Ezra 7
1 Many years later, during the reign of Artaxerxes king of Persia, Ezra son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah,
၁ထိုနောက် ၊ ပေရသိ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာတဇေရဇ် လက်ထက် ၌၊
2 the son of Shallum, the son of Zadok, the son of Ahitub,
၂ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီး အာရုန်၊
3 the son of Amariah, the son of Azariah, the son of Meraioth,
၃ဧလာဇာ ၊ ဖိနဟတ် ၊ အဘိရွှ ၊ ဗုက္ကိ၊
4 the son of Zerahiah, the son of Uzzi, the son of Bukki,
၄ဩဇိ ၊ ဇေရဟိ ၊ မေရာယုတ် ၊ အာဇရိ ၊ အာမရိ ၊
5 the son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest—
၅အဟိတုတ် ၊ ဇာဒုတ် ၊ ရှာလ္လုံ ၊ ဟိလခိ ၊ အာဇရိ ၊ စရာယ တို့မှ ဆင်းသက်သောသူ၊
6 this Ezra came up from Babylon. He was a scribe skilled in the Law of Moses, which the LORD, the God of Israel, had given. The king had granted Ezra all his requests, for the hand of the LORD his God was upon him.
၆ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ပေး တော်မူသော မောရှေ ၏ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်းစာကို လေ့ကျက် သောဆရာ ဖြစ်သော သူဧဇရ သည် ဗာဗုလုန် မြို့ မှ ထွက်သွား ၏။ ထိုသူ တောင်း သမျှ ကို သူ ၏ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား တန်ခိုးတော်ကြောင့် ရှင်ဘုရင် ပေး သနား တော်မူ၏။
7 So in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes, he went up to Jerusalem with some of the Israelites, including priests, Levites, singers, gatekeepers, and temple servants.
၇အာတဇေရဇ် မင်းကြီး နန်းစံခုနစ် နှစ် တွင် ၊ အချို့ သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ လေဝိ သား၊ သီချင်း သည်၊ တံခါး စောင့်၊ ဘုရား ကျွန်တို့သည် လည်း ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ လိုက်သွား ကြ၏။
8 Ezra arrived in Jerusalem in the fifth month of the seventh year of the king.
၈ရှင်ဘုရင် နန်းစံခုနစ် နှစ် ၊ ပဉ္စမ လ တွင် ဧဇရ သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ရောက် လေ၏။
9 He had begun the journey from Babylon on the first day of the first month, and he arrived in Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month, for the gracious hand of his God was upon him.
၉ပဌမ လ တရက် နေ့တွင် ၊ ဗာဗုလုန် မြို့မှ ထွက်၍၊ ပဉ္စမ လ တရက် နေ့တွင် ၊ မိမိ ဘုရား သခင်တန်ခိုးကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့် ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ရောက် လေ၏။
10 For Ezra had set his heart to study the Law of the LORD, to practice it, and to teach its statutes and ordinances in Israel.
၁၀အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ဧဇရ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တရား တော်ကို စစ်ဆေး စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့တော်မူချက်တို့ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ သွန်သင် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း သဘောကျသောသူဖြစ်၏။
11 This is the text of the letter King Artaxerxes had given to Ezra the priest and scribe, an expert in the commandments and statutes of the LORD to Israel:
၁၁ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ပညတ် စကားနှင့် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ ထုံးဖွဲ့ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို လေ့ကျက်သော ဆရာ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဧဇရ အား ၊ အာတဇေရဇ် မင်းကြီး ပေး တော်မူသော အမိန့်တော်စာ ချက်ဟူမူကား၊
12 Artaxerxes, king of kings. To Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Law of the God of heaven: Greetings.
၁၂ဘုရင် တို့၏ဘုရင် အာတဇေရဇ် သည် ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၏ အရှင်ဘုရား သခင့်တရား ကျမ်းတတ်ဆရာ ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဧဇရ ၌ ခပ်သိမ်း သော မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်စေ သောဟူ၍ဤ မည်သောကာလတွင် မှာလိုက်၏။
13 I hereby decree that any volunteers among the Israelites in my kingdom, including the priests and Levites, may go up with you to Jerusalem.
