Isaiah 41
1 “Be silent before Me, O islands, and let the peoples renew their strength. Let them come forward and testify; let us together draw near for judgment.
১হে দ্বীপবোৰ, মোৰ আগত নিজম দি শুনা, দেশবাসীয়ে নতুন বল পাওক; তেওঁলোকক ওচৰত আহি কথা পাতিব দিয়া, আহাঁ আমি একে লগে বিবাদৰ বিচাৰলৈ যাওহঁক।
2 Who has aroused one from the east and called him to his feet in righteousness? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him. He turns them to dust with his sword, to windblown chaff with his bow.
২কোনে পূব দিশত এজনক উত্তেজিত কৰিলে? ধাৰ্মিকতা কাৰ্য কৰিবলৈ কোনে তেওঁক নিজৰ ভৰিৰ ওচৰলৈ মাতিছে? তেওঁ সেই জনৰ আগত দেশবসীক শোধাই দিছে, আৰু তেওঁক ৰজাসকলৰ পৰাভূত কৰাইছে; তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক তৰোৱালেৰে ধুলিৰ দৰে আৰু তেওঁৰ ধনুৰে উৰি যোৱা নৰাৰ দৰে কৰিছে।
3 He pursues them, going on safely, hardly touching the path with his feet.

4 Who has performed this and carried it out, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD—the first and the last— I am He.”

5 The islands see and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward.
৫দ্বীপবোৰে দেখি ভয় কৰিলে, পৃথিৱীৰ অন্তবোৰ কঁপিল; সিহঁত ওচৰ চাপি আহিল।
6 Each one helps the other and says to his brother, “Be strong!”
৬প্ৰতিজনে নিজৰ ওচৰ চুবুৰীয়াক সহায় কৰিলে, আৰু প্রতিজনে ইজনে আন জনক ক’লে, ‘সাহ কৰা।’
7 The craftsman encourages the goldsmith, and he who wields the hammer cheers him who strikes the anvil, saying of the welding, “It is good.” He nails it down so it will not be toppled.
৭সেই দৰে বাঢ়ৈয়ে সোণাৰীক, আৰু হাতুৰীৰে কাম কৰা জনক নিয়াৰিত খুন্দা জনক সাহস দিলে। ঢালাই কৰাৰ বিষয়ে ক’লে, এইটো উত্তম; আৰু সি গজাল মাৰি তাক সংলগ্ন কৰিলে যাতে সেইয়া তলত নপৰে।
8 “But you, O Israel, My servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, descendant of Abraham My friend—
৮কিন্তু হে মোৰ দাস ইস্ৰায়েল, যাকোব যাক মই মনোনীত কৰিলোঁ, মোৰ বন্ধু অব্ৰাহামৰ সন্তান,
9 I brought you from the ends of the earth and called you from its farthest corners. I said, ‘You are My servant.’ I have chosen and not rejected you.
৯যাক মই পৃথিৱীৰ অন্তৰ পৰা হাতেৰে ধৰি আনিলো, আৰু যাক মই অতি দূৰৰ পৰা মাতিলো আনিলো, যাক মই ক’লো, ‘তুমি মোৰ দাস;’ মই তোমাক মনোনীত কৰিলোঁ আৰু তোমাক ত্যাগ কৰা হোৱা নাই।
10 Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with My right hand of righteousness.
১০ভয় নকৰিবা, কাৰণ মই তোমাৰ লগত আছোঁ; ব্যাকুল নহ’বা, কাৰণ মই তোমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ; মই তোমাক শক্তি দিম, মই তোমাক সহায় কৰিম, আৰু মোৰ বিজয় যুক্ত সোঁ হাতেৰে তোমাক ধৰি ৰাখিম।
11 Behold, all who rage against you will be ashamed and disgraced; those who contend with you will be reduced to nothing and will perish.
