< Isaiah 29 >

1 Woe to you, O Ariel, the city of Ariel where David camped! Year upon year let your festivals recur.
Ariǝlgǝ, Dawut ɵz makani ⱪilƣan Ariǝlgǝ way! Yǝnǝ bir yil yillarƣa ⱪoxulsun, Ⱨeyt-bayramlar yǝnǝ aylinip kǝlsun;
2 And I will constrain Ariel, and there will be mourning and lamentation; she will be like an altar hearth before Me.
Biraⱪ Mǝn dǝrd-ǝlǝmni Ariǝlgǝ kǝltürimǝn; Dad-pǝryadlar kɵtürülüp anglinidu; U Manga ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtǝn bir «Ariǝl» bolidu.
3 I will camp in a circle around you; I will besiege you with towers and set up siege works against you.
Qünki Mǝn seni ⱪapsap qedirlar tiktürüp, Seni ⱪamal ⱪilip muⱨasirǝ istiⱨkamlirini salimǝn, Potǝyliri bilǝn seni ⱪorxiwalimǝn.
4 You will be brought low, you will speak from the ground, and out of the dust your words will be muffled. Your voice will be like a spirit from the ground; your speech will whisper out of the dust.
Xuning bilǝn pǝs ⱪilinisǝn, Sǝn yǝr tegidin sɵzlǝydiƣan, Gǝpliring pǝstin, yǝni topa-qangdin kelidiƣan, Awazing ǝrwaⱨlarni qaⱪirƣuqiningkidǝk yǝr tegidin qiⱪidu, Sɵzliring topa-qangdin xiwirlap qiⱪⱪandǝk bolidu;
5 But your many foes will be like fine dust, the multitude of the ruthless like blowing chaff. Then suddenly, in an instant,
Xu qaƣda düxmǝnliringning topi huddi yumxaⱪ topa-qanglardǝk, Yawuzlarning topi xamal uqurup taxlaydiƣan topandǝk tozup ketidu. Bu ix birdinla, tuyuⱪsiz bolidu!
6 you will be visited by the LORD of Hosts with thunder and earthquake and loud noise, with windstorm and tempest and consuming flame of fire.
Əmdi samawi ⱪoxunlarning Sǝrdari bolƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar sening yeningƣa kelidu; Güldürmama, yǝr tǝwrǝx, küqlük xawⱪun, ⱪuyuntaz, boran wǝ yutuwalƣuqi ot yalⱪunlar bilǝn sǝndin ⱨesab alidu.
7 All the many nations going out to battle against Ariel— even all who war against her, laying siege and attacking her— will be like a dream, like a vision in the night,
Xundaⱪ ⱪilip Ariǝlgǝ ⱪarxi jǝng ⱪilidiƣan, Yǝni uningƣa wǝ ⱪǝl’ǝ-ⱪorƣanliⱪ mudapiǝlǝrgǝ jǝng ⱪiliwatⱪan barliⱪ ǝllǝrning nurƣunliƣan ⱪoxunliri keqisi kɵrgǝn qüxtiki kɵrünüxtǝk yoⱪap ketidu.
8 as when a hungry man dreams he is eating, then awakens still hungry; as when a thirsty man dreams he is drinking, then awakens faint and parched. So will it be for all the many nations who go to battle against Mount Zion.
Aq ⱪalƣan birsi qüx kɵrgǝndǝ, Qüxidǝ bir nemǝ yǝydu; Biraⱪ oyƣansa, mana ⱪorsiⱪi ⱪuruⱪ turidu; Qangⱪiƣan birsi qüx kɵrgǝndǝ, Qüxidǝ su iqidu; Biraⱪ oyƣansa, mana u ⱨalidin ketidu, U yǝnila ussuzluⱪⱪa tǝxna bolidu; Mana Zion teƣiƣa ⱪarxi jǝng ⱪiliwatⱪan ǝllǝrning nurƣunliƣan ⱪoxunliri dǝl xundaⱪ bolidu.
9 Stop and be astonished; blind yourselves and be sightless; be drunk, but not with wine; stagger, but not from strong drink.
Əmdi arisaldi boliwerip, Ⱪaymuⱪup ketinglar! Ɵzünglarni ⱪariƣu ⱪilip, ⱪariƣu bolunglar! Ular mǝst boldi, biraⱪ xarabtin ǝmǝs! Ular ilǝnglixip ⱪaldi, biraⱪ ⱨaraⱪtin ǝmǝs!
10 For the LORD has poured out on you a spirit of deep sleep. He has shut your eyes, O prophets; He has covered your heads, O seers.
Qünki Pǝrwǝrdigar silǝrgǝ ƣǝplǝt uyⱪusi basⱪuqi bir roⱨni tɵküp, Kɵzünglarni etiwǝtti; U pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝr wǝ bax-kɵzünglar bolƣan aldin kɵrgüqilǝrnimu qümkiwǝtti.
11 And the entire vision will be to you like the words sealed in a scroll. If it is handed to someone to read, he will say, “I cannot, because it is sealed.”
Muxu kɵrgǝn pütkül wǝⱨiy bolsa, silǝr üqün peqǝtliwetilgǝn bir yɵgimǝ kitabdǝk bolup ⱪaldi; Hǝⱪ kitabni sawatliⱪ birsigǝ berip: — «Oⱪup berixingizni ɵtünimǝn» — desǝ, u: — «Oⱪuyalmaymǝn, qünki peqiti bar ikǝn» — dǝydu.