၁၃ငါ့ နိုင်ငံ ၌ ရှိသောဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား၊ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ လေဝိ သားတို့တွင် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ကိုယ် အလို အလျောက်သွား ချင်သောသူ ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် သင် နှင့်အတူ လိုက်သွား ရမည်အကြောင်းငါ အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။
14 You are sent by the king and his seven counselors to evaluate Judah and Jerusalem according to the Law of your God, which is in your hand.
၁၄အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင့်တရား ကို သင်လေ့ကျက်သည်အတိုင်း၊ ယုဒ ပြည်ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ တရားအမှုများကို မေးမြန်း စစ်ဆေးစေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
15 Moreover, you are to take with you the silver and gold that the king and his counselors have freely offered to the God of Israel, whose dwelling is in Jerusalem,
၁၅ယေရုရှလင် မြို့မှာ ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူသော ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်အား ၊ ရှင် ဘုရင်နှင့် အတွင်းဝန် တို့သည် ကြည်ညိုသောစိတ်နှင့် ပူဇော်သောရွှေ ငွေ နှင့်တကွ၊
16 together with all the silver and gold you may find in all the province of Babylon, as well as the freewill offerings of the people and priests to the house of their God in Jerusalem.
၁၆ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား၊ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၏ဘုရား အိမ် တော်အဘို့ အလိုလို လှူ၍ ဗာဗုလုန် ပြည် ၌ သင်ရ နိုင်သမျှသော ရွှေ ငွေ ကို ဆောင်သွား စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ရှင် ဘုရင်နှင့် အတွင်းဝန် ခုနစ် ပါး စေလွှတ် ၏။
17 With this money, therefore, you are to buy as many bulls, rams, and lambs as needed, together with their grain offerings and drink offerings, and offer them on the altar at the house of your God in Jerusalem.
၁၇ထိုငွေ ကိုယူပြီးလျှင်နွား ၊ သိုး ထီး၊ သိုး သငယ်နှင့်တကွ ၊ ဘောဇဉ် ပူဇော်သက္ကာ၊ သွန်းလောင်း ရာပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို အလျင် အမြန်ဝယ် ၍၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ရှိသော သင် တို့၏ ဘုရား အိမ် တော် ယဇ် ပလ္လင် ပေါ် မှာ ပူဇော် ရမည်။
18 You and your brothers may do whatever seems best with the rest of the silver and gold, according to the will of your God.
၁၈ကျန် ကြွင်းသော ရွှေ ငွေ ကို သင် နှင့် သင့် ညီအစ်ကို တို့ ပြုချင်သမျှအတိုင်း၊ သင် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်အလို တော်နှင့်အညီ ပြု လော့။
19 You must deliver to the God of Jerusalem all the articles given to you for the service of the house of your God.
၁၉သင် ၏ဘုရား အိမ် တော်ဝတ်ပြု စရာဘို့ သင် ၌ အပ် ပေးသော တန်ဆာ များကိုလည်း ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၏ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်တွင် သိုထား လော့။
20 And if anything else is needed for the house of your God that you may have occasion to supply, you may pay for it from the royal treasury.
၂၀သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင့် အိမ် တော်အဘို့ လိုသေး သောအရာ၊ ဝယ်သင့်သမျှတို့ကို ဘဏ္ဍာ တော်ထဲက ထုတ် ၍ဝယ်လော့။
21 I, King Artaxerxes, decree to all the treasurers west of the Euphrates: Whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Law of the God of heaven, may require of you, it must be provided promptly,
၂၁ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၏ အရှင်ဘုရား သခင့် တရား ကို လေ့ကျက်သော ဆရာ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဧဇရ တောင်း သမျှ အတိုင်း၊
22 up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred cors of wheat, a hundred baths of wine, a hundred baths of olive oil, and salt without limit.