১১চোৱা, যিসকলে তোমাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে ক্রোধ কৰিছে, সেই সকলোৱে লাজ পাই বিবৰ্ণ হ’ব; যিসকলে তোমাক প্রতিবাদ কৰে, তেওঁলোক একো নোহোৱা যেন হ’ব, আৰু বিনষ্ট হ’ব;
12 You will seek them but will not find them. Those who wage war against you will come to nothing.
১২যিসকলে তোমাৰ বিৰোধ কৰে, তেওঁলোকক তুমি বিচাৰি নাপাবা; যিসকলে তোমাৰ লগত যুদ্ধ কৰে, তেওঁলোক শূন্য আৰু একো নোহোৱা যেন হ’ব।
13 For I am the LORD your God, who takes hold of your right hand and tells you: Do not fear, I will help you.
১৩কিয়নো তোমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা যি মই, ময়েই তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতত ধৰোঁ, আৰু কওঁ, ‘ভয় নকৰিবা; ময়েই তোমাক সহায় কৰিম।’
14 Do not fear, O worm of Jacob, O few men of Israel. I will help you,” declares the LORD. “Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
১৪হে পোক যাকোব, হে ইস্ৰায়েল লোকসকল, ভয় নকৰিবা; যিহোৱাই কৈছে “ময়েই তোমাক সহায় কৰিম” আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পবিত্ৰ ঈশ্বৰ জনাই তোমাৰ মুক্তিদাতা।
15 Behold, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.
১৫চোৱা, মই তোমাক এক নতুন চোকা দাঁত থকা মৰণা মৰা যন্ত্ৰস্বৰূপ কৰিম; তুমি পৰ্ব্বতবোৰ মৰণা মাৰি গুড়ি কৰিবা, আৰু পাহাৰবোৰক তুহঁৰ দৰে কৰিবা।
16 You will winnow them, and a wind will carry them away; a gale will scatter them. But you will rejoice in the LORD; you will glory in the Holy One of Israel.
১৬তুমি সেইবোৰক জাৰিবা, আৰু বতাহে সেইবোৰক উড়ুৱাই নিব, আৰু বা’মৰলী বতাহে সেইবোৰক সিঁচৰিত কৰিব; কিন্তু তুমি যিহোৱাত উল্লাস কৰিবা, তুমি ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পবিত্ৰ ঈশ্বৰ জনাত গৌৰৱ কৰিবা।
17 The poor and needy seek water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. I, the LORD, will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
১৭দুখী আৰু অভাৱীসকলে পানী বিচাৰে কিন্তু তাত পানী নাই, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ জিভা পিয়াহতে শুকাই যায়; মই যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনাৰ শুনিম, মই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ তেওঁলোকক ত্যাগ নকৰিম।
18 I will open rivers on the barren heights, and fountains in the middle of the valleys. I will turn the desert into a pool of water, and the dry land into flowing springs.
১৮মই এঢলীয়া স্থানৰ পৰা তললৈ যোৱাকৈ নদীবোৰ, আৰু উপত্যকাৰ মাজত ভুমুকবোৰ উলিয়াম; মই মৰুভূমিক এক জলাশয় কৰিম, আৰু খৰাং মাটিক ভুমুকেৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ কৰিম।
19 I will plant cedars in the wilderness, acacias, myrtles, and olive trees. I will set cypresses in the desert, elms and boxwood together,
১৯মই অৰণ্যত বনৰীয়া এৰচ, বাবল, মেন্দি আৰু জলফাই গছ ৰুম; আৰু মৰুভূমিত দেৱদাৰু, তিধৰ, তাচুৰ গছ একেলগে ৰুই থম।
20 so that all may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the LORD has done this and the Holy One of Israel has created it.”
২০যিহোৱাই নিজ হাতে যে, এই কাৰ্য কৰিলে, আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পবিত্ৰ ঈশ্বৰ জনাই যে তাক সৃষ্টি কৰিলে, ইয়াক লোকসকলে যেন দেখিব আৰু বিবেচনা কৰি একে সময়তে বুজিব পাৰে, এনে অভিপ্ৰায়েৰে মই সেই কাৰ্য কৰিম।
21 “Present your case,” says the LORD. “Submit your arguments,” says the King of Jacob.
