုဒ်ပါတီဝင်များနှင့်ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင်ကြ၏။
7 So Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea, accompanied by a large crowd from Galilee, Judea,
၇သခင်ယေရှုသည်တပည့်တော်များနှင့်အတူ ဂါလိ လဲအိုင်သို့ကြွတော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါဂါလိလဲပြည် မှလည်းကောင်း၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့နှင့်တကွယုဒ ပြည်၊ ဣဒုမဲပြည်နှင့်ယော်ဒန်မြစ်တစ်ဖက်ကမ်း မှလည်းကောင်း၊ တုရုနှင့်ဇိဒုန်မြို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် အရပ်များမှလည်းကောင်းများစွာသောလူတို့ သည် ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသည့်အမှုအရာများ အကြောင်းကိုကြားသိကြသဖြင့်ကိုယ်တော် နောက်သို့လိုက်ကြကုန်၏။-
8 Jerusalem, Idumea, the region beyond the Jordan, and the vicinity of Tyre and Sidon. The large crowd came to Him when they heard what great things He was doing.

9 Jesus asked His disciples to have a boat ready for Him so that the crowd would not crush Him.
၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိအားလူထုပရိသတ်ကြီး မတိုးမကြိတ်မိစေအံ့သောငှာ မိမိအသုံးပြု ဖို့လှေတစ်စင်းကိုအသင့်ထားရန်တပည့်တော် တို့အားမိန့်မှာတော်မူ၏။-
10 For He had healed so many that all who had diseases were pressing forward to touch Him.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်သည်များစွာသောလူမမာတို့ကို ကျန်းမာစေတော်မူခဲ့သဖြင့် ရောဂါရှိသူ ဟူသမျှသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုတို့ထိခွင့်ရရန် အထံတော်သို့တိုးဝှေ့၍လာကြ၏။-
11 And when the unclean spirits saw Him, they fell down before Him and cried out, “You are the Son of God!”
၁၁ညစ်ညမ်းသောနတ်များသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြင်သောအခါ ရှေ့တော်၌ပျပ်ဝပ်၍ ``အရှင် သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏သားတော်ဖြစ်သည်'' ဟုဟစ်အော်ကြ၏။
12 But He warned them sternly not to make Him known.
၁၂ကိုယ်တော်ကမူမိမိမည်သူဖြစ်သည်ကိုထုတ်ဖော် ၍မပြောရန် သူတို့အားကြပ်တည်းစွာပညတ် တော်မူ၏။
13 Then Jesus went up on the mountain and called for those He wanted, and they came to Him.
၁၃ထိုနောက်ကိုယ်တော်သည်တောင်ပေါ်သို့ကြွတော် မူ၏။ အလိုရှိသောသူများကိုအထံတော်သို့ ခေါ်တော်မူ၏။-
14 He appointed twelve of them, whom He designated as apostles, to accompany Him, to be sent out to preach,
၁၄သူတို့သည်အထံတော်သို့လာကြသောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည် တပည့်တော်တစ်ဆယ့်နှစ်ပါးကို ရွေးချယ်တော်မူပြီးလျှင်တမန်တော်များဟူ၍ သမုတ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုနောက်သူတို့အား ``ငါသည် သင်တို့ကိုငါ၏အပါးတွင်နေစေလို၍ရွေး ချယ်ခဲ့၏။ တရားဟောထွက်ရန် သင်တို့အားငါ စေလွှတ်မည်။ နတ်မိစ္ဆာများအားနှင်ထုတ်နိုင်သော တန်ခိုးကိုလည်းငါပေးမည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
15 and to have authority to drive out demons.
၁၅
16 These are the twelve He appointed: Simon (whom He named Peter),
၁၆ကိုယ်တော်ရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားခြင်းခံရသည့်တစ် ကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးကား (ပေတရုဟုကိုယ်တော်မှည့် ခေါ်သူ) ရှိမုန်၊-
17 James son of Zebedee and his brother John (whom He named Boanerges, meaning “Sons of Thunder”),
၁၇(မိုးကြိုး၏သားများဟုအနက်ရှိသောဗောနေ ရဂက်ဟူသောနာမည်ဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်မှည့်ခေါ်သူ များဖြစ်သည့်) ဇေဗေဒဲ၏သားနှစ်ယောက် ယာကုပ်နှင့်ယောဟန်၊-
18 Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot,
၁၈အန္ဒြေ၊ ဖိလိပ္ပု၊ ဗာသောလမဲ၊ မဿဲ၊ သောမ၊ အာလဖဲ ၏သားယာကုပ်၊ သဒ္ဒဲ၊ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်ထက်သန်သူရှိမုန် နှင့်၊-
19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus.
