Ezekiel 44
1 The man then brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary that faced east, but it was shut.
Então me fez voltar para o caminho da porta do santuário exterior, que olha para o oriente, a qual estava fechada.
2 And the LORD said to me, “This gate is to remain shut. It shall not be opened, and no man shall enter through it, because the LORD, the God of Israel, has entered through it. Therefore it will remain shut.
E disse-me o Senhor: Esta porta estará fechada, não se abrirá, nem ninguém entrará por ela; porquanto o Senhor Deus de Israel entrou por ela: por isso estará fechada.
3 Only the prince himself may sit inside the gateway to eat in the presence of the LORD. He must enter by way of the portico of the gateway and go out the same way.”
O príncipe, o príncipe, ele se assentará nela, para comer o pão diante do Senhor; pelo caminho do vestíbulo da porta entrará, e pelo caminho dele sairá.
4 Then the man brought me to the front of the temple by way of the north gate. I looked and saw the glory of the LORD filling His temple, and I fell facedown.
Depois me levou pelo caminho da porta do norte, diante da casa; e olhei, e eis que a glória do Senhor encheu a casa do Senhor; então caí sobre o meu rosto.
5 The LORD said to me: “Son of man, pay attention; look carefully with your eyes and listen closely with your ears to everything I tell you concerning all the statutes and laws of the house of the LORD. Take careful note of the entrance to the temple, along with all the exits of the sanctuary.
E disse-me o Senhor: Filho do homem, põe no teu coração, e olha com os teus olhos, e ouve com os teus ouvidos, tudo quanto eu falar contigo de todos os estatutos da casa do Senhor, e de todas as suas leis; e põe o teu coração na entrada da casa, com todas as saídas do santuário.
6 Tell the rebellious house of Israel that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘I have had enough of all your abominations, O house of Israel.
E dize ao rebelde, à casa de Israel: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Bastem-vos todas as vossas abominações, ó casa de Israel!
7 In addition to all your other abominations, you brought in foreigners uncircumcised in both heart and flesh to occupy My sanctuary; you defiled My temple when you offered My food—the fat and the blood; you broke My covenant.
Porque introduzistes estranhos, incircuncisos de coração e incircuncisos de carne, para estarem no meu santuário, para o profanarem em minha casa, quando ofereceis o meu pão, a gordura, e o sangue; e eles invalidaram o meu concerto, por causa de todas as vossas abominações.
8 And you have not kept charge of My holy things, but have appointed others to keep charge of My sanctuary for you.’
E não guardastes a ordenança das minhas coisas sagradas; antes vos constituistes, a vós mesmos, guardas da minha ordenança no meu santuário.
9 This is what the Lord GOD says: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh may enter My sanctuary—not even a foreigner who lives among the Israelites.
Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Nenhum estranho, incircunciso de coração nem incircunciso de carne, entrará no meu santuário, dentre os estranhos que se acharem no meio dos filhos de Israel.
10 Surely the Levites who wandered away from Me when Israel went astray, and who wandered away from Me after their idols, will bear the consequences of their iniquity.
Mas os levitas que se apartaram para longe de mim, quando Israel andava errado, os quais andavam errados, desviados de mim, por irem atráz dos seus ídolos, bem levarão sobre si a sua iniquidade.
11 Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, having charge of the gates of the temple and ministering there. They shall slaughter the burnt offerings and other sacrifices for the people and stand before them to minister to them.
Contudo serão ministros no meu santuário, nos ofícios das portas da casa, e servirão a casa: eles degolarão o holocausto, e o sacrifício para o povo, e eles estarão perante eles, para os servir.
12 Because they ministered before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I swore with an uplifted hand concerning them that they would bear the consequences of their iniquity, declares the Lord GOD.
Porque lhes ministraram diante dos seus ídolos, e serviram à casa de Israel de tropeço de maldade: por isso eu levantei a minha mão sobre eles, diz o Senhor Jehovah, e eles levarão sobre si a sua iniquidade.
13 They must not approach Me to serve Me as priests or come near any of My holy things or the most holy things. They will bear the shame of the abominations they have committed.
E não se chegarão a mim, para me servirem no sacerdócio, nem para se chegarem a alguma de todas as minhas coisas sagradas, às santidades de santidades, mas levarão sobre si a sua vergonha e as suas abominações que cometeram.
14 Yet I will appoint them to keep charge of all the work for the temple and everything to be done in it.
Contudo, os constituirei guardas da ordenança da casa, em todo o seu serviço, e em tudo o que nela se fizer.
