Ezekiel 27
1 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
La palabra de Yahvé volvió a dirigirse a mí, diciendo:
2 “Now you, son of man, take up a lament for Tyre.
“Tú, hijo de hombre, levanta un lamento sobre Tiro;
3 Tell Tyre, who dwells at the gateway to the sea, merchant of the peoples on many coasts, that this is what the Lord GOD says: You have said, O Tyre, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
y dile a Tiro: ‘Tú que habitas a la entrada del mar, que eres el mercader de los pueblos a muchas islas, el Señor Yahvé dice: “Tú, Tiro, has dicho, ‘Soy perfecto en belleza’.
4 Your borders are in the heart of the seas; your builders perfected your beauty.
Sus fronteras están en el corazón de los mares. Tus constructores han perfeccionado tu belleza.
5 They constructed all your planking with cypress from Senir. They took a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
Han hecho todas tus tablas de ciprés de Senir. Han tomado un cedro del Líbano para hacer un mástil para ti.
6 Of oaks from Bashan they made your oars; of wood from the coasts of Cyprus they made your deck, inlaid with ivory.
Han hecho tus remos de los robles de Basán. Han hecho tus bancos de marfil con incrustaciones de madera de ciprés de las islas de Kittim.
7 Of embroidered fine linen from Egypt they made your sail, which served as your banner. Of blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah they made your awning.
Tu vela era de lino fino con bordados de Egipto, que te sirva de estandarte. Azul y púrpura de las islas de Elishah era su toldo.
8 The men of Sidon and Arvad were your oarsmen. Your men of skill, O Tyre, were there as your captains.
Los habitantes de Sidón y de Arvad eran sus remeros. Tus sabios, Tiro, estaban en ti. Eran sus pilotos.
9 The elders of Gebal were aboard as shipwrights, repairing your leaks. All the ships of the sea and their sailors came alongside to barter for your merchandise.
Los ancianos de Gebal y sus sabios fueron sus reparadores de costuras de barcos en ti. Todas las naves del mar con sus marineros estaban en ti para comerciar con su mercancía.
10 Men of Persia, Lydia, and Put served as warriors in your army. They hung their shields and helmets on your walls; they gave you splendor.

11 Men of Arvad and Helech manned your walls all around, and the men of Gammad were in your towers. They hung their shields around your walls; they perfected your beauty.

12 Tarshish was your merchant because of your great wealth of goods; they exchanged silver, iron, tin, and lead for your wares.
“‘“Tarsis era tu mercader por la multitud de toda clase de riquezas. Comerciaban por tus mercancías con plata, hierro, estaño y plomo.
13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your merchants. They exchanged slaves and bronze utensils for your merchandise.
“‘“Javan, Tubal y Meshech eran tus comerciantes. Ellos cambiaron las personas de los hombres y los recipientes de bronce por tus mercancías.
14 The men of Beth-togarmah exchanged horses, war horses, and mules for your wares.
“‘“Los de la casa de Togarmah comerciaban con tus mercancías con caballos, caballos de guerra y mulas.
15 The men of Dedan were your clients; many coastlands were your market; they paid you with ivory tusks and ebony.
“‘“Los hombres de Dedán comerciaban contigo. Muchas islas fueron el mercado de tu mano. Te trajeron a cambio cuernos de marfil y ébano.
16 Aram was your customer because of your many products; they exchanged turquoise, purple, embroidered work, fine linen, coral, and rubies for your wares.
“‘“Siria fue tu mercader por la multitud de tus trabajos manuales. Ellos comerciaban por tus mercancías con esmeraldas, púrpura, bordados, lino fino, coral y rubíes.
17 Judah and the land of Israel traded with you; they exchanged wheat from Minnith, cakes and honey, oil and balm for your merchandise.
“‘“Judá y la tierra de Israel fueron tus comerciantes. Comerciaban con el trigo de Minnith, los dulces, la miel, el aceite y el bálsamo por tus mercancías.
18 Because of your many products and your great wealth of goods, Damascus traded with you wine from Helbon, wool from Zahar,
“‘“Damasco fue tu mercader por la multitud de tus obras, por la multitud de toda clase de riquezas, con el vino de Helbón y la lana blanca.
19 and casks of wine from Izal for your wares. Wrought iron, cassia, and sweet cane were exchanged for your merchandise.