২১যিহোৱাই কৈছে, “তোমালোকৰ গোচৰ উপস্থিত কৰা,” যাকোবৰ ৰজাই কৈছে, “তোমালোকৰ মুৰ্ত্তিৰ বাবে দৃঢ় প্ৰমাণ আনা।”
22 “Let them come and tell us what will happen. Tell the former things, so that we may reflect on them and know the outcome. Or announce to us what is coming.
২২তেওঁলোকক তেওঁলোকৰ প্রমাণ আমালৈ আনিবলৈ দিয়া হওক, আৰু আগলৈ কি ঘটিব, তাক আমাৰ আগত প্ৰকাশ কৰিবলৈ দিয়া হওক; সেয়ে আমি এই সকলো ভালদৰে বুজিব পাৰিম। আগেয়ে কৰা ভবিষ্যতবাণী আমাক কোৱা হওক, সেয়ে আমি তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত প্রতিফলিত কৰিম আৰু তেওঁলোকে কিদৰে সিদ্ধ কৰিব তাক জানিম।
23 Tell us the things that are to come, so that we may know that you are gods. Yes, do something good or evil, that we may look on together in dismay.
২৩তোমালোক যে ঈশ্বৰ, ইয়াক আমি জানিবলৈ ভবিষ্যতে কি ঘটিব, তাক প্ৰকাশ কৰা; আমি যাতে শঙ্কিত আৰু বিস্ময় মানি দেখিবৰ বাবে তোমালোকে মঙ্গল বা অমঙ্গল কৰা।
24 Behold, you are nothing and your work is of no value. Anyone who chooses you is detestable.
২৪চোৱা, তোমালোকৰ মুৰ্ত্তিবোৰ একো নহয়, আৰু তোমালোকৰ কাৰ্যও একো নহয়; তোমালোকক মনোনীত কৰা জন ঘৃণনীয়।
25 I have raised up one from the north, and he has come— one from the east who calls on My name. He will march over rulers as if they were mortar, like a potter who treads the clay.
২৫মই উত্তৰ দিশত এজনক উৎপন্ন কৰিলোঁ, আৰু তেওঁ আহিছে; মোৰ নাম লোৱা জনক সূৰ্য উদয় হোৱা ফালে মই মাতিলোঁ; বোকা গচকাৰ দৰে, আৰু কুমাৰে মাটি খচাৰ দৰে, তেওঁ শাসনকৰ্ত্তাসকলক গচকিব।
26 Who has declared this from the beginning, so that we may know, and from times past, so that we may say: ‘He was right’? No one announced it, no one foretold it, no one heard your words.
২৬কোনে ইয়াক আদিৰে পৰা প্ৰকাশ কৰিলে? আৰু কোনে আগতে কৰিলে? সেই কথা জানিবৰ বাবে, যাতে আমি ক’ব পাৰোঁ “তেওঁ সত্য” বাস্তৱিকতে তেওঁলোকৰ কোনোৱে এই আজ্ঞা দিয়া নাছিল, তুমি কোৱা কথা কোনো শুনা নাছিল।
27 I was the first to tell Zion: ‘Look, here they are!’ And I gave to Jerusalem a herald of good news.
২৭মই প্ৰথমে চিয়োনক কৈছিলোঁ, “ইয়াত এওঁলোকক চোৱা,” মই এজন প্ৰচাৰক যিৰূচালেমলৈ পঠালোঁ।
28 When I look, there is no one; there is no counselor among them; when I ask them, they have nothing to say.
২৮যেতিয়া মই চালোঁ, তাত কোনো এজনো নাই; ভাল পৰামৰ্শ দিব পৰা কোনো এজনো তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত নাই, মই সুধিলে উত্তৰত এটা শব্দ ক’ব পৰা কোন আছে।
29 See, they are all a delusion; their works amount to nothing; their images are as empty as the wind.
২৯চোৱা, তেওঁলোকৰ সকলোৱে অসাৰ, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰ্যও অসাৰ; তেওঁলোকৰ সাঁচত ঢলা মুৰ্ত্তিবোৰ ভাপ আৰু শূন্য মাথোন।