15 But the Levitical priests, who are descended from Zadok and who kept charge of My sanctuary when the Israelites went astray from Me, are to approach Me to minister before Me. They will stand before Me to offer Me fat and blood, declares the Lord GOD.
Mas os sacerdotes levíticos, os filhos de Zadoc, que guardaram a ordenança do meu santuário quando os filhos de Israel andavam errados de mim, eles se chegarão a mim, para me servirem, e estarão diante de mim, para me offerecerem a gordura e o sangue, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
16 They alone shall enter My sanctuary and draw near to My table to minister before Me. They will keep My charge.
Eles entrarão no meu santuário, e eles se chegarão à minha mesa, para me servirem, e guardarão a minha ordenança.
17 When they enter the gates of the inner court, they are to wear linen garments; they must not wear anything made of wool when they minister at the gates of the inner court or inside the temple.
E será que, quando entrarem pelas portas do átrio interior, se vestirão de vestiduras de linho; e não subirá lã sobre eles, quando servirem nas portas do átrio interior, e dentro.
18 They are to wear linen turbans on their heads and linen undergarments around their waists. They must not wear anything that makes them perspire.
Coifas de linho estarão sobre as suas cabeças, e ceroulas de linho estarão sobre os seus lombos: não se cingirão de modo que lhes venha suor
19 When they go out to the outer court, to the people, they are to take off the garments in which they have ministered, leave them in the holy chambers, and dress in other clothes so that they do not transmit holiness to the people with their garments.
E, saindo eles ao átrio exterior, ao átrio exterior ao povo, despirão as suas vestiduras com que eles ministraram, e as porão nas santas câmaras, e se vestirão de outros vestidos, para que não santifiquem o povo estando com as suas vestiduras.
20 They must not shave their heads or let their hair grow long, but must carefully trim their hair.
E a sua cabeça não raparão, nem deixarão crescer o seu cabelo; antes, como convém, tosquiarão as suas cabeças.
21 No priest may drink wine before he enters the inner court.
E nenhum sacerdote beberá vinho quando entrar no átrio interior.
22 And they shall not marry a widow or a divorced woman, but must marry a virgin of the descendants of the house of Israel, or a widow of a priest.
E eles não se casarão nem com viúva nem com repudiada, mas tomarão virgens da semente da casa de Israel, ou viúva que for viúva de sacerdote.
23 They are to teach My people the difference between the holy and the common, and show them how to discern between the clean and the unclean.
E a meu povo ensinarão a diferença entre o santo e o profano, e lhe farão saber a diferença entre o impuro e o puro.
24 In any dispute, they shall officiate as judges and judge according to My ordinances. They must keep My laws and statutes regarding all My appointed feasts, and they must keep My Sabbaths holy.
E, quando houver pleito, eles assistirão a ele para o julgarem; pelos meus juízos o julgarão: e as minhas leis e os meus estatutos em todas as minhas solenidades guardarão, e os meus sábados santificarão.
25 A priest must not defile himself by going near a dead person. However, for a father, a mother, a son, a daughter, a brother, or an unmarried sister, he may do so,
E eles não entrarão a homem morto, para se contaminarem; mas por pai, ou por mãe, ou por filho, ou por filha, ou por irmão, ou por irmã que não tiver marido, se poderão contaminar.
26 and after he is cleansed, he must count off seven days for himself.
E, depois da sua purificação, lhe contarão sete dias.
27 And on the day he goes into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he must present his sin offering, declares the Lord GOD.
E, no dia em que ele entrar no lugar santo, no átrio interior, para ministrar no lugar santo, oferecerá a sua expiação pelo pecado, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
28 In regard to their inheritance, I am their inheritance. You are to give them no possession in Israel, for I am their possession.
E isto lhes será por herança: eu serei a sua herança: não lhes dareis portanto possessão em Israel: eu sou a sua possessão.
29 They shall eat the grain offerings, the sin offerings, and the guilt offerings. Everything in Israel devoted to the LORD will belong to them.
A oferta de manjares, e o sacrifício pelo pecado, e o sacrifício pela culpa eles comerão; e toda a coisa consagrada em Israel será deles.
30 The best of all the firstfruits and of every contribution from all your offerings will belong to the priests. You are to give your first batch of dough to the priest, so that a blessing may rest upon your homes.
E as primícias de todos os primeiros frutos de tudo, e toda a oferta de todas as vossas ofertas, serão dos sacerdotes; também as primeiras das vossas massas dareis ao sacerdote; para que faça repousar a benção sobre a tua casa.
31 The priests may not eat any bird or animal found dead or torn by wild beasts.
Nenhuma coisa, que de si mesmo haja morrido ou haja sido arrebatada de aves e das bestas, comerão os sacerdotes.