၁၉နောင်အခါကိုယ်တော်ကိုသစ္စာဖောက်သူယုဒ ရှကာရုတ်တို့ဖြစ်၏။
20 Then Jesus went home, and once again a crowd gathered, so that He and His disciples could not even eat.
၂၀ထိုနောက်ကိုယ်တော်သည်အိမ်သို့ပြန်တော်မူ၏။ လူ တို့သည်စုရုံးလာကြပြန်သည်။ ထို့ကြောင့်ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်တပည့်တော်တို့မှာအစားအစာသုံးဆောင်ရန် ပင်အခွင့်မရကြ။-
21 When His family heard about this, they went out to take custody of Him, saying, “He is out of His mind.”
၂၁လူအချို့တို့က ``ကိုယ်တော်သည်စိတ်ဖောက်ပြန် သွားပြီ'' ဟုပြောဆိုနေကြ၏။ ဤအကြောင်းကို ကိုယ်တော်၏မိသားစုတို့ကြားကြလျှင် ကိုယ်တော် ကိုစောင့်ရှောက်ရန်အထံတော်သို့လိုက်လာကြ၏။
22 And the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and, “By the prince of the demons He drives out demons.”
၂၂ယေရုရှလင်မြို့မှရောက်လာကြသောကျမ်းတတ် ဆရာများက ``ကိုယ်တော်သည်ဗေလဇေဗုလ နတ်မိစ္ဆာစွဲကပ်သူဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုနတ်မိစ္ဆာဘုရင် ကိုအမှီပြု၍ နတ်မိစ္ဆာများကိုနှင်ထုတ်သည်'' ဟု ဆိုကြ၏။
23 So Jesus called them together and began to speak to them in parables: “How can Satan drive out Satan?
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့ကိုခေါ်တော်မူပြီးလျှင် ပုံဥပမာဆောင်၍ ``စာတန်သည်အဘယ်သို့ လျှင် မိမိကိုယ်ကိုမိမိနှင်ထုတ်နိုင်မည်နည်း။-
24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, it cannot stand.
၂၄လူတို့စိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲပြားလျက်နေသောနိုင်ငံ သည်မရပ်မတည်နိုင်ရာ။-
25 If a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand.
၂၅အိမ်သူအိမ်သားတို့စိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲပြားလျက်နေ သောအိမ်ထောင်သည်ရပ်တည်နိုင်မည်မဟုတ်။-
26 And if Satan is divided and rises against himself, he cannot stand; his end has come.
၂၆ထိုနည်းတူစွာစာတန်သည်မိမိကိုယ်ကို ရန်ဖက်ပြု၍ကွဲပြားလျှင် သူသည်လည်း မရပ်မတည်နိုင်ရာ၊ ပျက်စီးရမည်သာဖြစ်၏။
27 Indeed, no one can enter a strong man’s house to steal his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder his house.
၂၇ခွန်အားကြီးသူကိုဦးစွာမချည်မနှောင်ဘဲသူ ၏အိမ်သို့ဝင်၍ ဥစ္စာပစ္စည်းများကိုမည်သူမျှမလု မယူနိုင်။ ချည်နှောင်ပြီးမှသာလုယူနိုင်ပေမည်။
28 Truly I tell you, the sons of men will be forgiven all sins and blasphemies, as many as they utter.
၂၈``အမှန်အကန်သင်တို့အားငါဆိုသည်ကားလူ တို့သည် မိမိတို့လွန်ကူးသောအပြစ်ရှိသမျှ အတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုပြစ်မှား သောစကားဟူသမျှအတွက်လည်းကောင်း အပြစ် လွတ်ငြိမ်းနိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။-
30 Jesus made this statement because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
၃၀(ဤသို့ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူရခြင်းအကြောင်း မှာလူအချို့တို့က ကိုယ်တော်အားညစ်ညမ်း သောနတ်စွဲကပ်သူဟုစွပ်စွဲကြသောကြောင့် ဖြစ်၏။)
31 Then Jesus’ mother and brothers came and stood outside. They sent someone in to summon Him,
၃၁ကိုယ်တော်၏မယ်တော်နှင့်ညီတော်တို့သည်ရောက် လာကြ၏။ အိမ်ပြင်တွင်ရပ်၍ကိုယ်တော်ကို အခေါ်ခိုင်းကြ၏။-
32 and a crowd was sitting around Him. “Look,” He was told, “Your mother and brothers are outside, asking for You.”
၃၂လူပရိသတ်တို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုခြံရံလျက် ထိုင်နေကြ၏။ သူတို့က ``ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏မယ်တော်၊ ညီတော်များနှင့်ညီမများအိမ်အပြင်တွင်ရောက် ရှိနေကြပါသည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုရှာလျက်နေ ကြပါသည်'' ဟုလျှောက်ကြ၏။
33 But Jesus replied, “Who are My mother and My brothers?”
၃၃ကိုယ်တော်က ``ငါ့အမိ၊ ငါ့ညီများကားအဘယ် သူများနည်း'' ဟုပြန်၍မိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
34 Looking at those seated in a circle around Him, He said, “Here are My mother and My brothers!
၃၄ထိုနောက်မိမိပတ်လည်တွင်ထိုင်နေသူများကို ကြည့်တော်မူလျက် ``ငါ့အမိ၊ ငါ့ညီများကား ဤသူတို့တည်း။-
35 For whoever does the will of God is My brother and sister and mother.”
၃၅ဘုရားသခင်၏အလိုတော်အတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက် သူမှန်သမျှသည် ငါ့ညီ၊ ငါ့နှမ၊ ငါ့အမိတို့ ပေတည်း'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
