Judges 3
1 These are the nations that the LORD left to test all the Israelites who had not known any of the wars in Canaan,
၁ခါနာန် ပြည်၌ တိုက်သော စစ်မှု ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို မ သိ သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်း တို့ကို စုံစမ်း ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
2 if only to teach warfare to the subsequent generations of Israel, especially to those who had not known it formerly:
၂စစ်မှုကို မ သိ သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအစဉ်အဆက် တို့သည် စစ် အတတ်ကို သင် ၍ တတ်စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ချန် ထားတော်မူသောလူမျိုး များဟူမူကား၊
3 the five rulers of the Philistines, all the Canaanites, the Sidonians, and the Hivites who lived in the mountains of Lebanon from Mount Baal-hermon to Lebo-hamath.
၃ဖိလိတ္တိ မင်း ငါး ပါးအစရှိသော ခါနနိ လူအမျိုးမျိုး ၊ ဇိဒုန် လူ၊ ဗာလဟေရမုန် တောင် မှ စ၍ဟာမတ် လမ်းဝတိုင်အောင် လေဗနုန် တောင် ပေါ်မှာနေ သော ဟိဝိ လူတို့သည် ကျန်ကြွင်းကြ၏။
4 These nations were left to test the Israelites, to find out whether they would keep the commandments of the LORD, which He had given their fathers through Moses.
၄ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မောရှေ အားဖြင့် ဘိုးဘေး တို့ကို မှာ ထားတော်မူသောပညတ် များအတိုင်း ကျင့် မည် မကျင့်မည်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို စုံစမ်း ဘို့ ရာဖြစ် သတည်း။
5 Thus the Israelites continued to live among the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.
၅ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ခါနနိ လူ၊ ဟိတ္တိ လူ၊ အာမောရိ လူ၊ ဖေရဇိ လူ၊ ဟိဝိ လူ၊ ယေဗုသိ လူတို့တွင် နေ ၍၊
6 And they took the daughters of these people in marriage, gave their own daughters to their sons, and served their gods.
၆သူ တို့သမီး နှင့် စုံဘက် ခြင်းကို ပြုလျက် ၊ မိမိ တို့သမီး ကို ပေးစား လျက် ၊ သူ တို့ဘုရား များကို ဝတ်ပြု ကြ၏။
7 So the Israelites did evil in the sight of the LORD; they forgot the LORD their God and served the Baals and the Asherahs.
၇ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု ၍ မိမိ တို့ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မေ့လျော့ သဖြင့်၊ ဗာလ ဘုရားများ၊ အာရှရ ပင်များကို ဝတ်ပြု သောကြောင့်၊
8 Then the anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and He sold them into the hand of Cushan-rishathaim king of Aram-naharaim, and the Israelites served him eight years.
၈ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ ပြင်းစွာအမျက် တော်ထွက်၍ ၊ မေသောပေါတာမိ ရှင်ဘုရင် ခုရှံရိရှသိမ် ၌ ရောင်း တော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ဣသရေလ လူတို့သည် ရှစ် နှစ် ပတ်လုံးထိုရှင်ဘုရင် ထံ၌ ကျွန်ခံ ရကြ၏။
9 But when the Israelites cried out to the LORD, He raised up Othniel son of Caleb’s younger brother Kenaz as a deliverer to save them.
၉နောက်တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အော်ဟစ် ကြသောအခါ၊ ကယ်တင် သောသခင် ၊ ကာလက် ညီ ၊ ကေနတ် ၏သား ဩသံယေလ ကို သူ တို့အဘို့ ပေါ်ထွန်း စေတော်မူ၏။
10 The Spirit of the LORD came upon him, and he became Israel’s judge and went out to war. And the LORD delivered Cushan-rishathaim king of Aram into the hand of Othniel, who prevailed against him.
၁၀ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် သူ့ အပေါ် သို့ သက်ရောက် သဖြင့်၊ သူသည်ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို အုပ်စိုး ၍ စစ်ချီ လေ၏။ မေသောပေါတာမိ ရှင်ဘုရင် ခုရှံရိရှသိမ် ကို သူ့ လက် ၌ ထာဝရဘုရား အပ် တော်မူသဖြင့်၊ သူသည် ထိုရှင်ဘုရင် ကို အောင် လေ၏။
11 So the land had rest for forty years, until Othniel son of Kenaz died.
၁၁အနှစ် လေးဆယ် တိုင်တိုင်တပြည် လုံးငြိမ်း ပြီးမှ ၊ ကေနတ် ၏သား ဩသံယေလ သည် သေ လေ၏။
12 Once again the Israelites did evil in the sight of the LORD. So He gave Eglon king of Moab power over Israel, because they had done evil in the sight of the LORD.