“‘“Vedan y Javan comerciaron con hilo para sus mercancías; el hierro forjado, la casia y el cálamo estaban entre sus mercancías.
20 Dedan was your merchant in saddlecloths for riding.
“‘“Dedán era tu mercader en preciosas mantas para montar a caballo.
21 Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your customers, trading in lambs, rams, and goats.
“‘“Arabia y todos los príncipes de Cedar eran tus comerciantes favoritos de corderos, carneros y cabras. En estos, eran tus comerciantes.
22 The merchants of Sheba and Raamah traded with you; for your wares they exchanged gold, the finest of all spices, and precious stones.
“‘“Los comerciantes de Saba y Raamah eran tus comerciantes. Comerciaban por tus mercancías con lo mejor de todas las especias, todas las piedras preciosas y el oro.
23 Haran, Canneh, and Eden traded with you, and so did the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad.
“‘“Harán, Canneh, Edén, los comerciantes de Sabá, Asur y Chilmad, eran tus comerciantes.
24 In your marketplace they traded with you fine garments of blue, embroidered work, and multicolored rugs with cords tightly twisted and knotted.
Estos eran tus comerciantes en mercancías selectas, en envoltorios de azul y bordados, y en cofres de cedro de ricas ropas atadas con cuerdas, entre tus mercancías.
25 The ships of Tarshish carried your merchandise. And you were filled with heavy cargo in the heart of the sea.
“‘“Los barcos de Tarsis eran tus caravanas para tus mercancías. Te reabasteciste y hecho muy glorioso en el corazón de los mares.
26 Your oarsmen have brought you onto the high seas, but the east wind will shatter you in the heart of the sea.
Tus remeros te han llevado a grandes aguas. El viento del este te ha roto en el corazón de los mares.
27 Your wealth, wares, and merchandise, your sailors, captains, and shipwrights, your merchants and all the warriors within you, with all the other people on board, will sink into the heart of the sea on the day of your downfall.
Tus riquezas, tus mercancías, tu mercadería, sus marineros, sus pilotos, sus reparadores de costuras de barcos, los distribuidores de su mercancía, y todos tus hombres de guerra que están en ti, con toda la compañía que hay entre vosotros, caerá en el corazón de los mares en el día de tu ruina.
28 The countryside will shake when your sailors cry out.
Al sonido del grito de tus pilotos, las tierras de pastoreo temblarán.
29 All who handle the oars will abandon their ships. The sailors and all the captains of the sea will stand on the shore.
Todos los que manejan los remos, los marineros y todos los pilotos del mar, bajarán de sus barcos. Se pararán en la tierra,
30 They will raise their voices for you and cry out bitterly. They will throw dust on their heads and roll in ashes.
y hará que su voz se escuche sobre ti, y llorará amargamente. Levantarán polvo sobre sus cabezas. Se revolcarán en las cenizas.
31 They will shave their heads for you and wrap themselves in sackcloth. They will weep over you with anguish of soul and bitter mourning.
Se quedarán calvos por ti, y se visten de saco. Llorarán por ti con amargura de alma, con amargo luto.
32 As they wail and mourn over you, they will take up a lament for you: ‘Who was ever like Tyre, silenced in the middle of the sea?
En sus lamentos se lamentarán por ti, y se lamentan por ti, diciendo, ‘¿Quién hay como Tiro, como la que es llevada al silencio en medio del mar”.
33 When your wares went out to sea, you satisfied many nations. You enriched the kings of the earth with your abundant wealth and merchandise.
Cuando sus mercancías vinieron de los mares, llenasteis muchos pueblos. Has enriquecido a los reyes de la tierra con la multitud de tus riquezas y de tus mercancías.
34 Now you are shattered by the seas in the depths of the waters; your merchandise and the people among you have gone down with you.
En el tiempo en que fuiste quebrado por los mares, en las profundidades de las aguas, su mercancía y toda su empresa cayó dentro de usted.
35 All the people of the coastlands are appalled over you. Their kings shudder with fear; their faces are contorted.
Todos los habitantes de las islas se asombran de ti, y sus reyes están terriblemente asustados. Tienen problemas en la cara.
36 Those who trade among the nations hiss at you; you have come to a horrible end and will be no more.’”
Los mercaderes de los pueblos te silban. Has llegado a un final terrible, y ya no serás más””.