12 Or if the scroll is handed to one unable to read, he will say, “I cannot read.”
Kitab sawatsiz birsigǝ berilip: — «Oⱪup berixingizni ɵtünimǝn» — deyilsǝ, u: — «Mǝn sawatsiz» — dǝydu.
13 Therefore the Lord said: “These people draw near to Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. Their worship of Me is but rules taught by men.
Wǝ Rǝb mundaⱪ dǝydu: — «Muxu hǝlⱪ aƣzi bilǝn Manga yeⱪinlaxⱪanda, Tili bilǝn Meni ⱨɵrmǝtligǝndǝ, Biraⱪ ⱪǝlbi bolsa Mǝndin yiraⱪ turƣaqⱪa, Mǝndin bolƣan ⱪorⱪuxi bolsa, pǝⱪǝt insan balisining pǝtiwaliridinla bolidu, halas;
14 Therefore I will again confound these people with wonder upon wonder. The wisdom of the wise will vanish, and the intelligence of the intelligent will be hidden.”
Xunga mana, Mǝn muxu hǝlⱪ arisida yǝnǝ bir karamǝt kɵrsitimǝn; Karamǝt bir ixni karamǝt bilǝn ⱪilimǝn; Xuning bilǝn ularning danixmǝnlirining danaliⱪi yoⱪilidu; Ularning aⱪillirining ǝⱪilliri yoxurunuwalƣan bolidu».
15 Woe to those who dig deep to hide their plans from the LORD. In darkness they do their works and say, “Who sees us, and who will know?”
Ɵzining pükkǝn niyǝtlirini Pǝrwǝrdigardin yoxurux üqün astin yǝrgǝ kiriwalƣan, Ɵz ixlirini ⱪarangƣuluⱪta ⱪilidiƣan, Wǝ «Bizni kim kɵridu» wǝ «Kim bizni bilgǝn» degǝnlǝrgǝ way!
16 You have turned things upside down, as if the potter were regarded as clay. Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, “He did not make me”? Can the pottery say of the potter, “He has no understanding”?
Aⱨ, silǝrning tǝtürlükünglar! Sapalqini seƣiz layƣa ohxatⱪili bolamdu? Xundaⱪla ix ɵzini Ixligüqigǝ: «U meni ixlimigǝn», Yaki xǝkillǝndürülgǝn ɵzini Xǝkillǝndürgüqigǝ: «Uning ǝⱪli yoⱪ» desǝ bolamdu?!
17 In a very short time, will not Lebanon become an orchard, and the orchard seem like a forest?
Qünki ⱪisⱪa waⱪit iqidila, Liwan mewilik baƣƣa aylandurulmamdu? Mewilik baƣ bolsa orman ⱨesablanmamdu?
18 On that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of the deep darkness the eyes of the blind will see.
Xu künidǝ gaslar xu yɵgimǝ kitabning sɵzlirini anglaydiƣan, Ⱪariƣular zulmǝt ⱨǝm ⱪarangƣuluⱪtin qiⱪip kɵzliri kɵridiƣan bolidu;
19 The humble will increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
Mɵminlǝr bolsa Pǝrwǝrdigardin tehimu hursǝn bolidu; Insanlar arisidiki miskinlǝr Israildiki Muⱪǝddǝs Bolƣuqidin xadlinidu.
20 For the ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who look for evil will be cut down—
Rǝⱨimsiz bolƣuqi yoⱪaydu, Mazaⱪ ⱪilƣuqi ƣayib bolidu; Ⱪǝbiⱨlik pursitini kütidiƣanlarning ⱨǝmmisi ⱨalak ⱪilinidu;
21 those who indict a man with a word, who ensnare the mediator at the gate, and who with false charges deprive the innocent of justice.
Mana [muxundaⱪ adǝmlǝr] adǝmni bir sɵz üqünla jinayǝtqi ⱪilidu, Dǝrwazida turup rǝzillikkǝ tǝnbiⱨ bǝrgüqi üqün tuzaⱪ tǝyyarlap ⱪoyidu, Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝmning dǝwasini sǝwǝbsiz bikar ⱪiliwetidu.
22 Therefore the LORD who redeemed Abraham says of the house of Jacob: “No longer will Jacob be ashamed and no more will his face grow pale.
Xunga Ibraⱨim üqün bǝdǝl tɵlǝp ⱪutⱪuzƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar Yaⱪupning jǝmǝti toƣruluⱪ mundaⱪ dǝydu: — «Ⱨazir bolsa Yaⱪup hijilliⱪⱪa ⱪalmaydu, Ⱨazir bolsa u tit-tit bolup qirayi tatirip kǝtmǝydu;
23 For when he sees his children around him, the work of My hands, they will honor My name, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and they will stand in awe of the God of Israel.
Qünki [Yaⱪup] ⱪolumning ixligǝn ǝmili bolƣan, ɵz arisida turƣan ǝwladlirini kɵrgǝn waⱪtida, Ular namimni muⱪǝddǝs dǝp uluƣlaydiƣan, Yaⱪupning Muⱪǝddǝs Bolƣuqisini pak-muⱪǝddǝs dǝp bilidiƣan, Israilning Hudasidin ⱪorⱪidiƣan bolidu.
24 Then the wayward in spirit will come to understanding, and those who grumble will accept instruction.”
Roⱨi ezip kǝtkǝnlǝr yorutulidiƣan, Ⱪaⱪxap yürgǝnlǝr nǝsiⱨǝt-bilim ⱪobul ⱪilidiƣan bolidu.