၁၂တဖန် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု သောကြောင့် ၊ မောဘ ရှင်ဘုရင် ဧဂလုန် ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုးတစ်ဘက်၌ ခွန်အား နှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူ၏။
13 After enlisting the Ammonites and Amalekites to join forces with him, Eglon attacked and defeated Israel, taking possession of the City of Palms.
၁၃ထိုမင်းသည် အမ္မုန် အမျိုးသား၊ အာမလက် အမျိုးသားတို့ကို စုဝေး စေလျက် ချီ သွား၍၊ ဣသရေလ လူတို့ကို လုပ်ကြံ ပြီးမှ ၊ စွန်ပလွံ မြို့ကို သိမ်းယူ သဖြင့်၊
14 The Israelites served Eglon king of Moab eighteen years.
၁၄ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် တဆယ် ရှစ် နှစ် ပတ်လုံးမောဘ ရှင်ဘုရင် ဧဂလုန် မင်းထံ၌ ကျွန်ခံ ရကြ၏။
15 And again they cried out to the LORD, and He raised up Ehud son of Gera, a left-handed Benjamite, as their deliverer. So they sent him with tribute to Eglon king of Moab.
၁၅နောက်တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ ၊ ကယ်တင် သော သခင် ၊ လက်ျာ လက် ကို မသုံးတတ်သော ဗင်္ယာမိန် အမျိုး၊ ဂေရ သား ဧဟုဒ ကို ပေါ်ထွန်း စေတော်မူ၏။ သူ့ လက် တွင် ဣသရေလ လူတို့သည် လက်ဆောင် ကို မောဘ ရှင်ဘုရင် ဧဂလုန် ထံ သို့ပေး လိုက်ကြ၏။
16 Now Ehud had made for himself a double-edged sword a cubit long. He strapped it to his right thigh under his cloak
၁၆ဧဟုဒ သည် အလျား တတောင် ရှိသောသန်လျက် ကို လုပ် ၍ လက်ျာ ပေါင် အဝတ် တွင်း ၌ စည်း ထားပြီးလျှင်၊
17 and brought the tribute to Eglon king of Moab, who was an obese man.
၁၇မောဘ ရှင်ဘုရင် ဧဂလုန် ထံ သို့လက်ဆောင် ကို ဆောင် ခဲ့လေ၏။ ဧဂလုန် သည် အလွန် ဝ သောသူ ဖြစ်၏။
18 After Ehud had finished presenting the tribute, he ushered out those who had carried it.
၁၈ဧဟုဒသည် လက်ဆောင် ကို ဆက် ပြီး လျှင် ၊ လက်ဆောင် ကို ထမ်း သောသူ တို့ကို လွှတ် လိုက်၍၊
19 But upon reaching the idols near Gilgal, he himself turned back and said, “I have a secret message for you, O king.” “Silence,” said the king, and all his attendants left him.
၁၉ဂိလဂါလ မြို့နား ၌ရှိသောကျောက်တိုင် တို့မှ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြန် လာ၍၊ ဘုရား ကျွန်တော် သည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ လျှောက်စရာအကြောင်း ရှိပါသည်ဟု ဆို လျှင် ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် က၊ တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာနေကြဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ၊ အထံ တော်၌ ခစား သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ထွက် ကြ၏။
20 Then Ehud approached him while he was sitting alone in the coolness of his upper room. “I have a word from God for you,” Ehud said, and the king rose from his seat.
၂၀ထိုအခါ ရှင်ဘုရင်သည် ကိုယ်တိုင် တ ယောက်တည်း နေတတ်သော နွေ နန်းဆောင် ၌ ထိုင် နေစဉ် ၊ ဧဟုဒ သည် ချဉ်းကပ် ၍ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်ဆိုင် သော ဘုရား သခင်၏ အမိန့် တော်ပါပါ၏ဟု လျှောက် သော်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်သည် ထ လေ၏။
21 And Ehud reached with his left hand, pulled the sword from his right thigh, and plunged it into Eglon’s belly.
၂၁ဧဟုဒ သည် လက်ဝဲ လက် ကို ဆန့် လျက် သန်လျက် ကို လက်ျာ ပေါင် မှ ထုတ် ၍ ရှင်ဘုရင် ၏ ဝမ်း ကို ထိုး သဖြင့်၊
22 Even the handle sank in after the blade, and Eglon’s fat closed in over it, so that Ehud did not withdraw the sword from his belly. And Eglon’s bowels emptied.