၂၂ငွေ အခွက်တထောင်၊ ဂျုံ ဆန်ကောရ တရာ ၊ စပျစ်ရည် ဗတ်တရာ ၊ ဆီ ဗတ် တရာ နှင့်တကွ ဆား မည်မျှ မဆို၊ မြစ် အနောက် ဘက်၌နေသောအခွန် ဝန်အပေါင်း တို့ သည် အလျင် အမြန်ပေးရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ငါ ရှင် ဘုရင် အာတဇေရဇ် အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။
23 Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven must be done diligently for His house. For why should wrath fall on the realm of the king and his sons?
၂၃ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၏ အရှင်ဘုရား သခင်မှာ ထား တော်မူသမျှ အတိုင်း ၊ ထိုဘုရား သခင်၏ အိမ် တော် အဘို့ ကြိုးစား ၍လုပ်ဆောင် စေ။ ရှင် ဘုရင်နှင့် ဆွေ တော်မျိုးတော်အပေါ် သို့ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အမျက် တော် သက်ရောက်ရမည်နည်း။
24 And be advised that you have no authority to impose tribute, duty, or toll on any of the priests, Levites, singers, doorkeepers, temple servants, or other servants of this house of God.
၂၄ထိုမှတပါး၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ လေဝိ သား၊ သီချင်း သည်၊ တံခါး စောင့်၊ ဘုရား ကျွန်၊ ဘုရား သခင်၏ အိမ် တော်အမှု စောင့် တစုံတယောက်၌ မျှငွေတော်ကို မခွဲစေနှင့်။ အခွန် တော်အကောက် တော်ကို မခံမယူစေနှင့် ဟုငါမှာလိုက်၏။
25 And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God which you possess, are to appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people west of the Euphrates—all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach these laws to anyone who does not know them.
၂၅သင် ဧဇရ သည်လည်း ၊ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်တရား ကို နားလည်သော၊ မြစ် အနောက် ဘက်သား အပေါင်း တို့တွင် ၊ တရား မှုကို စီရင်စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ မသိသောသူတို့ကို သွန်သင်ခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ မင်း များ၊ တရား သူကြီးများကို သင် ၏ဘုရား သင့် ဉာဏ်နှင့် သင်ပြည့်စုံသည်အတိုင်း ခန့် ထားလော့။
26 If anyone does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let a strict judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.
၂၆သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင့်တရား နှင့် ရှင် ဘုရင်အမိန့် တော်ကို ငြင်းဆန်သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်း၊ နှင်ထုတ် ခြင်း၊ ဥစ္စာ သိမ်းယူ ခြင်း၊ ထောင် ထဲမှာ လှောင်ထားခြင်းတည်းဟူသောရာဇဝတ်တစုံတခုကို အလျင် အမြန် ခံစေဟု အမိန့်တော်စာ၌ပါသတည်း။
27 Blessed be the LORD, the God of our fathers, who has put into the heart of the king to so honor the house of the LORD in Jerusalem,
၂၇ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၏ ဗိမာန် တော်ကို တင့်တယ် စေမည်အကြံကို ရှင်ဘုရင် စိတ် နှလုံးထဲ သို့ သွင်းပေး တော်မူထသော ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် ရှေ့ ၊ အတွင်းဝန် များ၊ ဗိုလ်မင်း များရှေ့ မှာ ငါ့အား အခွင့်ပေးတော်မူသောဘိုးဘေး တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ တော်မူစေသတည်း။
28 and who has shown me favor before the king, his counselors, and all his powerful officials. And because the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, I took courage and gathered the leaders of Israel to return with me.
၂၈ထိုသို့ ငါ ၏ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား တန်ခိုးတော်ကြောင့် ၊ ငါ သည် ခွန်အား ရှိ၍ ငါ နှင့်အတူ လိုက် သွား ရသောဣသရေလ အမျိုး အကြီး အကဲတို့ကို စုဝေး စေ၏။