၂၂လက်ကိုင် အရိုးနှင့်တကွ သန်လျက် မြုပ် ဝင်၍ ၊ ဝမ်း ထဲက မ နှုတ် နိုင်အောင် ဆီဥ သည် သန်လျက် ကို လွှမ်း လျက်၊ ချေးနု လည်း ထွက် လျက်ရှိလေ၏။
23 Then Ehud went out through the porch, closing and locking the doors of the upper room behind him.
၂၃ထိုအခါ ဧဟုဒ သည် အခန်း ပြင်သို့ ထွက် ပြီးလျှင် နန်းတော် တံခါး တို့ကို ပိတ် ၍ သော့ခတ် လေ၏။
24 After Ehud was gone, Eglon’s servants came in and found the doors of the upper room locked. “He must be relieving himself in the cool room,” they said.
၂၄ထွက် သွားသောနောက်၊ ကျွန် တော်မျိုးအချို့တို့သည် လာ ၍ နန်းတော် တံခါး ၌ သော့ခတ် လျက် ရှိသည်ကို မြင် လျှင် ၊ စင်စစ် နွေ နန်းဆောင် ၌ စက်တော်ခေါ် သည်ဟုဆို လျက်၊
25 So they waited until they became worried and saw that he had still not opened the doors of the upper room. Then they took the key and opened the doors—and there was their lord lying dead on the floor.
၂၅ရှက်ကြောက် သည်တိုင်အောင် ငံ့ နေပြီးမှ ၊ သူတို့အရှင် သည် တံခါး ကို မ ဖွင့် သောကြောင့် ၊ သူတို့သည် သော့ ကိုယူ ၍ ဖွင့် ကြည့် သောအခါ ၊ မြေ ပေါ် မှာ လဲ ၍ သေ လျက်ရှိသောမိမိ တို့အရှင် ကို တွေ့မြင်ကြ၏။
26 Ehud, however, had escaped while the servants waited. He passed by the idols and escaped to Seirah.
၂၆ထိုသို့ သူ တို့သည် ငံ့ နေကြစဉ် တွင်၊ ဧဟုဒ သည် ဘေးလွတ် သဖြင့်၊ ကျောက်တိုင် တို့ကို လွန် ၍ စိရပ် ရွာသို့ ရောက် ပြီးမှ၊
27 On arriving in Seirah, he blew the ram’s horn throughout the hill country of Ephraim. The Israelites came down with him from the hills, and he became their leader.
၂၇ဧဖရိမ် တောင် ပေါ်မှာ တံပိုး ကို မှုတ် ၍ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် သူ့နောက်သို့ လိုက်လျက် တောင် ပေါ်က ဆင်း ကြ၏။
28 “Follow me,” he told them, “for the LORD has delivered your enemies the Moabites into your hand.” So they followed him down and seized the fords of the Jordan leading to Moab, and did not allow anyone to cross over.
၂၈သူကလည်း ငါ့ နောက် သို့ လိုက် ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် တို့၏ရန်သူ မောဘ လူတို့ကို သင် တို့လက် ၌ အပ် တော်မူမည်ဟု ဆို သည်အတိုင်း ၊ သူ့ နောက် မှာ ဆင်း ၍ ယော်ဒန် မြစ်ကူး ရာ မောဘ ပြည်သို့ သွားရာလမ်းကို ဆီးတား သဖြင့်၊ လူ တစုံတယောက်ကိုမျှ မ ကူး စေ ရ။
29 At that time they struck down about ten thousand Moabites, all robust and valiant men. Not one of them escaped.
၂၉ထိုအခါ ခွန်အား ကြီးသော မောဘ စစ်သူရဲတယောက်မျှ မ လွတ် ဘဲ၊ လူ တသောင်း ကိုသတ် ၍၊
30 So Moab was subdued under the hand of Israel that day, and the land had rest for eighty years.
၃၀မောဘ အမျိုးသည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးလက် ၌ ရှုံး သဖြင့်၊ အနှစ် ရှစ်ဆယ် တိုင်တိုင်တပြည် လုံး ငြိမ်း လေ၏။
31 After Ehud came Shamgar son of Anath. And he too saved Israel, striking down six hundred Philistines with an oxgoad.
၃၁ဧဟုဒ နောက် မှာ အာနတ် သား ရှံဂါ ပေါ်ထွန်း ၍ ၊ တုတ်ချွန်နှင့် ဖိလိတ္တိ လူခြောက်ရာ တို့ကိုသတ် သဖြင့်၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို ကယ်လွှတ် လေ၏။
